Fantastic experience: We chose to book our Italy trip through Expedia Cruises and more specifically with Tina Crepeau. We couldn’t be more happy with the trip and the guidance and arrangements we received from Tina. Every day of our vacation was a new and exciting experience. Fantastic experience: Wow, what an incredible trip. Excellent advisement by Tina with hotel in Rome, travel pickup at airport and van pick-up/private tour guide for 2 tours. Everything went smooth. Hotel was convenient for walking to restaurants, Trevia Fountain and Spanish steps. Private tour guides were the best decision we made. Fantastic experience: We worked with Tina at Expedia for trip planning and advice. Once we booked, she kept in touch with us and offered information regarding the trip over the course of several months. However where she really came through for us was when we had to cancel our trip last minute due to illness. She walked us through the process of filing an insurance claim after hours to ensure that we notified them on time with all of the necessary information. Could not ask for a better travel consultant!

Fantastic experience: I am a fan of Expedia, and recently returned from a wonderful winter gettaway cruise on the Celebrity Reflection to Grand Cayman, Aruba and Curacao. The islands were pretty and clean, beaches were beautiful and local islanders were very friendly. This was my second time on the Reflection (First to Carribean) and it did not disappoint. The ship was smooth, clean and very well appointed. Service was again outstanding. Food was exceptionally good. The Lawn Grill Specialty Restaurant was an excellent place for steak and chops. Entertainment was also fun and varied. Celebrity is a good choice for a cruiseline. A few words regarding Linda Rich, our Expedia travel consultant. Linda did a spectacular job putting this trip together for our neighborhood group. Her friendly, patient demeanor, excellent communication skills and knowledge of the cruise industry are top notch. During the booking process, she tirelessly and patiently helped our large group navigate cruise ammenities, room locations and upgrades, finding the best fit for each of us! It was a seamless process. This is the second cruise Ive booked with Linda and I look forward to many more!!! She's the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I (and several neighbors) just took a Caribbean cruise and our experience on the Celebrity Reflection was outstanding. Much of that was due to superior service, support and recommendations of our travel agent Linda Rich. Linda is very knowledgeable and provided great care to the entire group we traveled with to ensure our complete satisfaction and enjoyment. Fantastic experience: I haven't travelled beyond 3 hours or for longer than 3 days in years because of illness and food issues. I reached out to Ivy Pearson for help with our trip to Disney World as an adult family of six. She was very helpful and accommodating, understanding all of my concerns. Our interactions were easy and informative, and our family trip was a huge success! The rooms we had at Disney were beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Firstly, Jessica recommended the perfect cabin with a larger balcony which also provided fantastic views from the aft of the ship. This gave us room to hang out on the balcony as a family. Fantastic experience: We booked a one week cruise on Celebrity Ascent to the Caribbean in December 2024 with Stephanie Bush from Expedia. We had a group of 8 of us. Stephanie was so helpful with getting us an amazing deal. The price she had was almost half of everywhere else we called. The reason is because Expedia provides group rates that I couldn’t access elsewhere. She was great to work with throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions (which I had many) in a very timely fashion. In the end we had 2 couples have to cancel due to medical emergencies and Stephanie was terrific to work with during this process as well. I will definitely be booking travel with her.

Fantastic experience: Bob Cristadoro is amazing, this is the third trip I have asked Bob to assist me with and all was fabulous. He is so lovely to work with, and he seems to have traveled extensively so always has helpful input. The flights worked out great, and the hotel was awesome. Negative experience: I personally love the fact that our agent helped us and made the process very easy for us. However, the experience on carnival conquest was horrible. The boat was over packed , the food line was extremely long , it closed earlier than other cruises i been on, and food selection wasn't the best. People who work at the cruise were always pleasant and somewhat distracted, causing people to argue when we boarded on and off the boat. Kids were running everywhere, parents were whooping their kids behind with belts , very loud and obnoxious. We paid for a balcony to have privacy, and people on each side were always looking to our balcony to hold conversation loudly while they drunk late at night. People weren't too nice! I'll never cruise on carnival conquest again . Especially when we all got extremely sick after visiting Princess cay, while the flies were all over the food, the workers were sweating on the food uncontrollably HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Thanks, but no thanks.... NO MORE CARNIVAL FOR ME not even for FREE

Positive experience: Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The food was great at the Indian and Mexican restaurants. The food trucks and buffet had good food as well. The casino was fun and was open until 1:40 AM. The entertainment gave us some nighttime fun.

Positive experience: I believe the Breakaway should change the menu in the dining rooms more often and it would be nice to have more shows than 2. I don't feel game shows are the same. The specialty dining was enjoyable

Positive experience: We cruised our 2nd transatlantic with Royal Caribbean Odyssey of Seas and found the wait staff, room attendants and general crew very nice, informative and enjoy their work. We always eat in the dining rooms for dinner and our waiter, Sharrah and assistant waiter, Bagus, were very attentive and met all our needs. We gave only 4 star rating because the ship was too large. It seemed like you didn't connect with other travelers more than once due to the size. The ship was at 70% capacity so it was not crowded which was nice.

Fantastic experience: Dave Farrington put together a great trip on the Icon of the Seas. We cruised on the maiden voyage to St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Thomas and Coco Cay. The itinerary was fantastic, the ship was lovely and clean and we loved the places we went to. Dave was so knowledgeable about cruising. He helped us pick our cabins which turned out to be at a perfect location and communicated with us so well. We knew exactly what to expect. Thank you Dave for a great vacation experience!

We had constant communication via emails, a special Facebook group, and Team Reach. It's not easy corralling 91 people for dinner, a group picture at the Icon's Pearl, and more. My wife and I would definitely recommend contacting Dave for future travel!

I was trying to book the cruises between my busy schedule, She response quickly and her information was very detail. I went on cruises multiple times, but it was my mom and my oldest one's first time, so I upgraded their room; both rooms were very nice, very clean; I appreciate how good the air ventilation system they have in the room! we had 4 ppl and it didn't feel stuffy at all compare to other cruises that we'd been on. crews were all very friendly, the shows were amazing! the singers, the dancers and all the performers were awesome! I was so glad that I didn't miss the shows. overall it was a great experience, will consider cruising again with MSC, but hoping they will have more food options and different varieties; also, better coffee will be apricated as for coffee drinkers. Definitely will book my future trips with Expedia again, especially with Stephine for the cruise trips! I'm grateful for the wonderful vacation experience!

Positive experience: The MSC Meraviglia is absolutely beautiful! The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The shows were not the best but certainly entertaining. Overall the food was so so. The dinner menu lacked variety. The beef/steak entrees were absolutely terrible...flavorless, extremely tough! The ship was very clean. However, there was an ongoing problem ship wide with the toilets not flushing. The embarkation went amazingly well..very quick..well organized. Unfortunately, the disembarkation was awful..borderline chaotic.. very poorly orchestrated. Despite some of the negative aspects it was overall an enjoyable cruise.

Fantastic experience: Jessica provides exceptional service from prebooking to unavoidable snags along the trip. Our flight as well as the flights at all the nearby airports got cancelled due to freezing conditions.
