Negative experience: I called this company because of the reviews I read. I read things like "friendly" professional" and "awesome". When I called, it was the complete opposite. I asked the lad "How do you work" she didn't even let me finish asking the question before shouting several times "Where do you want to go, Where Where Where"? So I names a few domestic placed along with a couple abroad. Then she said, "We don't go there" I was like "Don't go where".. clearly she wasn't listening to me cuz when I said the abroad places she said "yes" we go there. People, let me tell you something. BE CAREFUL!!! Dont be rushed into something just because they have a business. Ask your questions because you may need life saving information or money saving information. You want a travel agency that will be patient and that will listen and cater to your needs to ensure you have a wonderful time travelling. These people at "Pleasant Travel" are sus and super sketchy.

Negative experience: This place wasted my time. I asked them to find me a flight ticket for a family member out of the country. They told me send information and will call you, I sent them and waited whole day. After I called, they said if you need a flight from another country we can’t help you. Terrible place, bad customer service. Don’t want you time here. This pace has bad reputation for people from Africa.

Negative experience: A parent of mine was trying to get a service from that travel agency office and they treated him badly.. He had been waiting for one of their services for almost 2 weeks and this agent kept telling him to return every day. Today he told my dad to come back in the evening and when my dad went there, he told him he hadn't done it yet. My dad got upset, and then the agent told him to take the money back because my dad was upset, that's why, instead of doing his job so my dad said well “send the money in my bank account” and the agent threw the money out on the ground.. There's no respect for the agency.never seen that kind of service in my life to be honest. Also My father told me they also treated his friends poorly, so all the communities, especially from East Africa should be careful.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant travel agency is a long time family favorite! I had a fantastic experience with them recently for my trip to Dubai. They made it so simple, they are extremely reliable and responsive. We had a Covid related travel delay and then another delay due to unforeseen flight cancellations last minute and they made rebooking so smooth that they literally took all the stress away for us. Asma and Zubair especially go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience and it shows! Thanks pleasant travel for making our journey and return home easy! This is my third time using Mr. Shahzad as my travel agent for Pakistan; he is very polite, helpful, and was easy to reach over email and phone. My family and I had minimal to none layovers. Negative experience: I have used Pleasant travel several times before, today we had an emergency and needed a quick flight, the guy I spoke to was extremely sarcastic and rude, he asked me for the departure date, as soon as I gave him the date he said, we don’t need to speak any more it’s better we hang up now. I thought he was joking; the guy hung up right after that. I was shocked!!! What a horrible experience.
