Fantastic experience: Needed to replace my illegible license plate before a hastily planned road trip. Went to AAA on Murtland in Washington and the process couldn’t have been easier. Zachary was a great help! I got a new plate and registration card within minutes and they even installed the new plate! AAA charged $12, which was a small price to pay to have a weight lifted off my shoulders ahead of my impending trip!
Negative experience: No information on the website and they don't answer the phone.
Negative experience: I was given P.O.A. And went to get a new title to Mobley home since the person I’m taking care of property for sister stole all titles an so on. Well he also has a trailer you use to move things with. I told them it was a trailer you live in title I needed. Well they gave me the title to the other one a the next day his sister went to a notary with a lil piece of paper stating she was P.O.A. An had it put in her name. 1- if I had received the correct title it would not of been able to be done. 2- notary needs to update on there laws because what she has don’t pass P.A. Mandatory state guidelines for ALL Power of attorney’s The police don’t even know them so people like her are allowed to rob people with the assistance of the notary an cops Wish I would of gotten the title I asked for
Negative experience: We got home owners insurance a month ago. Without warning they canceled it because the pictures we sent them that they said were fine, were rejected for no proper reason. We have been trying to fix this for weeks and no result. Not even a straight answer or a call back. Were dealing with Rick Pfeuffer. Worst customer service.
Negative experience: Only open on weekdays. People don’t have car trouble on weekends?
Negative experience: I have been calling the Washington office since 9:15am, it is now 9:30am and no answer.
Fantastic experience: Went there yesterday to check on Seasonal Registration that I submitted directly to PennDot. Tried contacting PennDot myself but you can’t text them or e-mail them. Tried calling and the recording stated “All agents are assisting other customers call back later” and I was disconnected. (Got the phone number after doing about 15 automated menu options). Could’ve leave a message or call back number. Since I’m a member of AAA decided to see if they could help. AAA agent Jason called PennDot and found out they didn’t have my paperwork. Jason filled out a new registration form and submitted it to PennDot. He was very helpful and took time to straighten things out.
Negative experience: Horrible mgt. Horrible knowledge. Horrible at this triple AAA location. Been a customer over 8 years. After this experience. I will be finding a new provider. So will alot of my family and friends that I tell what happened. Washington pa AAA employees Need to go thru training again.! From the manager I spoke to all the way down. If I could id give them negative stars. If your gonna keep AAA never use this location.
Negative experience: We used this office to make all the arrangements for our 10-year anniversary trip to Hawaii. They had us sitting in different rows of the plane! That was in 2010. Customers don't forget a bad experience - Never again, AAA!

Fantastic experience: AAA has always taken care of transfers of titles and renewals of registrations with ease. Plus not having to wait for the mail to deliver your tags is peace of mind. They are professional and friendly.
Negative experience: I've been waiting on a refund for a changed reservation since May 2nd. It's currently Sept 13th. Each and every person I speak to (including the manager) has an excuse. I understand sometimes the red tape can be complicated but it's been FOUR MONTHS and I still haven't received it. Ridiculous.
Negative experience: I have flat ture and did chat it said wait for update on arrival to fix it and after a half hour no update. So I called and she said still no update. I said how long will it be she said she has no idea . I said that could be hours ,she said yes. I said why do I have AAA emergency road side assistance. Guess it's not worth having!

Positive experience: Waiting for 30 minutes to be helped when there are 2 people working but only one taking customers is very frustrating. Staff here is always knowledgeable and friendly but wait times are frustrating.

Negative experience: Called today and had to listen to recorded prompt after prompt after prompt to get to a real person. "Young man" was then rude and short with me. I was in this office about 2 months ago, and after sitting there waiting for the "receptionist" to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes, I gave up and let. One of the worst aspects was the fact that I was sitting right in front of a female employee who was doing NOTHING. Not once did she say to me "Can I help you?" Today's call was the last straw. I've been a AAA member for 24 years. When the membership comes up for renewal this next year, I am going to find someone else. I've had it with these rude, unprofessional losers.
Negative experience: I went to the Washington, PA office in order to pay my insurance bills. I was told there was no one there that could take my payment as the only insurance employee was off that day. I said you mean to tell me that I have money to give you and no one here can take my payment? "Yes, that is true, you can come back, he will be in tomorrow." I live over 18 miles away from this office. I cannot just "come the next day." A week later, I try to call 1st to make sure the insurance person will be in the office so that I can pay my insurance premiums. Website says opens at 8:30 a.m., but when I call at 8:40 a.m. I get a recording that states the office is currently closed.

Negative experience: The staff was dismissive and said they “didn’t want to wait all day” for faxed information and sent me to a different location that’s a far drive away.
Negative experience: Waited 5 hours for a tow truck when my car broke down.
Positive experience: Audrey was very helpful when we were planning our vacation which included plane tickets, a car rental and finally train tickets back to Pittsburgh. Everything's going great.
Negative experience: Waited an hour and a half due to lack of staff. Hope we never have to go again.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this office yesterday in a really bad mood. Apparently the PA Dept. of motor “vehicles” can not help you with vehicle registration, go figure. Sometimes you have to wonder where our tax dollars really go??? Anyway, a sweet lady named Kim helped me. She quickly fixed my problem and apologized on behalf of the state. She went above and beyond and met AAA needs that I didn’t even know I had. I was able to upgrade my service and add my husband and daughter. She spent time explaining all the perks of their credit card to me. Once I pay off my others I will definitely be switching to this one. I also now know that I can plan a vacation and there are multiple payment plans. This is the type of customer service so many companies are lacking now a days. Thank you for all of the help and great conversation. I walked out as happy as could be!

Fantastic experience: I’m not a triple A member, but went here to get my truck registered. I had been jumping through hoops for what should have been an easy process. After coming here, my troubles were non existent. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had called in advance to see about getting a duplicate title for my automobile. I was told over the phone that this was a service they provided. After sitting for 20 minutes while the one employee working spent as much time showing another client photos of her dog as actually working, another employee finally came off of lunch break only to pull out a copy of the same form I could have printed from online, which has to be sent to Harrisburg. If they had simply told me that they can't actually provide titles on the phone, it would have saved me a lengthy trip. Was an incredibly inefficient office, and the process proved to be a big waste of my time.
