Fantastic experience: I have used the roadside service when I needed to and it was always prompt and helpful the driver's have always been kind.
Negative experience: I have a membership and insurance policy since October. I recieved one telemarketing email, and requested to be put on DNS / (UN SUBSCRIBED). My email has been changed so I cannot even access my account anymore. I DO NOT KNOW IF I AM CURRENTLY A MEMBER, OR HAVE ACTIVE INSURANCE. Thanks to a "Jordan Graham". Absolutely unreal.
Negative experience: We had our policy rates go up dramatically ( around $1,600) in just one short year. When I asked them why it went up so much they first said it's because there's been a rate hike in all insurances everywhere due to many things like inflation or area accidents. I said that $1,600 was way too much for a rate hike. It turns out that one of the agents made a mistake on an accident we disclosed when we opened a new account. They said there was an accident report on July of 2023 and that it was just a few weeks before we opened the new account with AAA. I told them that we clearly told AAA about the accident on July of 2020, NOT 2023. We have not been in any accidents after 2020 and they made a mistake when typing what year. AAA said to provide proof of the accident report, which I did and it showed we were with All State at the time in a different vehicle that we have now and they covered the minor fender bender my mother was in. I showed a AAA agent pictures of her then Toyota CH-R with very small scratches as well as some small broken fender and scratches on the Chevy Tahoe she hit and the agent agreed that it was minimal. I sent to four AAA agents the PDF documents from All State that clarifies the accident was on July of 2020, NOT 2023. It's been 7 weeks now and all they tell me every time I call is "Well, we have to wait for Under Writing to see what they say". We've been overcharged TWICE already with a third overcharge rapidly approaching and I don't think AAA wants to fix this. It took me a couple of hours to call All State and get those documents sent but it takes AAA over 7 weeks to look at them. We've been with AAA for 23 years but we're treated like strangers that just arrived. I'm going to recommend my parents leave AAA and go somewhere else, this is very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: We needed help planning a summer cruise to Alaska. I quickly became lost in the maze of offers in the internet. I contacted Jessica of AAA and she hooked me up with Vernell who quickly sorted out and explained the options! I went to the business to sign some documents but it could have been done online. I chose to go to AAA for our trip and couldn't have been more pleased!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about these folks. I needed an IDP and didn’t have my passport photos required but Rachel was very helpful and had no problem accommodating my needs. Was in and out in 10 minutes. This office is a well oiled machine.

Negative experience: I was a aaa member for the last 19 plus years but decided not to renew my membership as I was not using it. I was offered a new membership by aaa for discount and thought of joining again. I was not treated fairly when I visited this location recently. No smile in the faces and they were not willing to help. This location is open for business on Saturday and They were not in a mood to notarize a document And came up with a aaa policy of notarizing a parent consent document with both my and wife. Present with a state id and passport. I don’t have time to argue with them. I am not going to renew the membership as I am disappointed with the service
Negative experience: I would give negative stars if I could. My Jeep broke down near Houston TX around 330-4pm. I called AAA for a tow. They estimated it would be an almost 2 hours wait…fine. I understand Tow companies are busy especially during rush hour (at least I think they are?). After 2 hours I called AAA back. They stated the Tow driver broke down on their way to my Location. They asked if I wanted to send another company. I told them not yet. I asked for the tow companies number so I could call and see if they possibly had another truck in route. I didn’t want to start all over again. So I called the tow company. They tell me they have a screen shot (if I want it) of their driving declining AAA request for a tow after they broke down. I call AAA back. They have no clue what they’re doing. They say they didn’t know what happened and state they will send another company. I ask if I can leave my vehicle at the location with the keys (because it was hot and by this point had waited almost 3 hours) and they say yes. I go home and fall asleep. 6 hours later I wake up and call AAA because I still haven’t heard from them. They tell me no truck has arrived (9 hours after breaking down) and they will call me back with an ETA. AAA is almost as bad as centurlink when it comes to service. Unless you received AAA as a guest….I suggest you save your money and just pay for a Tow company when you break down.

Positive experience: I don't know why I pay for full coverage. Didn't help me at all. My husband backed up into my other car and just because my car was not on my car insurance. Mind you he is on my insurance, AAA can't pay to fix my other vehicle.♀️♀️ I'm not happy at all But I do love roadside assistance that's the best part.

Fantastic experience: AAA Roadside assistance, I will never go without it. Especially being a single woman & knowing nothing about cars. my car would not start, I called AAA roadside assistance, they sent All American Towing out. I had a battery from AAA, it was under warranty. Jonathan G. with All American Towing came and replaced it. He also put air in my tires. I did not even request getting air in my tires. He did this on his own. Way to go Jonathan!! Very professional, courteous. Above average. I have always been impressed with All American Towing and AAA Roadside Assistance & the people they sub out to come do the work. Happy Customer!

Positive experience: Ive used triple A services for 2 years now, and ive been very happy with them so far, recently upgraded our package to 100 mile tows. The money is worth it %100. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is do to the fact that there is some confusion between AAA and their outsourced contractors sometimes. But not their fault

Fantastic experience: Awesome service and friendly staff! Had to renew my International Driver Permit (IDP). As always, simply efficient process. By having an IDP, opens up opportunities for more adventures, experiences, and respectful exploration. Additional opportunities for raising the Texas Flag in new locations. AAA offers a great many travel plans and tips. I addition, they offer good rates on insurance and other travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Nice facility. Friendly very helpful employees. I needed a trip til, maps and travel books. I had called ahead so they would be ready. My actual time in the store was about 10 minutes. Part of that being wait time. They even called me a few days later to make sure everything worked well for me.

Negative experience: They don’t answer phone calls you stay forever hanging but if you put the option for insurance quote they will answer immediately but if you say that you need a information they wil transfer you to no one !

Negative experience: BAD deals.. I got a policy from them, for x amount of dollars/month. Then supposedly something happened, and my premium was 2X the previous and they took 2 months to look over it, and after 2 months, they came out saying they can do nothing.

Negative experience: I have had triple A road side assistance for eight years and have used it once for a flat tire. We were traveling from the kingwood texas area to lubbock, Texas pulling our fifth wheel rv. The radiator went out on our GMC truck about thirty miles east of Slaton, Texas. We called AAA and they said they would have a tow truck to us in approximately 45 minutes. When the truck did not show up we called AAA again and was informed the tow truck was not dispatched that our truck was not covered and if they dispatched a tow truck we would need to pay the tow truck out of pocket. We were broke down for two hours on highway 84 in 100 degree weather in Texas. We had to make other arrangements to get our truck to a repair shop. This particular truck had been on our policy for four years and we were never informed the truck was not covered. It is odd AAA would tow a 18K pound RV but not a four door truck. Triple AAA did not hesitate to collect the annual premium for eight years. I would NOT recommend Triple AAA road side assistance to anyone.
Negative experience: Don't use their travel agents. They're likely to screw up your trip
Negative experience: An older blond lady, I think her name was Carolyn, "helped" us. She should probably not be in a job where she has contact with customers. She seemed really angry the whole time she was "helping" us, and was quite rude as well. I hope whatever gave her that attitude gets better, for her sake and the sake of her future customers.
Negative experience: I will NEVER be using AAA again! They way one of their drivers treated my family was so upsetting. My husband was taking the exit ramp on I45 to Woodlands pkwy and at the last second this large AAA tow truck begins to come into our lane. He didn't have his blinker on so my husband thought he just wasn't paying attention. He honked at the driver (thinking he didn't see us) but the AAA truck driver continued to come into our lane forcing my husband to slam on his breaks! There is no shoulder just a large cement barrier that we almost hit and we luckily didn't get rear-ended by the car behind us! Our 4 month old BABY was in the car and I can't imagine what would have happened if we're hit by this AAA driver!!! It was a terrifying and upsetting experience to say the least! And on top of that the drive began to make gestures to us after forcing his was in front of us! AAA drivers need to think about the safety of others and not just getting somewhere quickly! We will NOT be using AAA EVER AGAIN! And we are encouraging our friends and families to follow suit!
