Negative experience: I took my BMW in for an oil change the first of the yr. sound Jan or Feb. the next day I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground under the car and when I started it the car system let me know that there was a problem with my oil. I took it then to a referred auto shop by BMW and was told they would be able to look into this problem because whoever did the work last did things wrong. the store manager deflected totally as to what was done and mentioned he told me about it when I was there that they had to put in a new plug which is totally false. I then told him there wasn't a problem with my plug before I came in and now there is my oil leaked all over the ground and he said this plug is ok because it retreads and is tight I told him I want an original part on my car not some after market part. he told me I would get a refund for the oil changed and it was fixed I went to fastlap and was told that plug was still in my car and there was no way to fix that I would have to get a new oil pan. they said my old threads was stripped as to why they put that in but now sure if or how long it would hold up. I never received a check for the oil change and still waiting on the manager to fix what they obviously was never fixed I don't want them doing anything because all they are doing is lying and deflecting. it has been at least 5 months and I'm still being asked to bring my car back there I'm not doing that and want my car fixed by a reputable company of BMW not some guys that was shown in the shop how to change oil by one of their co workers before lunch. this has been a hassle and very time consumer to say the least and I still haven't been able to speak with anyone but the store manager and now understand why no one else in this scam of a company wants to be reached call and there is no number to speak with anyone in this company.

Negative experience: Update: We had front rotors and brakes replaced here in November. After getting our rear brakes and rotors done here a couple of weeks ago, we noticed increased wheel vibration while braking around 40-60mph. After taking the car to a different mechanic, we discovered that the front rotors are warped. We just got this done. This is completely unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your car here for service. AAA is strictly for roadside assistance, passport photos, and discounts. The rest of the services are usually fine but their auto service needs help. They need to stop using buzz words such as “free” or “included” to try and entice customers to spend more. Nothing is free or included. I’ve never heard of a “free” alignment not including a toe adjustment that requires an additional $120 especially after we’ve already paid over $1000. I don’t need another upsale or a fake personal story to get me to buy more. I want the services I asked for. Nothing more. Nothing less. And I want them done correctly. My oil level is lower than it should be and I paid more for the extra quarts needed for my car. Something as basic as an oil change could not be messed up. I don’t need someone to “mansplain” basic car concepts and I’m not in a rush to buy or spend anything. Get rid of the predatory tactics and this sector of the company would be much better. And Billy Pickle who works in the automotive department really needs to work on his professionalism. He’s too old to be acting like a high schooler in his position.

Negative experience: I spoke with Kevin and Andy on the phone, both were quite rude. I had my fuel pump replaced because my car wasn't initially starting on the first crank, after they replaced it my car started on the first crank every time. That same day I got my car back after the pump being replaced, It would no longer hold a full tank, maybe half a tank and it wouldn't take anymore. Thus because somewhere along the new pumps instalation they messed up my gas tank pressure lines. They then wanted to charge me $500 diagnostic fee to figure out what they broke, plus whatever it costs to fix and replace it. This is insane, the entire time I was on the phone with Kevin, he threatened to hang up on me and was very rude and condescending. I just want them to be held accountable for damaging my property, meaning either they fix it or, give me my money back so I can pay someone else to fix it. I've been back multiple times because they won't fix what they broke and they keep saying it's "out of warranty", I'm sorry but you broke it so it's not about the warranty anymore. They did also inform me that they didn't even install my fuel pump correctly the first time on top of all of this BS!

Negative experience: Do not use AAA. They cannot beat local prices. They don’t care about you if you’re getting your car serviced and Kevin can’t take one single bad word over the phone, The “s” word, the only reason I used it is because that was the level of service I got. He then got on his high horse about 1 word he shouldn’t have the job if he cannot understand a customer’s frustrations. Both of the women I talk to were 100% understanding and helped me cancel my membership. Something has to change at this location.

Negative experience: Took a car in to AAA to have a professional look at the vehicle to address issues with making a noise. Told me it was SWAY BAR AND BUSHING. yes, that needs to be replaced. But that didn't address the noise. Took another mechanic (Pro express automotive) found out I've been diving with no oil. They didn't check my oil levels. My engine has issues with burning oil fast. AAA if I didn't have an unhealthy fear of being stranded. I would discontinue my membership. Stop taking people's money and not do what you're paid to do. Also, I bring my car in for oil change often . At another location (Edmond) , I am in oil stabilizer additive . Every oil changes pretty big bottles. found out it only takes a quart of the stabilizer. But it was never returned the remainder of what was left over . Do better please cause word of mouth with customer bad experiences with service at more than two stores can cause damage a reputable company Reputation. Business. Pro express is a solid business. To take your car too.

Negative experience: Fancy place, can’t see it staying in business with weird policies like not mounting tires if they don’t have brand new stickers on them, first and last time I’ll ever stop here, was heading to discount tire anyways but road was blocked off, my money spends the same as anyone else’s, I was dismissed just as fast as I walked in the door… at least you got 2 useless tools leaning on their counter holding the place up. discount tire for the win.

Negative experience: Rude guy at the maintenance desk making unnecessary comments when I was asking for a breakdown of my bill. So you can charge people $29.99 for a flat and over $100 for a “diagnostic” fee just to tell them to take it elsewhere but don’t expect questions about it. I had already explained that I’ve paid those fees at other places so if you can’t fix the issue why charge anything at all. I was fine with paying but making the environment unfriendly and unopened to questions regarding the charges is unacceptable..

Fantastic experience: Came in this morning with a tire losing air. I usually go to a competitor down the street. The guys were able to get me in, diagnose a damaged tire and replace my set of tires. I'm on the way to lunch now!

Negative experience: I had a nail in my tire and it was flat all I needed was them to plug it and air it up they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Granted it was on a Saturday, I didn't find out I had a flat until I was on my way to work. I ended up going to a mom and pop up the street. It took them less than 15 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I ask myself, these days, "Why did I wait so long to start a AAA membership?" And I honestly don't have a good answer, because I should have joined as soon as I could drive! I just had to get work done on my car, and to say I was taken care of would be an understatement. I got my discount and thanks to being able repeat customer, it was a good one. Positive experience: Customer service was great, and pricing was great.... However, There was no oil change sticker put on my car, The receipt i received showed my "millage in" and "millage out" as 111111- so makes it really difficult to track the next oil change. Also requested the "AAA Courtesy inspection" and i didn't receive any indication that it was done or that any thing needed to be done... The free tire rotation was supposed to be done as well and I have a hard time believing it was done because of some mud splatter I had on my rear driver tire, that stayed on my rear driver tire... Lastly, I went in the day before to set an appointment so that i could have it done quickly and it ended up being over 5 hours before I got the call to pick it up. Fantastic experience: Had front brakes done on my Ram pickup. The price wasn't too high. They stayed in touch. The next day the brakes were squeaky. Took it back and they replaced them with ceramics at no extra charge. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: Amazing group of people, I was traveling east and my truck came up with a check engine light. Customer service talked me to their location and the mechanics diagnosed the problem. They stayed after hours to wait for the part that got me back on the road. Highly recommend this location.

Positive experience: The problem with your store on N. PENNSYLVANIA AVE., is that your cubicles aren't being utilized at all. I came in there to look for some Branson tickets, and had to stand up the whole time! That's tough on my back now.lol. I also couldn't see the ticket screen very well. I realized COVID restrictions are in place, but we still could have used a desk someplace. My guess is that you're only sanitizing twice a day or so. Mary did get me some info regarding tickets, but the date was missing. I will need to het back to her.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get a refund for my trip Since May 15, 2020. I have been getting the run around every time I call. Agent stated I would get my money back but now the story has changed. However, I can not trust what is being told to me. My trip was booked back in Sep 2019 for July 5, 2020. Very bad!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Booked an Alaskan Cruise with land tour through Terri Church. When I would make an inquiry it took at least 3 requests before she would respond. Was very disappointed with her customer service. Had an issue at the airport and needed her advice but was completely ignored. Spent a large sum of money on this trip and expected much better. Will NEVER use her services again!

Negative experience: Major issues when booking memorable Alaskan Cruise. A year ago we selected land view specific balcony rooms and were given room numbers at that time (adjoining and nearby rooms). 13 days before trip, received final packets and the rooms are not what was requested or paid for. Some rooms are no longer close and are on the wrong side of boat and different level. Travel agent has been unresponsive and incompetent through the entire experience. We requested another agent and were told we had to use her and couldn't change. When we called the supervisor, they didn’t return our call. Negative experience: I have AAA insurance, we have had a couple of small claims. I have found their adjusters to be absolute idiots, you have to go through a couple of them and it takes a couple of months to settle up on a small fender bender because they try to cheat you out of a few hundred dollars, one time I had to get a lawyer and go after my own insurance company. I have had enough, we have a claim right now, and it is looking to be going to court too. After this, we are done with AAA, and will be going with USAA.

Negative experience: We started originally looking for Home. Their quote was hands down the best so we went with them. 2 days before closing we found out our Auto also had to switch to them which was almost double what we were currently paying. Because of the home savings it was almost even so we went ahead and kept moving with AAA. We went through a home claim process and it was seamless and easy. I give AAA credit there for doing an amazing job. We did have an issue with the adjuster showing up on time but overall, from what we've heard, it went well. 2 years (almost) and we sold that house. Premiums kept rising but we decided to see what they could offer again so we called and got another quote (directed to same agent) but wasn't as competitive and still the auto was much higher. Decided it wasn't competitive enough and didn't feel like paying for all the things they want to sponsor so we cancelled the policy with the agent and then with customer service. The following week we get billed again. Apparently we actually needed someone to send us papers to sign before it could cancel. We weren't contacted. Top it off even though we supplied new information to both parties somehow nothing was updated (address or phone). Found out 2 weeks later (because I called) that a check was sent to the old address. Again not contacted. There was just a lack of ownership in the process which made us feel as if we slipped into the Grand Canyon since cancelling. For us it only re-enforces our decision to leave this company. Now and days anyone offers road-side and rates are better elsewhere so nothing unique from what I can tell besides the brand name.
Fantastic experience: I received a Trip Tik, Maps and Tour books from this AAA location. They were prepared very quickly and were very handy while preparing our trip. I joked with my husband that no one uses maps anymore. Well, we had to make a detour because of an accident and I was grateful for the physical map to help guide us to a detour. Wonderful service from the people working in the office.
