Fantastic experience: I dropped in to get my international driver's permit. The service was friendly and prompt. And the store had lots of travel paraphernalia for sale, though I thought it was kinda pricey.

Fantastic experience: I went into the office to get a map. I walked out with maps, travel guide and many helpful suggestions for day trips in my area. The representatives were so very friendly and knowledgeable.

(which had nothing to do with her or AAA). Her knowledge and skills in working through all the details have been a life saver. There's many things we didn't know anything she has helped us with, and we're so grateful to have her assistance.

Negative experience: I would not recommend using this place, and we won't use again. Stephanie is absolutely terrible at communicating. We've paid for all 11 family members to go on a cruise and have been asking for over 6 weeks for an itinerary. We don't have our cruise information or flight information. An absolutely terrible experience, stay away!

Negative experience: A close friend on Saturday night broke down near Anacortes… it took AAA over three hours to get someone there to help her… she paid the membership fee so she wouldn’t be stranded… but they left her there… no streetlights … in the dark til darn near midnight…even tho she is a member… truthfully, they should return her money. Truthfully carefully consider if paying any money to this business is a good idea.

Positive experience: The counter girls are very knowledgeable, and if necessary, they will get the correct info to any and all questions. You can receive your euros for European trips in a matter of 3 days or less. I was also able to get an international driving permit the same day. Go AAA...All the way!!!!

Fantastic experience: That was a quick and painless visit. Marcy took care of our flight reservations, getting us the departure and arrival times we wanted, the fee was minimal and unfortunately the airlines don't budge on the price. We will definitely be back for our next trip, I hope I will not need to be desperate enough again to waste hours online searching for cheap flights. So very glad that we went.

Fantastic experience: I have been a AAA member for many years, and Washington is a bit different than California/Colorado where I have previously used the office. The Agent was excellent and helped with extended knowledge of doing insurance in Washington State.

Negative experience: I pay $1,200.00 a month and have 11 vehicles with these guys its ridiculous. 25 minutes on hold for the original call. Called the 877 number and was able to reach someone within 2 minutes but now I have been on the phone for1:20:49 seconds and time is continuing to go on. I can't answer any other phone calls for my business, use the bathroom or anything. This is the worst case of customer service ever. But you better not be late on your payments....... No agent answers the phones. Horrible service.

Fantastic experience: I went in to AAA to get a international driver's permit. So that I may rent a motorcycle in Thailand and not be stopped and given a ticket. The service was first rate. They set me up with everything I needed. Also they have a great selection of maps. Nice store I will return.

Fantastic experience: Nice people with great customer service. I went there for my IDP with my two little kids. They treated us with lots of respect and made the process so easy, plus treated the kids like one of theirs. Love these ladies here. This is how customer service should be conducted.

Positive experience: Customer service was helpful and completely covered all questions to change our membership to this state. We were taken aback by the 40+% fee increase, but realize that this probably due to the much larger population.

Fantastic experience: i still gave a 5 star because i rate AAA in general they're awesome, maybe I'm too sensitive or not just used to getting an attitude from someone in any AAA offices for 14+ years in different states as a member when you have a question, and the answer that I got is "we are not like that!!" when I mention that other AAA has it... lolz

They suggested a very nice hotel that allowed us to leave our truck and would shuttle us to seatac. It was easy and smooth and very nice. I would recommend that idea to anybody else that I knew

And additionally, gave me some directions to a neighboring town where I waned to do some shopping. 2015 atlases were on sale as well and I bought one. Great experience here.

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth Lundquist is AWESOME! I am a middle-aged woman who can be a bit technology challenged. I couldn't get my fast-passes and dinner reservations figured out for our trip to Walt Disney World this spring. I went in and Elizabeth helped me make them all. I had to leave for an appointment and asked Elizabeth to just continue making our reservations as we would follow her recommendations anyway. We love our AAA office, and our "personal" trip planner, Elizabeth.

Fantastic experience: Have been in several times to get maps and traveling supplies. The staff is always helpful. This time they suggested travel books, and sale items I should consider and even offered to gift wrap!! We are all set for our upcoming vacation to Kauai!!

Positive experience: Family trip to multiple areas in Italy in summer of 2016. Raylene with AAA helped us with airline tickets. Over a period of two months Raylene spent time helping us to understand the details of International flights and on numerous occasions checked the price of tickets for us. This will be a spendy trip and I fully admit to being a high maintenance customer. Raylene never made me feel like I was asking to much which I was. Finally after becoming comfortable with our trip logistics and cost of airline tickets we purchased our tickets thru AAA. Thanks Raylene and AAA, we slept very good last night after getting this trip off to a great start.
