Fantastic experience: Hands down the best experience we could have asked for from booking till we returned. Uzair Bhai and his team are extremely diligent and on top of every detail. They made every step very easy, were extremely organized (which is very important to me), and genuinely cared for us like family. I can now see why there are so many repeat customers. Uzair bhai checked our rooms were correct before we moved in, he corrected errors and addressed issues before we were aware. What was very touching was that at the end, Uzair Bhai and Waheed Bhai came to the airport and made sure every family was able to check in without issues. He stayed with us the whole time till it was time to go through security. Who does that?!?! Highly recommend to everyone! We are looking forward to our next trip with Al Rayyan soon iA. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Uzair was with the group, everyday in Madinah and during Hajj and then after. He personally was involved in all events and solved all emerging issues in real-time along with his team, be it finding transport, or taking care of health or other individual needs of the people in group. Highly recommended. I am personally also very appreciative of the way Al Rayyan team got my tickets as I had a unique flying situation, but they were able to work through it and still gave me good ticket prices.

Fantastic experience: Literally just traveled with Uzair with Al Rayan. THE BEST HOTEL ROOM AND THE BEST ORGANIZATION! He didn’t sleep for days and wanted to ensure that all of his clients were well taken care of. Him and his staff even offered luxury of dry clean room service that saved us a lot of money! Umrah experience was so good that we plan on going to Hajj with Al Rayan as well! Just read some latest reviews, that seem to be well coincided to sabotage his business. Please don’t believe him , instead go with Al Rayan worry free!

Negative experience: SCAM!!! I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS. They committed to certain agreements and backed out last minute. They did not live up to their word. This situation has caused a great deal of stress and interference with my plans. I would NOT trust this company with your travel plans they are very unpredictable and NOT reliable. This was our second trip with Uzar Bhai, our first trip was in 2001 and this one is second trip, as last time and many other friends have taken trip with them all have very good things to say about their service, cost, Hotel selections, History knowledge etc. Hope he plans soon other trips like Iran, Egypt etc.

Negative experience: I have my reservations about the services offered on packages. The system needs to be transparent which was not in our Hajj packages. Bottom line the services did not match with the packages. Please do thorough research when buying the packages and it’s complete details. The whole process lacked professionalism

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going for umrah and we were fortunate to be taken care of by Uzair bhai. I can say booking umrah is not like booking any other typical trip i.e. booking through Expedia or Priceline to travel overseas (which is super easy) and your done. This process is quite extensive requiring quite a bit from the travelers, but al Rayyan travel makes this fairly simple as possible (for a quite complex and manual process) and easy to the traveler. They took care of the complete booking and visa and our request to stay extra days in Dubai and also getting special VIP tours in Mecca and Medina, also was in contact with us throughout the trip via WhatsApp when any questions/concerns arose.
