Fantastic experience: I had Alli Roth for my travel agent and she did an incredible job setting up a wonderful honeymoon for my husband and I! We went to Cancun and were given so much information to help with every step of the way & was readily available 24/7 if we had any questions. Everything went so smoothly & she was always 2 steps ahead!! We will definitely use Brentwood Travel again in the future. :)

Fantastic experience: My wife & I, along with friends, worked with Christine Wolff of Brentwood Travel to schedule an amazing trip in Europe and a Rhine river cruise on AmaWaterways. We flew into LHR and spent the night in a nearby hotel to shake off the cobwebs from a long day's travel. The next day we flew to Basel Switzerland for a couple days in Switzerland prior to our river cruise. Christine set us up with local guides through Kennsington Travel. We greatly appreciated the personal attention the drivers and guides were able to provide. The cruise was flawless with nice accommodations, great service, good food and attentive staff. A few days in Amsterdam and then London rounded out our trip. While we went to visit family in England our friends flew home and Christine was incredibly helpful in resolving their plans due to a canceled United Flight. She was available to them to plan an overnight stay in Newark and re-book them on another flight home. Kudos to Christine for her work making our journeys enjoyable. The details she packed into the app she provided kept us on track throughout our 27 day adventure. Thanks to Christine and Brentwood Travel!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Brentwood Travel since the early 90's. Of all the trips I have been on their service has been superb. Not one thing has ever gone wrong. Alison Roth has done several of my cruises. First, she's extremely personable. You can be guaranteed when you email her or call her. She will get back with you ASAP. She is so accommodating you never have to worry about a thing nothing and I mean nothing I'm older and I suffer with Alzheimer's and without her I'm not quite sure if I could've gotten this done. She does everything so she booked our flight she got our boarding passes. She got our hotel she booked our cruise. Anything that needed to be done was done. Our side trips were taken care of we had absolutely nothing to do but enjoy our trip then a few days before we get this wonderful package that has every document in it that we would need including tags for our bags no one should ever use anyone other than Brentwood travel and I give Alison Roth a five star if there's only five stars to be given out. Fantastic experience: Our trip to Hawai’i was absolutely lovely. So many cool experiences and memories. Thank you Allison Roth for your excellent recommendations and coordination for a hassle free vacation. First of all , the hotel was at a central location and it really helped being so close to the trolley system. Also, being transported for most of our excursions worked out really well. Having a bkfst buffet included daily was quite economical! Our scheduled excursions included Pearl Harbor/Arizona with a Honolulu city tour, the Premier King Luau, and a Catamaran Cruise including snorkeling. We even saw sea turtles and fish swim. Plus the views on the boat were spectacular. We also hiked Diamond Head Crater and made it to the top! Incredible views! Also toured the North Shore seeing Waimea Falls and Dole Plantation. Lifelong memories!

Fantastic experience: Why Maria Kazanas at Brentwood Travel is the ideal travel consultant! My wife and I realize that relying upon Maria as our travel consultant (even though she happens to be our daughter lol) is a necessity in the post pandemic era. Whether it is for work or pleasure, “normal,” luxury, or ultra-luxury travel, the reality is that you can no longer blindly hope that everything will work out for your trip because of the discord in the travel industry right now. This is especially the case with airlines, airports, and rental cars, and just about every hotel, restaurant, and service provider is short staffed and tour sights are overbooked. Now if you show up with no plans, you could very well be out of luck. For example, advance dining reservations are basically imperative these days. Many tour sites also have changed their max capacity or other protocols, making advance planning so much more important. Working with a great travel advisor can take these details off your plate and make sure nothing falls through the cracks—this is what Maria did for us! She made all the arrangements (flights, hotels, cab transfers, restaurants, tour sites, etc.) for us that went exactly as planned. Maria was the catalyst that made our trips wonderful – and lots of great memories were made. Thank you, Maria!

I was taken care of from the moment I set foot in the door and my travel agent had excellent customer service. She checked with the resort when hurricane Beryl blew through to ensure it would not affect the timing of our trip to Montego Bay and she checked with me upon our return to see how the trip went. Maria was very thorough and explained necessities and expectation perfectly, which made travel flawless. We had an amazing time!

Took care of all of our Alaskan Cruise / Tour needs. I would recommend Brentwood Travel for your vacation needs. They know their stuff and good support when you need them. Slightly extra perks and lower cost shore excursion booking through them than direct with the cruise line. Overall, a great experience. Would have given 5 stars if not for that initial miss.

Fantastic experience: Maria at Brentwood Travel was a dream to work with as she planned our family trip to Dreams Natura! ;) We contacted her in late March, and she was able to pull together the most cohesive, seamless 4 night trip to Mexico in May. I am so impressed with the options she was able to provide for us in such a short amount of time. We were traveling with an infant, and she was so considerate and accommodating in her recommendations. Additionally, she was prompt and professional in every correspondence. We are extremely happy!

Negative experience: Beware of this company and CW. My group started off with a wonderful agent for a trip in 2020. Then the pandemic hit, our agent left, and we got transferred to CW. We obviously had to postpone our trip and were issued credit vouchers. We needed help to reschedule everything and make it work. Every time we called or emailed CW, we would get a message that she was out of town and would get back to us sometime after she returned. Some of the decisions we had to make were time sensitive! It was horrible. We ended up talking to a Viking rep ourselves several times to get our flights scheduled and get things straightened out. Never again will we use this place.

She listened to our requests and helped us check off places on our bucket lists! We spent five days in Florence and five days on the Amalfi Coast. She helped us plan out our excursions and made sure any of our many questions were answered. When we had an issue with one of our trains while we were there, Christine was available to help us navigate booking another train. Couldn’t recommend Brentwood Travel enough!

Fantastic experience: Chris helped my husband and I find flights to and from Vietnam last Spring when we flew last minute and couldn't find any open flights. When we planned a vacation to the Netherlands this summer, Chris came through again, planning and securing our entire itinerary. Everything was wonderful. The flights were fabulous. The hotels luxurious and gezellig. The museums and excursions exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely turn to Chris again for all of our travel needs.

Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend Chris Roth as a travel agent! We took a family of four to Orlando for a week this summer, and he took care of all of it for us: hotel, park tickets, and food passes. He even arranged for shuttles so we didn’t have to rent a car to get to and from the airport. Chris knows the business and will get you to your destination and back home again safely! Great communication skills as well.

We have had the worst time working with Cathy, she is terrible at responding and has a horrible attitude. I have finally given up trying to work with them at all. I even requested to work with another person within the company and they refused because Cathy had already ”started” working it. They are not worth your time and will only waste yours….. thanks for nothing Cathy.

Fantastic experience: Annie at Brentwood Travel is amazing! I lived overseas and traveled a lot. I’ve never needed an agent but when I was in a tight spot for a last minute trip, Annie came to the rescue! Highly recommend! Ask for her by name!

Negative experience: Cannot stress enough to not use the company. Wedding part of 20 that was asked to use this company by the bride so we could all coordinate flights/rooms etc. NEVER get any proactive information from our travel agent, any time you call you get voicemails that don't get returned. Emails go unanswered for months even when cc'ing the Vice President of this company. I have worked with other agencies and this is by far the worst experience I have encountered. This is not simply the experience I have had, all members of our traveling party have suffered this same terrible excuse of customer service. Do yourself a favor and never get involved with this "travel agency".

Fantastic experience: We've worked with Christine at Brentwood Travel to book two vacations now and she’s been wonderful! Offering good options, fighting for you as a customer, and always courteous, she’s a good person to have in your corner as you work through the hurdles that come with vacationing. We had a family emergency before our first trip and needed to cancel within 24 hours of departure. We would have been lost trying to navigate how to cancel everything ourselves, but Christine worked with the hotel, airline, and travel insurance company to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything and could just focus on home life. She ended up helping us re-book a few months later and we had the best time. Brentwood Travel is thorough, responsive, and flexible and should be looked at as your next travel partner when booking your vacation.

Fantastic experience: Christine was wonderful and she made our vacation experience stress free! She provided us with multiple resorts in Mexico to allow us to look at which location would be a best fit for us. She was able to answer all of our questions about what the resort offered such as water sports, etc. Prior to leaving she sent us a folder with all of our travel documents and any other important information we would need which made packing easy. Once we made it to the airport to head to Mexico we faced a major delay in our flight and were worried we would miss our connecting flight into Mexico. Christine answered my concerns promptly and was already looking for other flights just in case we missed our connecting flight. We can’t wait for her to help us plan our next vacation!

Fantastic experience: I have used plenty of Travel Services and I found my forever Agency with Brentwood Travel, more specifically CTA Christine Wolff! We booked a guys trip to Mexico and it couldn't have been any more easy! Christine's responses were prompt and she is always so pleasant even through emails. With Covid-19 our trip did get cancelled and again this is where she shined! She was prompt in starting the process of getting our money back and making sure we had all the information about what was going on. We definitely plan on booking again as soon as all this craziness is over!!

They have been respectful of our budget, very responsive, and patient - which is huge for me because I have a hard time making decisions! Most recently I worked with Christine Hakenjos and our trip unfortunately had to be cancelled due to external reasons, but throughout the whole process she was incredibly informative, provided tons of options to best fit our needs, and made sure all our questions got answered. I wouldn’t book a big trip without them!!

Fantastic experience: I have used this travel agency for over 30 years. The travel agents are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in planning your vacation. Although you can go online you will never get the one on one help with a real person like Brentwood travel. My favorite travel agent is Ann Fendelman. There is no one that can match her skill and experience by far the best.

Fantastic experience: Many THANKS to Leigh Cardwell for all of her help in making our trip possible and a nice surprise for my husband’s birthday. Since I hadn’t previously traveled to Mexico, I felt overwhelmed when searching for resorts myself. Leigh priced out many options for me to find the perfect place and within my budget. She was patient and so very helpful. Every aspect of the trip was perfectly managed and stress-free. The flights were easy, the transportation to and from the hotel was superb, all of the logistics were smooth and on time…we literally didn’t have to do any work or manage anything (other than our tequila intake!). This was easily the best vacation either of us has ever had – and we have both traveled the world! As for the resort, I cannot adequately explain how beautiful and truly amazing the Valentin Imperial Maya is. The rooms and grounds are so beautifully kept. It really took all 7 days to take advantage of all this resort has to offer, including the incredible restaurants, the beach, the pools, etc. We LOVE that the resort is so fitness friendly as well – they have a great mix of activities on the schedule each day and it’s difficult to try everything within a week’s time. During our Monday – Monday stay, no two days were planned the same. The entertainment staff is TOPS!! We highly recommend this resort with Leigh’s help and we will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: Through Brentwood Travel, we found Secrets the Vine Cancun and it was as described, an upscale, luxury all-inclusive resort. Thanks to Brentwood Travel, we had a lovely vacation. The hotel was one of the cleanest we have been in, 5-star service and food was excellent! Highly recommend. Thank you to J.V.!!!!!

Fantastic experience: In 2003 we scheduled our first trip to Hawaii. I don't remember who our first agent was but it was a wonderful trip. I just remember the Champagne that was sent to our room by our agent to welcome us. We have used Ashley Curry from Brentwood Travel ever since then. We've always done domestic trips and this was our first international trip. We arranged a European river cruise on the Rhine with Ashley. She recommend Avalon waterways. Since this was our first international we were a little nervous but everything was perfect. I know that there are a lot of things that could go wrong but that is avoided with an experienced agent and agency. We look forward with confidence to our next adventure!

Fantastic experience: I recently used Ashley Curry at Brentwood Travel to help me book an Alaskan Cruise for me and my daughter. This was our first cruise together and I wanted to make sure it would be something to remember for a lifetime. I had tried exploring options on my own on the internet, but found it overwhelming. Ashley took time to help me find a highly rated cruise line that would fit my schedule and offer events and excursions to keep my 10 year old active and happy. She gave us great advice on the best places to request a cabin on the ship and also directed me on the most popular attractions/ excursions.
