Fantastic experience: We worked with Karen Dean to plan an extended family Disney Vacation. We all wanted something a little different but wanted to be able to be together as well. Karen worked with us every step of the way to plan an absolutely amazing trip! She was a wealth of information, she managed us so that we would not miss any important dates, advised on the best places to go, stay, activities, you name it we asked. If you are looking for an amazing travel agent to help you plan your Disney trip she is the absolute best!

Fantastic experience: Lane W has been a huge asset to our family during our Disney planning trips. We’ve used her services twice now, and I’d highly recommend using her again. She is VERY responsive, shares valuable information and insight to aide in any decision making needs or just general tips she’s learned along the way, all which making the trips so much more enjoyable when removing some of the stressors of the planning and any unknowns. Lane is very relatable and knows/understands these trips are expensive, but she does everything in her power to find the best deals and shares ways to maximize your money as well as your time. Fantastic experience: Colleen has helped me plan two family vacations and she could not be more helpful. She is responsive, thoughtful, and really knows her stuff.

Negative experience: Her name was generated by a cruise site for competing agents for our business. We chose her do to the higher onboard credit for our disney cruise. Sandy did not put the funds in our account. Guest service informed us to called her mid cruise and that phone call was ignored. She also ignored a question I sent one week prior about magic bands. Sandy didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself as I have booked a disney cruise prior. We also could have used another agent and received the funds. I wouldn't recommend her.

Her podcasts are very helpful as well. We have used Instant Impressions to book 2 Disney vacations so far and would definitely recommend her services!

Fantastic experience: Lane W. has been booking of Disney trips for years. She is very attentive and very knowledgeable in all things Disney. She doesn't force an itinerary that you do not want, but rather figures out what we hope to achieve while there and gives us the options to get as close as possible to those plans. She was available weeks before the vacation, but more importantly constantly checking in and answering questions while we are on the vacation. In short, she is the one you want to book your Disney Vacation.

Fantastic experience: This is the 3rd year in a row we used Sandy at Instant Impressions Travel Services, and we will continue to use her services going forward. Sandy has been amazing! This trip we wanted to surprise our daughter's with Ohana, which can be super hard to get, and Sandy got us a reservation! Our girls were SO excited and surprised! It was totally magical. She helped us plan out a park schedule that would work for us and she fit in all our reservations perfectly. We had the most amazing week. Sandy was quick with replies to all my emails and my concerns about getting into the Halloween Party on time, and helping us change our BBB appointment because we were paranoid about the rain. Sandy also kept in constant contact with us regarding the hurricane that was on the way and kept us reassured that we would be safe and our trip would be fine. Fantastic experience: We had a great trip and Colleen was super helpful in planning it all! I felt like anytime I had a question (and I had a lot of them!) she was very quick to respond and took her time in answering them all thoroughly. The only thing I would have liked to have known was that one of our dinners was not at a park but instead at the Contemporary Resort (Chef Mickey's). We almost missed our dinner because we thought it was on property at Magic Kingdom. Yikes! Other than that it was a great trip with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Having Alexa to guide our trip took the worry out of coping with all of the details, and assured that our time would be a memorable and joyful experience in the happiest place on earth. Fantastic experience: We have worked with Marielle numerous times to book our family trips to Disney World. The extent of her inside knowledge as a former cast member is very valuable and saved us lots of time. More recently, we enjoyed an Adventures by Disney, Danube River Cruise and everything went exactly as planned. We were a large group, so it was great that none of us had to make the arrangements or coordinate the pre-cruise or post-cruise excursions. Marielle's attention to all of the details allowed us to travel without any difficulties, even in these difficult times. Sandy accompanied our group and took care of every need. She seemed to know exactly what we needed even before we knew we needed it. She was available late at night and very early in the morning to accommodate the various excursions and tours. I don't think Sandy got any sleep the entire trip. We were so impressed by Instant Impressions that we booked a Rhine River Cruise for this year. We can't wait to travel hassle free again.

Fantastic experience: So much to share, so little time! Sandy & Marielle were absolutely wonderful to work with. Considering our planning started at the beginning of the Pandemic in March 2020 and continued on throughout 2020 up until our Danube River Cruise in September of 2021 they overcame hurdles and changes like the Pros they are! Each time it seemed going into it there were so many moving parts and things to research that it can be a little overwhelming. Her communication and attention to details was outstanding while planning our hotel stay, our dining package, tickets/magic bands, photo package, etc. As a family of six, Sandy was able to get us a two bedroom villa for a reasonable price in the Riviera Resort where we had a kitchen, bedrooms, living area, and washer/dryer. It was the least stressful Disney vacation we have ever taken. I was able to truly enjoy this time away knowing everything had been planned perfectly. I would highly recommend using Sandy’s services for any travel needs!

Fantastic experience: Colleen McBain was great to work with. Gave helpful advice/suggestions so we could select resort and dining options tailored to our wants and needs. Also was super responsive (and patient!) with the ton of questions we had on things ranging from transportation to COVID protocol to strategy to try to squeeze in as much as possible during our short three day stay. This was our first Disney trip and we’ll be using Colleen again for the next.
