Fantastic experience: I recently completed my first trip to Europe with the Grand Century Cruises, and it was a truly memorable experience. On the very first day, during our visit to the first Olympic Stadium in Athens, our tour leader, Hao Xuxu, noticed that the zipper of my backpack was open. To my surprise, I discovered that my small makeup bag was missing—my belongings had been stolen! Thankfully, thanks to Hao's sharp attention and extensive experience, he swiftly located the bag in a nearby trash can, discarded by the thief. Throughout the trip, I was continually impressed by Hao’s attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication. His thoughtful approach and strong work ethic earned him praise from everyone in the group. Additionally, our Greek tour guide, Sun, was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing Greek history, culture, and mythology to life with captivating stories. Sun’s friendly and approachable demeanor made him easy to engage with, and he was always patient in answering our questions and helping us take pictures. His professionalism and commitment made him an outstanding guide. Overall, the trip was an enriching and enjoyable experience, thanks to the efforts of Hao and Sun.

Fantastic experience: Really fun experience! Went and travelled around Europe and our tour guide Mr. Hao xuxu was a very cool dude! Learned a lot while traveling and the food was SUPERB. Mr. Hao is conscientious in his work and humorous in his explanation. We all like him very much. I'll hang out with him next time we go to Europe They also booked us really great hotel, I’d definitely book them again for my next vacation!

Fantastic experience: GRAND CENTURY is the best travel agency in LA. :) 1st of all, this company offers a complete package including air tickets, hotel, local transportation and most of the dining, which is just I want and save a lot of trouble for me. In the past, I have been looking for such kind of travel agency who can offer the full services, however, I couldn't find an ideal one, most of them only offer part of the services, and I have to spend a lot of time to book air ticket to match the journey's timing which is rather frustrating! How can it call a vocation if you still need to take care of partial of the vocation's job by yourself? 2nd, this company offers a very competitive price which is really unbeatable! In addition, they never sacrifice their quality even with such good price. I compared their prices for the trip I took with this company in June this year which was for South-America 3 countries, their price is almost 34% lower than the other companies while they still keep a high quality for the journey. Their cost-effectiveness is definitely invincible! 3rd, their tour guide is very professional. I already participated 3 tours with this company, and I found every tour guide performs their duty pretty well. They treat their customer nicely like friend and keep the journey enjoyable. I did have a bad experience with the tour guide from the other travel agency, who was terribly unprofessional and harsh to their customer. I'm going to take another tour again with this company next month as I fully trust them for their quality services. :)

Positive experience: We just completed a 13-day European trip from London to Switzerland. Overall, it was a memorable trip with knowledgeable tour guides, some of whom also have wonderful photographing expertise! The tourist sites we visited were beautiful and food on the cruise ship was exquisite! The only thing we would like to point out is the lack of professionalism in a team lead who collected the "tips" on the day of arrival. She did not provide a good explanation on why she had to collect the money at the beginning of the trip rather than at the end so the guests would have an option to pay based on the service. We did pay as required but have since then faced cold treatment from her, which was not pleasant. Also, there was a major mess-up on the itinerary of me and my sister. We were supposed to fly from different cities in US but were grouped together somehow, causing my long wait at the airport for pickup. For a cruise company with over two decades of experience, we expect a more mature and professional staff team than what we have experienced, although the majority of the team were wonderful! The live music on the cruise was especially enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Our 15 days Europe trip was wonderful. Xu Xu tour leader were with us from the day we landed to the day we departed. He was a very good leader. He help us with everything we need. Including SIM card and exchange money. So convenient and one less thing to do. Thank you Xuxu for a very memory Europe trip. We enjoyed so much.

Fantastic experience: Catherine, our tour guide for the Australia New Zealand tour, was great! She was always there for us, paying attention to each person's special needs, taking pictures of us, giving us all bottled water, etc. She exchanged currency for us and gave us a better exchange rate than our bank back home! She had to deal with delayed flights and attractions that were already fully booked, and through it all she worked hard to give us the best experience possible.

Fantastic experience: I just came back from 15 days of Western Europe tour and it was an amazing and remarkable vacation! Grand Century Cruises booked 4 stars hotels that include breakfast. We enjoyed different freshly made coffee and healthy food. 5 stars for tour guide, Mr. Hao Xuxu! He led us through the journey with his professional, thoughtful, and responsible attitude. Every night, he will remind us about the weather and preview the schedule for the next day, which helped us prepare for the next exciting day. Positive experience: Firstly, the pace of the trip was quite intense. Having to change hotels almost every night, except for two countries, was a bit exhausting. Additionally, the amount of time we spent on the bus traveling between countries, averaging 3-5 hours daily, felt excessive. This resulted in limited opportunities to truly immerse ourselves in the destinations and enjoy the local culture. One notable observation was that the schedule seemed tailored more towards a younger and more agile audience. I am relieved that I didn’t bring my 70-year-old mother on this trip, as the constant rush and tight schedule would have been overwhelming for her. Even for myself and my 18-year-old daughter, we found it challenging to have enough time for meaningful exploration and shopping. The limited 5-6 hours allocated for shopping, especially at well-known brands, left us wanting more. Additionally, I want to express my appreciation for our tour guide, Mr. Shao/Hao. His professionalism, experience, and dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment were truly remarkable. His efforts to provide shopping and sightseeing tips were invaluable, and his knowledge of the destinations was impressive. In conclusion, while our overall experience had its challenges, it was largely elevated by the expertise and attentiveness of Mr. Shao/Hao. I hope you consider this feedback constructively, as we believe that with some adjustments, your tours can offer an even more enriching experience for travelers.

Fantastic experience: I recently just finished the 2 week europe trip with grand century cruises and it was a really enjoyable experience. Mr. Shao, emma, and the driver were all really professional and ensured us a relaxed and comfortable vacation. The plan allowed us to visit all the famous tour destinations while also leaving some space for everyone to rest. The hotels and restaurants were really nice too. Really recommend!

Fantastic experience: We just wrapped up our Europe tour with Grand Century. It was a fun trip to visit 7 countries within 2 weeks. After we arrived at Paris, the tour lead Emma and the tour guide Mr.Shao welcomed us and took good care of us throughout the trip. The hotel and food arrangements were well organized and communicated. The same dedicated tour bus was providing transportation services to the group the whole trip. The bus driver was very professional and handled European roads really well. It’s been pretty enjoyable to listen to Mr.Shao about the places/people and relevant history/fun facts. His decades of tour guide experience were truly amazing. Emma was very helpful on everything the team ran by her. Besides the duo, there were also local guides specialized in Paris/Florence/Venice. They shared fun stories as well. Advice: it could rain anytime in summer. Bring a small umbrella, hoodie and some medicine just in case. Have fun.

My family and I had a great experience being with Mr. Hao and Mr. Shao’s tour group. Both of them were very knowledgeable and professional but also created a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy. When people suggested that they wanted to see and try local specialties that weren’t on the itinerary, Mr. Hao and Mr. Shao did everything in their power to make it happen. Our driver also deserves an honorable mention as he was extremely skilled in maneuvering the busy streets as well as being good with directions in all 7 countries we went to. Negative experience: A terrible experience, they indeed don't have their own bus and rented one temporarily. The organization was chaotic, their service attitude was poor, and they lacked professionalism. They even claimed to be a cruise tour company, but they are just a subcontracting company without any equipment.

Negative experience: Don’t believe they have own bus and tour guide, they have NONE. They just “Sell” you to the local tour guide and let them SCAM you. Be prepared to pay triple or higher prices for the attractions tickets and meals arranged by the local tour guide. Worse service, unprofessional and rude staffs.
