Fantastic experience: We booked our stay at Marriott’s BeachPlace Towers through Travelscowt on VRBO, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Travelscowt was responsive, clear in their communication, and made the booking process easy from start to finish. Everything went exactly as expected, and we felt confident throughout the process. I’d definitely book through them again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent at brand-name timeshare properties.

Fantastic experience: The property at Oceanna Palms on SInger Island, Florida is the best place we have been to on the East Coast of the US. The rooms are extremely well kept and very clean, the beddings are luxurious and plush, kitchens are fully stocked and the staff there will get you anything you may need within minutes! The crystal clear blue water beach is just under a 100 yard walk. Swimming pools are large and very clean with ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beach lounge chairs are provided free daily. Every room that is not oceanfront does have great direct views of the ocean. The best side is the North side! Request that when you check in. Snorkeling is great there with a large variety of marine life visible. There is a natural reef some 100 yards off of the beach that runs for miles. We have been coming to this facility since it was built, sometimes twice a year. If you like fresh caught seafood of every type you need to go to Cod & Capers. They also have a restaurant onsite to have them cook you what you choose for their refrigerated cases. Most is locally caught or shipped in daily from around the coasts. Using the Travelscowt team with Don Archer for our reservations is very easy and they are very responsive and professional. We only use them for booking our vacations and personal "time off" travel arrangements. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high end properties.

Fantastic experience: Marriott Timber Lodge never disappoints. The location can't be beat right next to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. Also, gambling 2 blocks away. We use the outdoor amenities (hot tubs, grills) every year. Ski valet is an added bonus. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: We have been staying at Marriott Canyon Villas for the eight or nine last years and have rented through Travelscowt every year. Doanld is wonderful to work with, very responsive to questions and genuinely a very nice person. The property is great, units are well maintained, and staff is wonderful. You are greeted with a smile and provided with a list of onsite activities. The JW Marriot is a short walk with a Starbucks in the lobby! The Desert Ridge location is centrally located to all the spring training baseball facilities and a 20–30-minute drive to Scottsdale's Old Town. We are already planning our return next March. Having multiple sinks and full-length mirrors made getting everyone ready a breeze. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Having a full kitchen, a heated pool and jacuzzi, and no-smoking in the hotel were all stellar perks. Plus, the little gelato shop downstairs was delicious!! Fantastic experience: Travelscowt is very easy to work with and provides a great service to book vacation club stays. We currently stayed at Canyon Villas in Palm Desert and we had 2 units that worked out well for the 4 couples that came to Palm Desert to play golf. These units are well stocked with plates and utensils for cooking at the unit. The units has access to pools and hot tubs. We have used Travelscowt several times with great results.

Fantastic experience: We booked our Christmas ski trip through Donald Archer and it was fantastic! We stayed at the Steamboat Sheraton and had a great room overlooking the mountain. The room featured a central living room/kitchen and then two separate bedroom suites. This was fantastic as last year we stayed at the Sheraton and had one less room for our family of 4...kids then had to sleep on the pull out sofa. Our room through Donald was far superior, less expensive and much more updated. Either we got a great deal this year, or an awful deal last year (using another travel agent) or both! Thanks Donald! The beds were reasonably comfortable and although we didn't use then, there was also a washer and dryer. Balcony was on a corner overlooking hotel entry and the pools/ocean. Everything we needed was available in the villa or a quick store run away. Great location in North Myrtle Beach!

Negative experience: The 2 week trip was a disappointment due to our room being changed in the second week, which displaced us for most of an entire day, and the second room was very poor in comparison to the first. Westin was nice but wouldn't book with this service again due to the change in room and horrible day of inconvenience caused during the middle of vacation...not worth the risk

Positive experience: The rooms were clean and well equipped. The properties are well maintained with many wonderful amenities to choose from. We had a two bedroom villa looking out onto the golf course. Our only disappointment was that the second bedroom only offered two queen beds and the veranda looked out into the parking lot, not the golf course. One couple had a beautiful view and the other, not so much. Otherwise, everything about the properties and the rooms were great.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment at the Ritz Carlton Club Vail which was absolutely incredible in any and every way possible. The property and residences are beautiful, the location is great and service is first class. Fantastic experience: Marriott Crystal Shores was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our week long trip. The view was spectacular and the amenities at the resort were perfect for our family of 6. There was something for everyone :) Donald was great to work with booking, very responsive and kind.

Positive experience: We stayed at the Marriott Feb. 9-16, 2024. I have always left a 5 star review but there were so many little things for this visit that added up to a 3 star review. It was our 4th stay at this resort. Our ocean front villa was beautiful- but the shower and dishwasher leaked and made huge lakes on the floor- which they immediately fixed. Our light switch in the main bath did not work- which was also quickly taken care of. Stilts Restaurant We went to dinner at Stilts for sunset and put our name in (as you are supposed to do for the dinner hour)-- our buzzer went off and when we were waiting at the hostess stand to be taken to our table -we watched our table being given away to an angry owner who did not want to wait or put his name in- I couldn't believe it! The food was boring and bland. Also, the seating situation was very confusing and disorganized. During the dinner hour you register with the hostess for your tables and get a beeper- however the sign that says general bar seating was left out. Which lead to all the confusion and drama we witnessed with confused people thinking they could just grab tables. More than the bland bar food we ate-- the service was SLOW it took over 2 1/2 hours for a simple dinner to be served. For the outdoor pool service, Howard was our server and he was awesome! Elevators: The elevator was also out for our portion of the building for the entire week due to a back ordered part to fix it. We could use the service elevator but there were many times long waits (five minutes or more)for the elevator. Pool Temperatures: The main upper and lower pools were 100 degrees!!! Hot tub temperature!! Everyone complained. We had some lovely days and no could bear to be in the pool in the afternoon to cool off with a drink because the water was way too hot. Ugh- I that made me sad. Loud Vulgar Language on the resort property: Lastly, there was a large group of young kids who had such horrible language at the beach and the pool. Very loud and sexually explicit and words that I won't put in this review. Several complaints were made to staff and they were told that there was nothing they could do. The parents were absent- probably at the bar and this was allowed to continue. This is a family resort with many young children by the pools and they ruined the time for everyone when this group of kids were present. I love this Marriott and I will give it one more chance- but this stay was disappointing on so many levels.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and we were in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, bars and entertainment. The only negative experience was a lady working at the valet that snapped at me when I explained I had not received a text from them. It would be nice if the valet cost would be added into the cost of the rental when booking. There is a garage next door that is $25 for 24 hours, so that is an option. The grounds are super clean and kept up nicely. I will definitely stay again.
