Negative experience: worse travel agency I've come across. with abysmal costumer service, denying to help me or my mother with help after purchasing a flight ticket with them, the lady would just say "I can't help you that you have to solve that yourself" and dismissing us without any further instructions and denying any further calls. just save yourself the hassle that is being their costumer and look another agency.

Fantastic experience: I work as a Financial Analyst thus I am consistently under a lot of work stress, the last place I want to be stressed is at the airport or on vacation. The travel agents here do a phenomenal job to make sure that never happens! They give great customer service and have always guaranteed me the lowest price and if I ever run into any issues I quickly call my agent and they handle it right away which gives me a peace of mind. I used to book online through travel search engines but the world is not perfect so when issues would arise, talking to a customer service machine or being put on hold for long times was just as stressful as being at work. Thank you Tom Tours for all that you do and for helping me with my last minute accommodation this holiday season, I can't wait to see my family!

Negative experience: esta ah sido la peor experiencia que eh tenido con esta agencia si es que se puede llamar así . esta agencia son pésimos en ayudar al cliente,prácticamente te roban el dinero con un descaro engañando al cliente cundo no sabe de algunas cosas tan simples como por ejemplo llamando ala aerolínea. informarte mejor para cancelar un Vuelo, oh cambiar un Vuelo ,yo llamo para hacer este tramite para poder ayudar ah mi madre ,ah que no la estafen ya que quedo sorprendida al ella contarme que le an dicho esta agencia que al hacer el cambio de vuelo tiene que pagar una penalidad de 250.00$ mas el cambio de tarifa , me explico ella tendría que pagar esa penalidad de 250.00$ el día que ella decida viajar mas el cambio de tarifa del boleto. cuando hablo con esta señorita por teléfono que fue grosera ala ves me dijo lo mismo y yo le pregunto que si yo pago la penalidad y trato de cambiar el vuelo de mi madre para un mes con tarifas mas bajas que si la diferencia de dinero me la regresan oh si podemos agregarla ala penalidad y pagar la diferencia .la señorita oh señora me dijo que la agencia no hacia eso que no devolvían el dinero así descaradamente me lo dijo luego dijo que la aerolínea no hacia eso ,al ella decirme todo esto quedo consternada y furiosa ala ves y le dije que me diera el numero de la aerolínea AVIANCA para contactarme con ellos y preguntarle las mismas preguntas que le hice ala señora por teléfono ,al contactarme con la aerolínea una señorita muy amable me atendió le explique todo lo que havia hablado con la agencia de viajes TOM &TOURS . todo totalmente diferente , laseñorita chequio el boleto me dijo que podia cancelar oh cambiar el Vuelo sin ninguna problema QUE NO TENGO QUE PAGAR NINGUNA PENALIDAD DE 250.00$ Y QUE ELLOS ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO,QUE SOLO TENGO QUE PAGAR LOS IMPUESTOS DEL VALOR DEL TICKET Y LLENAR UN FORMULARIO, Y EN 30 DIAS ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO QUE NO SON 250.00$ MAS EL CAMBIO DE TARIFA . Nuestros agentes son personas muy honestas y sumamente capacitadas pero debido a ser un incidente relacionado a la Aerolinea AVIANCA debemos investigar ya que necesitamos asegurarnos que el agente este informado de los multiples cambios y dar la informacion precisa (debido a la reciente huelga dicha aerolinea ha estado perdonando muchas de su penalidades). Negative experience: They were very helpful intially when purchasing my tickets for my daughter and myself and two days later I purchased another ticket for a relative (minor) and kindly requested to please have all seats together since I was traveling with two minors. However, I was told we wouldn't be together because I purchased the third ticket days later and the flight was full and she would be seated behind us which I understood. At that point I requested my return flight seats to be assigned together in the same row but was told by "Gloria" that she could not do so until a few days before the return flight and I should contact her a few days before my return. I called 4 days before my return and was told this time by "Gloria" that she had never said that, there was nothing she could do and that the first time it was an expception they had done for me? I felt extremely upset, if she had said this to me at the beginning I would have tried to call Delta myself in the states. Not only did she treat me like I was making things up which I know I was not because I heard and comprehended perfectly what she said but she kept interrupting me the whole time treating me like a crazy customer when I was never rude nor did I raise my voice at her. They are very helpful when you pay but after this they won't even try to help or at least accept they mislead you and give you an authentic apology.... Very disappointed!

Negative experience: They are full of schemers!!! Jenny tried to swindle my mother out of her money by first canceling my mothers flight without her permission. Than refusing to return the money she had already taken out of my mother bank account. Oh yeah, can't forget the fact on how Jenny lied about American Airlines not accepting Discover Cards, meanwhile they accept all major credit card companies.
