Positive experience: Friendly location. Very helpful. Love the notary service. BUT, don't bother calling the listed phone number as it is a phone tree and goes nowhere unless you know exactly who you are calling for. I just need to know if the notary is in the office today, but can't get that info. So I will have to drive over to confirm. That is dumb and wasteful.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stellar customer service. I have been towed back to my house many times. Today, I went in because I needed help with Rushmypassort. The company made the process incredibly difficult from a lack of detailed instructions. I met Bridget and Julia at the front desk. I know it's not their job to deal with 3rd party partners, but I was deperate and had nowhere else to go. However, they both literally saved my trip. The compassion and care they have for their work are unmatched. We all were calling various phone numbers trying to get answers. Finally, we got to an actual person, and I was able to reach a resolution. Honestly, it's the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, maybe ever. The competition does not have the personal touch or care that Bridget and Julia have. I will never, ever leave your company. You've got me for life. Specifically, the North Metro branch. Again, fantastic job! It's such a pleasure being your client. Thank you so very much.

Negative experience: Scam. AAA is complete garbage nowadays. Even if you get someone to answer the phone they literally don't even know how to connect you to a tow truck drvier.

Negative experience: AAA is scam. AAA does not have enough tow companies to provide timely service. That was confirmed by AAAs own representatives!!! It took 8 hours. Yes 8 hours to arrive!! No bad weather! I spoke to a supervisor who basically told me to leave my keys in my car and walk home if you don't want to wait the eight hours or more. What hell!! I am in my 60s and stranded. After a minor accident in the middle of the night. The representatives repeatedly told me they do not have enough tow companies to cover the denver area. That's right it took eight hours!!! Once again, I was told to leave my car with the keys in it and they would get it in the morning. I'm sure my insurance company will Reject a claim once they are told that I left the car unlocked with the keys inside. Don't waste your time and money.The whole thing is a scam. I hope I live through this, as i'm still here.

Negative experience: Took 3 weeks to get a simple document copy! Two in-person conversations and one over the phone. For a simple copy of insurance declaration page. Very poor customer service!!!

Negative experience: Your on line information for AAA north metro office telephone number is incomplete and requires members to locate an extension before being connected ,which takes significant effort. You no longer sell map atlases for South America. You have discontinued many of your travel products,which were helpful. Customer service seems nonexistent. I have been a member since 1999, and very disappointed.

Negative experience: I’ll never pay for AAA again. Got a flat tire with my dogs in the car and called 1800 number, they said I have to pay upfront and $1000 minimum charge for a tire fix. I was outside lazy dog restaurant, not on in middle of nowhere. Unbelievable. 0 stars for AAA. Sorry to this store but you are part of AAA who just tried to screw a paying member.

Negative experience: Walked in looked around and found the map I needed. I said hello first to the old guy at the counter, he said hello back (nothing else). After he took my AAA card he said “there you go” about as unfriendly as a person could be. I was wearing a surgical mask due to my very recent heart transplant (still recovering) Not sure if this is his excuse for total lack of Customer Service. But it’s disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: I went in to buy some Euros for my upcoming European vacation. They were so nice and they called within 2 days and I had them within 3!

Negative experience: Anything you need? Do it a few weeks BEFORE you need it. Why 2 stars? Because AAA used to be so helpful and worth every penny. Now, 30 years later, my membership is nearly worth less than nothing to me. The representatives don’t have personal experience with traveling (except a lot of Disney!) and they can’t do anything without several WEEKS notice. I was shocked! No foreign currency exchanges without a weeks notice, no trip ticks like they used to ALWAYS offer and carry as a service (now you pay for travel books— on top of your yearly fees), and very little help in general. AAA is not what it used to be, and with a brand new car and dealership roadside service, my membership hangs dangerously by a thread. Time to rethink your business model AAA, be relevant again to keep pulling in your accounts!

Negative experience: We called a week in advance. We were told that there are no appointments for Saturdays. Just show up and a travel agent will help you on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. We were there before they opened. Waited until the doors opened and went inside. Travel agent informed us that she was completely booked for the day with appointments. The front desk person seemed to be just as surprised. Front desk person tried to apologize for the travel agent and help out the best she could.

Fantastic experience: Not sure where to review your tow truck drivers, but Shawna was AMAZING. I was a bit of a hot mess (catalytic converter was nabbed) and she did way more than just take care of my car. Thank you for your expertise and kindness.

Negative experience: I never don't have issues when dealing with AAA. Their monopoly on the business of helping people when they need it, and their lack of quality in doing so, should be criminal

Negative experience: I came into the office a couple weeks ago to get information about my trip to NY and Sasha was extremely rude. She acted as if I inconvenienced her and gave no information on the advantages of using certain tools via AAA. Needless to say I had to call and was given the information I needed. Wouldn’t recommend this store if this is how they treat their members.

One word of caution, do not sign up for the travel card through Metabank; they charge $50 if your card goes under and then charge double automatically putting your "surplus" in an account that you can't access if you aren't clear on Early Warnings.

She takes the time to listen to our concerns, and provide good suggestions. AAA has given us some good perks, including two specialty restaurant dinners for free on our last cruise. The staff at this store are all very pleasant.

Positive experience: I got a call from Maria who explained to me that they have a separate department that deals with any questions or changes to the policy. So here is my updated review: Their agents need to do a better job at setting the right expectations and being responsive. AAA also needs to do a better job of explaining to all their departments how things work. E.g. the people in the claims department should know that it is NOT your agent who will answer their policy related questions or make changes to your policies: there is a separate department for it and agent should provide that information to you. My agent did a terrific job when selling me the policies but after that he just would not respond to ANY questions, concerns, changes I emailed him. I wish that my agent had just been responsive and had provided me the information that Maria provided. Also, I feel that AAA has teaser rates and they jack them up after a year. Perhaps all insurance companies do that but that has been my experience with AAA. Another thing I came to know is that AAA Auto insurance does not by default provide you roadside assistance: you are expected to have a AAA membership.

Fantastic experience: I am so thrilled with AAA's Auto Source program! Chad Chandler made it super easy to buy a new car. He thoroughly explained the service to me, helped me make a decision about buying new versus used and found the exact car I wanted within just a couple of days. He also helped me deal with my trade-in which needed more in repairs than the car was worth, and I ended up getting a decent price out of the trade despite its condition. The paperwork was ready to go when I showed up, and the transaction took about 15 minutes. I also feel confident that I got the best price possible on my new car. Best of all, I only had to go to the dealership once to test-drive the car. I didn't have to deal with the haggling and negotiating that car dealerships put you through. I would highly recommend AAA's Auto Source and Chad in particular to anyone needing a new car. Wouldn't change a thing about my experience!

Fantastic experience: I always think to go to AAA first when planning a road trip, in particular. The experience I always have involves extremely helpful people for whatever plans I want to make. I just recently bought a case, worn about the neck which provides a place to hold a boarding pass, a driver's license and a passport. Having never had one of these before, I found that having all these documents in one place, easily accessible to present to the proper people made travelling that much easier. I am about to take a driving trip back east, and plan to have a trip-tik made up, along with making reservations, featuring the AAA discount, for a hotel along the way, both going and returning. Positive experience: I have been a member for 40 years. Overall, I like AAA, however, few days ago they asked me to stop at their office and get a quote for my new car. I did. I was stunt when their sales rep gave me a quote $1,100.00 more from what I pay to my current insurance company. I suppose, it is time to reevaluate if I have to continue being a AAA member.

Fantastic experience: Very quick service and helpful. I was buying discounted Regal/UA movie tickets and the sales person was able to tell me that a local theater was no longer Regal/UA, which was very helpful and showed he was informed about the area.

This store carries great travel products and the member prices are quite competitive. Although I miss the closer location that was on 104th, I don't mind the drive to this office at all as they have enhanced services and a very knowledgeable staff.
