I had work related issues that necessitated I change my travel plans and due to their knowledge, they saved me 500$ in rescheduling travels. In addition, I was in the middle east and a politically tense time and they kept me updated about the conditions of my travel to lans and if any changes would occur.

Negative experience: This office is not honest and made me pay about $600 for our laugage on way back to USA my advise to his future customer to make sure they have all the information correct because he didn’t tell me that I will have to pay for me and my wife for our laugages I would have not bought a lot of things if he would have told me the true. I ended up taking the four suitcases to the DHL instead of coming back with my stuff, I will never forgive this guy Mohamed Diab.
