I been using this company for 11 years now and they are professional and great fast service. Going to use this company again June 2025. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!!

Negative experience: Driver constantly on the phone, for no reason but to txt and I have 5 videos. He got mad when I told him to stop using his phone. He said it was not company policy and I could talk to the office lol. I told him it was the law and he pulled over and started smoking on the side of the road wow. He tried to scare me that he would leave me on the side of the road hahaha that was funny too. I definitely will contact DOT and the federal motor carrier safety administration. The guy thought it was a joke. 14 passengers 2 kids and he still didn't care. These guys think they're the Sheriff's department. His Boss Gabriel tried to make it seem like it was ok to be on the phone because he was reporting an accident. Another excuse because still not the law.

Dicen se descompuso p... llegaron ya los de salida 6.30pm y esperan ,así q nos juntaran c ellos y siguen vendiendOo boletos. Es una falta de respeto, es una bajeza. 4.37 pm pregunté de mi salida pq ni avisan y dijeron un retraso y sigo aquí. NEFASTOS. INUTILES NUESTRAS QUEJAS Y LOS CHICOS ENCARGADOS NO RESUELVEN. Eramos 5 personas pusieron a 5 mas en el lugar de nosotros les cobraron y no quisieron provernos otra shuttle ! El dueño Es un despota que tiene. Pura jente sin capasitaion. Para nada !! Nunca en mi Vida se vuelvo a suvir en esas cochinadas !!!!!

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this place. This review is from taking multiple trips with them, hoping that things would be better but boy was I WRONG! First of all, good luck actually getting ahold of them to book a trip. And if you actually get an answer, don't get too excited because you have a pretty good chance that they will hang up on you. If you ARE able to book a trip, the waiting game BEGINS! They are NEVER on time. You can wait anywhere from two hours or more. And if you ask questions, get ready to hear any and ALL lame excuses. From the driver running late, to them pumpkin gas, even getting pulled over. Once you're on the bus, I suggest you feel around and make sure you're not about to sit in a puddle a urine. Because after taking off hours after the set time, they are trying to not make any stops. That means that the people who have to use the restroom have to either wait the 4-8 hours (maybe more depends on traffic) depending how long they take. But if the driver has to use the restroom, he doesn't care. He will just pull over and urinate next to the van. So I suggest you don't bring children with you. Oh, and that's if you even make it to your destination. My mom took a trip with these unprofessional fraudulent people as well, after waiting hours to take off, their best up OLD VAN died on them on the way there. So guess what, MORE waiting while another driver came to pick everyone up. This is sad. I am all about supporting small business, especially when I see its hard working minorities. But don't let these people fool you. Greyhound had come a long way. I make sure to plan my trips ahead so I can get the American Airlines round trip for $102 with taxes included. Please don't let these people take advantage of you and your hard earned money.

Fantastic experience: these reviews are totally wrong, these peoples main priority is Las Vegas, they offer rides to TJ (but it is with another company, not them) to try and help us out that's why they're getting bad reviews, I agree the TJ service is horrible, but that has NOTHING to do with this company, this company is amazing, its only $30 OW and $55 RT and it takes 3-4 hours to get to Las Vegas, what more do you want?? They never make any stops unlike Greyhound and American Lion and that phony poser company on Pacific that is stealing their name and people. I totally recommend this company if you are a person like me who just wants to get to their destination QUICK and not deal with drug addicts like on the bus. The people in the office are super nice too :)
