Positive experience: How to decent experience but will see what happens when we schedule a trip out of the country

Fantastic experience: Merlin the tow truck driver was great! He towed my truck tonight at a meijer parking lot, he was fast and professional.

Negative experience: AAA is the worst car insurance you could get. My insurance kept going higher and higher every single month they charge you for every little thing. I canceled my car insurance and renters insurance and still keep getting billed. I pay it and they still sending me a bill. They charge you if you’re a day late, they charge you for every single thing that other insurances don’t charge you stay away from this company. And it’s also hard to cancel your policy with them. I was with them for three months and it was hell. 5 stars have to be fake reviews. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Negative experience: Worst Auto insurance company I ever had . If I talk 10 people I get 10 different answers. I have a very clean driving record, but the cost keep going up & up. If anyone is looking for new insurance contact them at your own risk. They give you a great quote after that the bills keep going higher making it unaffordable to many.

Fantastic experience: Joy has been a gem since we discovered AAA. She is tireless, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and offers help on all aspects of our overseas trips.

Negative experience: Went into this location asking for help with car rental and travel brochures. Was quoted over $1000 for a car rental for one week went home looked into it some more and on their website it says approximately $350 for one week-same type of vehicle. I called back asking for some assistance on the difference and have not received a call back in over 24 hours.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for years. Christina has helped with my vacation planning for just as long. She's great.

Fantastic experience: I needed an international driver's license so I called ahead. They told what paperwork I needed. On arrival, I was promptly taken care of. In and out in 10 minutes. I did get a brief salespitch about joint AAA, but when I politely declined, they let it go. Overall, good service, friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Got my international drivers license here. The staff was quick and friendly, took about 10 -15 min. They can also take your picture, so no need to make an extra stop at Walgreens for a “passport picture”.

Negative experience: I called 6 different times n left voice messages and talked to 2 different receptions just for someone in Travel to call me back so that I can talk, meet and plan my vacation...on the last time I called- it rang n rang and rang ( yes it was during normal business hours) n the call was transferred to the Triple A on South 27th Street in Milwaukee- who I am now planning my vacation with....n yes they answered their phone! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: I applied for an International Driver's License here. Photo included at $33. Less than 15 minutes in and out. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Visited the AAA office for getting an International Driving Permit as I planned to travel outside USA. They are helpful and entire paper work is done and issued IDP in less than 20 minutes. Thank you AAA team!

Fantastic experience: I needed to get an international driver's license for a Europe trip I have planned this summer. The office is new and clean. Service was really good. I had to wait less than 5 minutes but sitting with an agent. We got all of my paperwork and my picture taken care off and I was out the door in 20 minutes. AAA is great! Glad I am a member, they are always there when I need them.

Fantastic experience: After calling 8 places to get an answer regarding a question about going through customs for an upcoming trip to Mexico, Nate was the only person who found the answer! I’d given up, but then I got his call. I was so grateful and will not hesitate to stop by regarding planning for any future trips. Excellent customer service!

Negative experience: I’ve had triple a almost 3 years and never needed them. Recently my brake caliper fell off and jammed in the rim. I called and waited 3 1/2 hours for them to find me a tow truck. They kept telling me they where going to call back soon with an ETA. They never did. I ended up calling a tow truck service on my own and within 10 minutes I had a tow truck on the way.

Negative experience: The service was not fantastic-- the waitress did not bring my coffee and I could not get her attention. She gave fantastic service to the next booth - all the while avoiding my bid for her to service my booth. I had to ask a passing waitress to send her over. When she finally came I said it was great to see her giving such fine service to the neighbouring booth. She said, "Oh I work with her". Then when I was leaving I had to wait for someone to man the cash register... NOT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! P.S. The food was mediocre..

Positive experience: Service was great. Representative was attentive and informative and simply a joy to work with when planning a recent trip. Road maps for back up when cell service or GPS is spotty. Info on hotels, restaurants and attractions. Got pics for my passport renewal while I was there.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly and efficient! Sonja greeted me as I entered, helped me with my questions and had me on my way in no time. Beyond the people, the waiting area is well-stocked with a plethora of good reading material and travel guides. The location is easily accessible, clean and comfortable. I am very impressed!
