Thr first time I utilized this company was Summer 2024 when we went as a family of four to Universal Studios Orlando and my daughter and I just got back from our trip to WDW Orlando. They booked everything, and even offered to book our dinning reservations. They give advice on extras to add to the trip based on our likes/wants/needs. Nothing has ever been pushed on us. Fantastic experience: If you are like me and a single parent with kids then you know how difficult a trip like this can be. The park prodigy and Ximena Becerril were amazing! It can be a bit confusing navigating the park and the ticket process especially for first time visitors like us, but they made it SO much easier even including an itinerary that helped us navigate the park. They were there to answer my questions and their videos on YouTube made me feel prepared to go. I don’t know if I spent more using their services or not, but if I did, it was worth every penny. I got 5 star treatment at the park. The hotels were presented in a way that made sense, and so were the ticket packages. They checked in with me to make sure I was ready the week of my vacation and I felt like I could reach out to them anytime. I don’t use help to plan trips usually. I create my own itineraries. London, Paris and Dublin are easier to navigate than Florida. And this was so nice. Packaged and ready to go right there.
