Fantastic experience: Great place to bring your family! So close to everything Disney and if you need a break from the crowds and lines this is the place! Pool and the amenities are just a few steps away!

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay so much if I could give more stars I would. This Condo was beautiful. It was just like what is pictured. It could not have been any cleaner. Plenty of towels the hot tub on the back screen and porch was just as described. It was wonderful. Everybody in this community is so friendly and just makes you feel welcomed. Paula Was very communicative and made sure that we had everything that we needed And that we were having a good time! I took my kids alone And the entire time I was there, I could not have felt more safe. That was a big issue for me. The pool is lovely. The water is heated! But if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is perfect and if you wanna be adventurous, there’s so much to do around there there’s no way that you can get it all done! Definitely take a night or two to visit Disney Springs and Old Town. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely spacious townhouse. It was clean, the beds comfortable and everything we needed to self cater was available. Massive TV in living room. Very good wifi. Plenty of parking outside. Rubbish collected daily. The hot tub in the back courtyard was clean and deep. The swimming pool and slides were great at the nearby clubhouse only 3 minutes walk away. Again very clean. The pool was heated which was great. (Villas with private pools were asking significant money to heat them during March). The other big attraction was location, and we didn't realise just how well located Regal Oaks was until our visit. The Old Town was just a short walk away for car shows etc, when finding parking can be a problem. All the Disney resorts are literally 10-15mins drive away, Hollywood Studios the closest. We didn't hit any traffic going to or from the parks, nor any tolls. After a firework display we could be in the house within 15mins. Definitely a good location for Disney. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Also any concern raised to Paula the host was responded to very promptly. We will definitely stay again.

Positive experience: This was a lovely, safe resort with all the amenities you would want. Only negative was one of the bartenders at the bar/restaurant. Terrible service from him and great service by two others. Beautiful pool. Paula our host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Loved the place and fact it was gated. Would stay again!

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay there. Was in town for a tournament at ESPN. It was a perfect location to and from the parks. Being on this side of town, you don't get the traffic!!. You're walking distance to Old Town that we really enjoyed. And after a long day coming back to the hot tub, that's great. We also did the community pool that was really enjoyable. The house has everything you need. There's also a food store right down the street. We had one minor situation that I reached out to Paula and she had her husband there within an hour and took care of it.. very nice man. We will definitely stay again when we're in town.

Fantastic experience: We loved this place. The townhouse is located at a great place. Easy and safe walking distance to Old Town. The house is so quiet for sleeping. It’s wonderful that it has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The back lanai area is amazing. The entire back is lush with green palm like plants so you don’t even see anything else behind you. It’s beautiful. The house itself was very clean and well cared for. It’s super convenient to Disney. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Paula und Paul waren freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Trotz teils abweichender Fotos, war die Unterkunft so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Hot Tub war wunderbar und selbst während wir am Tag unterwegs waren, wurde er gepflegt und gewartet. So hatten wir zu jeder Zeit einen wunderbaren Hot Tub. Selbst als wir Probleme mit dem Türschloss hatten ist Paul innerhalb von nur einer Minute gekommen und konnte das Problem lösen. Ganz große Klasse. Die Anlage ist geschlossen, so dass wir zu jeder Zeit ein angenehmes und sicheres Gefühl hatten. Der Community-Pool ist ebenfalls nutzbar, schön angelegt und beheizt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt genau. Würden wir wieder bei Paula und Paul wohnen wollen? Auf jeden Fall!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great time on our vacation. Central Florida vacation rentals was very easy to work with and our host was quick to reply when we had questions or any needs. The house was perfect for our family, and it was much much cheaper than staying on site, plus we got three bedrooms, two bathrooms one half bath and a giant living room and hot tub to soak in after a long day at the park. We would definitely stay here again and refer this to all of our friends.

Fantastic experience: Olá! Eu moro em Brasília, Brasil. Minha família e eu passamos dias maravilhosos na casa da Paula em Kissimmee em junho de 2024. Estávamos minha esposa, minhas duas filhas (6 e 9 anos), minha cunhada e eu. A casa da Paula é ótima, bem equipada e bem cuidada. Ela é exatamente como nas fotos. E o melhor de tudo: a casa fica muito perto dos parques e pontos turísticos relevantes em Orlando. A comunicação com a Paula, desde a reserva até a entrega da casa foi excelente. A Paula foi muito atenciosa e solicita em relação às nossas necessidades. Numa próxima oportunidade, priorizaremos reservas novamente com a Paula.

Fantastic experience: The Disney Villa was a great stay for our family of 4 and first time to Walt Disney World. With access to Old Town, the pool, and Disney, the location was perfect! The kids loved the house as much as the rest of the vacation.

Fantastic experience: We liked that it is located in a gated community! Very nice place to stay with kids. The house is very kid friendly. A nice pool to swim/lounge in on property as well as a restaurant/bar and a gym! Close to the big parks ( not walking distance but close). We had a great time!

The accomodation was clean, had the amenities we needed although we didn't get a chance to use them all the option was there. The layout was perfect, 2 bedrooms upstairs and the living area was on the first floor. One of the best features was the private hot tub after visiting the theme parks it finished our day nicely. Easy to get to restaurants, shopping etc. best of all quite location and gated. Would highly recommend staying here. Paula was a great host and communication was seamlessly. Fantastic experience: Perfect stay for our Disney and Universal trip! I felt very safe in the gated community, the Airbnb was clean and adorable! Paula was extremely communicative with me and answered my many questions leading up to our family trip. The pool is about a 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We enjoyed it very much and our kids loved the water slides! There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options near by. Disney was a 10 minute drive and Universal was about 25 minutes! I wouldn’t take any stars off for it because it is communicated, but if you stay here, plan on packing or buying some extra garbage bags, dish soap depending on if you cook on the premises at all and an extra roll of paper towel. We were given two small garbage bags for a 6 night rental. I planned ahead and packed a few which came in handy when I had to empty the fridge at the end of our stay. Overall, I’d recommend the property and would book in the future when we make our way back to Florida !

Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the amenities were wonderful, and it was the perfect escape from the parks and all of the crowds. It was also so nice to have our own kitchen where we could cook and prepare food. This is the perfect place for any family coming to Disney World to stay!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time here. The condo is exactly as described and is extremely toddler friendly (no places for them to hide really or get hurt). The backyard is spacious and also toddler friendly! It has great heated pools and a nice clubhouse. It’s only a 15 min drive to the parking lot of both the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. We had a lovely stay!

Fantastic experience: Estuvimos alojados con mí esposa y mis dos hijas durante dos semanas. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y seguro ( UPS dejaba los paquetes en la puerta y ahí quedaban hasta vivíamos de los parques). Está a 15 min de los parques de disney y a 20 de los de universal. Comparado con otros alojamientos que vi, este es el mejor por lejos. Paula, la anfitriona, siempre muy atenta.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at our place at Regal Oaks. It was beautifully decorated and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cookware. Everything was clean and well cared for. It was so easy to just move in and make ourselves at home. We hope to be back next year!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay. However, you should warn guests if a neighbor is remodeling as we had all-day everyday pounding and hammering next door. Thankfully, we were out-and-about by mid-morning each day.

After a long day of visiting theme parks, it was great to have a hot tub to soak in. I was very surprised with large back area with hot tub in it. The kids love staying at the property. Would definitely stay at the property again if in Orlando again.

Fantastic experience: Paula was absolutely an amazing host, from booking to making sure everything was good upon arrival and departure. It was always easy to get in touch, immediate responses, as well as an abundance of items more than we could have ever needed for our stay. The home was exactly as described/pictured, everything worked with no issues and the hot tub was amazing after the long park days. As someone who spends several weeks in Florida a year she has by far been my best host and we will absolutely be returning to one of her properties for our next trip!

Positive experience: Regal Oaks, The Tiki Lounge location was spot on! Condo was spacious. I recommend getting an exterminator soon because we did have issues with ants in the kitchen and a roach on the counter but we would certainly give it another try.

The space could not have been much nicer and we got a chance to meet the host, Paula and she was super nice checking in on us....not that we needed a thing as it was all just perfect for our family of 5.

Fantastic experience: Great Place . Great Host . Very safe area . Old Town Kissimmee (walkable) and backyard lanai were such unexpected bonuses . House is very clean and comfortable . The whole resort is very nice . Saw groups of deer almost everyday wandering around the entire property. We so enjoyed our several week stay.

Positive experience: House was clean. Only complaint was there were some utensils that were not in he kitchen. No spatula to use with the frying pan. Grill was provided but there were no grilling utensils to use with the grill which made it a bit challenging. Other than that great stay.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en gaan graag terug. Het resort beschikt over een mooi zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Het huis beschikt over een eigen hot tub waar je kunt relaxen.

Fantastic experience: My family and I spent a wonderful week at Paula's AirBnB. It was presentation clean with large rooms and a great air unit (Florida!). Great communication with Paula and her husband showed up quickly when we needed something adjusted. Great attention to detail and we would jump back in a second! Will definitely be revisiting. The amenities in the complex are nice and we would stay here again. the location of the complex is also nice as it is close to Disney and many other attractions. Old Town is a bonus also within walking distance.

The directions we easily understood, MS Paula and the gentleman who was there when we arrived were very gracious. Ms Paula checked in with me during my stay to ensure I had everything I needed and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. You are literally minutes from everything and there are a variety of things to do.
