Negative experience: Buyer be warned, you are better off purchasing direct through the parks due to the extremely small discount at the expense of flexibility and customer service. We needed to change the start date of our tickets to Universal by one day and UT refused, though you can easily do it on tix purchased direct. UT forced us to cancel the tickets for a 5% fee on the total spend. Will not ever use these guys again.

Negative experience: Do not use, they use high pressure sales to tell you "last day for savings" then the deal will be better in a few days. They work on commission so they will not credit you if you find a better price. Don't use

Negative experience: We just bought Disneyland tickets and same day few hrs later found that they were cheaper on Disneyland website for same day and age group. I contacted them for price matching, they were UNABLE to do that. I asked them to Cancel my tickets and Refund, they mentioned 5% charge to do it so basically no option. Really disappointed but taking this place of our list of trusted vendors for future trips.

Fantastic experience: I have used this company for 3 trips to Disney World now. I had ZERO issues, the electronic tickets linked perfectly. Everything showed up on MDE and I had no issues getting into the parks. From purchasing tickets to using the crowd calendar this company is amazing!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I purchased a park pass for my Mom and the same day they started running the adult ticket for child prices special, so I called to request a price adjustment. They would refused to do it because I had already linked the ticket to my Disney account. Very disappointing! I will be purchasing tickets directly through Disney from now on, since their customer service is impeccable. It’s worth a few extra dollars!

Negative experience: We last used them in 2018 with no problems. Went to order Universal tickets through them this time and could not put the payment through. Tried on four Canadian credit cards. Was flagged as fraud each time by our banks. Even when our banks lifted the alert, the payment wouldn't go through. I even tried with PayPal. Sorry, but when you can't make a payment with any of five methods, that says a lot about the security and reliability of the site and company. Bought directly through Universal and instead of there being a $350 price difference as Undercover claimed, the price difference was minimal -- under $100 for the same tickets, same dates. Really disappointed but taking this place of our list of trusted vendors for future trips.

Negative experience: I had someone fraudulently purchase over $2000 with of tickets from this company, I called them immediately and informed them that this was fraud, so they cancelled the orders and didn’t allow the tickets to be received or used and marked the purchases as fraud. Even though they did this they said they will not issue me a refund and that would have to file a dispute through my bank, so I did. After a few weeks of my dispute being reviewed the dispute agent from the bank did a three way call with me and the company to try to get everything settled. They confirmed that all the tickets were cancelled and marked as fraudulent charges. At this time they said that they would send me a refund by check in the mail since they could no longer refund my card because I cancelled it after the fraudulent charges, which means they did have the ability to refund the card when I originally called. Since they said this, the agent automatically closed and technically denied my dispute case because if a refund is granted there is no longer any dispute. Three weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call them again to check in and I’m told “Actually the request for your refund has been denied, but the purchases are marked as fraudulent so you can dispute the charges through the bank again” So now I have to restart the dispute process all over again because even though they have the purchases marked as fraudulent they are trying to keep the money. I would never purchase from this company, if they do this over something they know is fraudulent I can’t imagine how horrible the customer service would be in other situations.

Negative experience: Do not ever use this company. I had used them for my trips for years, but this past summer they accidentally canceled my tickets without even realizing it (I happened to see they were gone on my Disneyland app the week before we left). That was in July of 2024 and I am STILL trying to get refunded 6 MONTHS LATER for THEIR mistake. Beyond unbelievable.

Negative experience: Undercover sold tickets at a premium price. When one of the parks closed due to weather, they refused to compensate for the value that could not be used and deflected responsibility to Universal. Universal refuses to compensate because it was purchased through Undercover. I would not recommend buying from Undercover. After purchasing the tickets, we found other vendors offering similar or better price anyways. I am still trying to get Undercover to compensate for the difference in the ticket value but have already wasted 4 days and am not getting anywhere. At this point, I would say it's not worth ever buying tickets from Undercover Tourist.

Negative experience: I LOVE UCT! The prices are fantastic, almost everything has a refund policy, no travel insurance necessary! The customer service is just out of this world amazing! Lacy is absolutely Fabulous! 5+ stars for the entire Frog Family at Undercover Tourist!!! ^^^ that was 2 years ago. Current: no one speaks clearly, no compassion, you get a robot. Forget about a refund. Sell outs.

Negative experience: Purchased the discovery cove package. The grand reef which is open to snorkel with tropical fish closed at 10 due to a medical emergency. Never reopened discovery cove said that we would have to contact undercover tourist for it because that’s where we purchased the tickets from. Reached out to them and was told 48-72 hours for a response. Our trip is over in 90 hours highly disappointed

Fantastic experience: Purchased NASA tickets and saved money over gate prices. I was able to walk right up to the gate and scan the tickets that were emailed to me, on my phone. Worked great! Then I received an email with a free download-able Guide to all the Disney Parks and the Universal Parks. It was 19 pages long of tups, tricks, explanations of how things work like the Fast Pass tickets, recommended attractions and rides, ride height requirements, budgeting breakdowns, etc. Very well put together guides!! Thank you! Will definitely use Undercover Tourist the next time I am back in Orlando for a family vacation.

Negative experience: Recieved wrong ticket, immediately requested new more expensive ticket and was denied by Undercover tourist's customer service.  After contacting theme park directly, the theme park could not locate ticket and advised they would gladly upgrade my ticket if it could be located.  Never thought Undercover Tourist would have an issue with an upgrade and extra money, especially when theme park did not have an issue. The ticket number used by Undercover Tourist did not match the one used by the theme park and because of this they (theme park) could not do an upgrade. Spoke with Undercover tourist multiple times day of purchase.  They stated no refunds (I was not asking for one), modifications, or changes even though the theme park had no problem allowing an upgrade to this ticket. Undercover Tourist stated the theme park had denied any changes, that was not true.  Seems UCT just did not want to lift a finger to help. Terrible experience with Undercover Tourist.  Purchase directly from theme park and not a third party ( under cover tourist ) with a lack of customer service.

Negative experience: Bad experience with undercover scammers . I bought an all day pass from them to Sea world and it turned out that it doesn’t work in the whole Sea World, it was partial places so I didn’t use the tickets and I called immediately to return it and they said they can only provide 95% of the refund. Fantastic experience: I've purchased many a theme park ticket through this company over the years and they have never disappointed me. I love that there is virtually no cancelation fees when I purchase through them as opposed to get tickets directly from the parks. They are always very quick to respond to my questions and are so great to work with! Wonderful customer service!!!

Negative experience: This company just tried to charge $130 on my business card, absolute scammers. They even tried to send a code to my phone number. Thankfully my bank flagged it and I locked my card. I’ve seen some other reviews saying the same thing, DO NO TRUST THEM. They should be in jail.

Negative experience: They had my tickets starting on the wrong day. We went to get in the park early and tickets didn’t scan. Fortunately Disney made accommodations to help us but we lost our early entry to get in line. Contacted Undercover Tourist customer service to let them know about the problem. They didn’t seem to care and they said what do you want us to do about it. For me, saving a few dollars is not worth buying from them.

Negative experience: Purchased movie tickets and popcorn vouchers and they don't work. Although their customer service is beneficial the outcome was horrible. Reach out to AMC a number that will not assist you over the phone was what I was told. I've spent a couple of hours trying to get this resolved and it seems like I might spend a few more in hopes I can at least get the movie tickets I purchased since they denied my refund request and can't support me with a purchase I made directly through them and not AMC. Disappointed.

Positive experience: Bought the 14 day Busch gardens and sea world tickets plus discovery cove with dolphin swim and free parking. The price was amazing and I saved hundreds of dollars for a family of four. We did have a stressful first day because the e-ticket was not recognized for free parking or admission at the Busch gardens ticket window. We learned that you have to take the e-ticket to "guest services" where they can print "real" tickets which work for all 14 days. I wish this step had been included on the ticket instructions! Not sure how you are supposed to get to guest services because it's inside the park! I guess if you have time go to the park the evening before and ask to go to guest services. Show the e-ticket to the parking attendant and hopefully they will let you in although the bar code in the e-ticket will not work for parking. We did have a wonderful time but I wish the e-ticket could just work at the ticket window.

Fantastic experience: GOOD COMPANY. NOT A SCAM. I am a repeat customer. I've purchased WDW tickets from this company many times with no issues whatsoever. They arrive instantly and link flawlessly. I've never had need of their customer service. Everything has always worked at least as good as advertised. Linking tickets to my MDE is a piece of cake. If I ever let my AP expire, I'll buy tickets from this company again. I have read some of the negative reviews. Some don't understand how the parks reservation system works. Some blame the company for having an unpleasant day at the Parks. One bad review is blaming the company for the actions of someone who stole her credit card number. Another bad review allowed their tickets to expire and blamed the company. Read the reviews - don't just look at the stars - and decide for yourself. As for me, I will continue to sing their praises.

Negative experience: I was hacked. The crook booked a $1200.00 trip through this website with my money. Payment was pending when my bank and I called their service representative. They gave us the run around, then hung up on us. They could've stopped this transaction, but instead allowed it to go through. I'd bet money, if they ever get anything wrong, or you need a refund, good luck. Once a place like this has your money, consider it gone...

Negative experience: Do not use this company, they are scammers! Purchased a ticket to howl o scream at Busch gardens. I showed up and was told my ticket was invalid and they were having a lot of problems with this this party seller. I had to purchase another ticket to get in. I’ve sent several texts through the chat system with no response. Spoke to someone on the phone who said they would refund my ticket, it would take three days. Still haven’t received a refund. Wish I had checked the reviews prior to buying.

We find the BEST deals and the few times I have needed to call customer service (ie I mis-booked something) the staff is incredible. Negative experience: Scam company with nonexistent customer service. If you get any response from them regarding an issue, it will be something like, “I’m sorry. We don’t understand your concern. Can you please explain it to us again for the 3rd time?” Screenshots, detailed step-by-step explanations, phone conversations… Nothing works. They basically will try to wear you down until you determine that it’s no longer worth your time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Negative experience: Agree with other posters on this forum. Perhaps they used to be good, but if you read recent reviews they’re dire. My experience appears typical - tried to purchase tickets on the website for three days at Disney World Orlando; got an email the next day saying they needed to verify me. Emailed back saying I was not a robot, giving my phone number, telling them to call me. Nothing. Repeated emails over the next five days; zero response. Becoming anxious about getting the reservations at the parks I needed I gave up and booked direct through Disney; a fast, efficient, seamless experience. Had my tickets and park reservations in minutes. Cost me an extra $120 over using Undercover Tourist but worth it to avoid the hassle. Seeing the other reviews here I think I made the right decision.

Negative experience: Terrible complicated experience. They wouldn't allow the purchase without talking over r the phone. And then it wasn't just the person who called, it had to be another person. I called them. Nope. They had to be the ones to call me. I asked why I couldn't just wait on hold and they had some lame excuse. Then my phone rings once. I was literally sitting by it the whole time and they hung up after 1 ring. I got an email saying "they tried to get in touch with me .." fun. Start the process over. Finally get the call back and now they want to deposit money into my bank account and have me go online and read the numbers back. Or else they won't let me purchase the tickets. Whole experience is frustrating, and almost sketchy. There are easier ways for fraud protection and I can buy a car with less background checks.

Positive experience: A few months ago I purchased tickets to Disneyland. I got them really fast and had no problem redeeming them with Disney. However, this Spring Break, my family and I made 2 separate purchases for SeaWorld tickets and had trouble both times. We had to contact customer service to verify our purchase, which was hard to do because of how busy they were. I understand that they had us verify our purchase to defend against fraud, but if that is the case, there should be a heads up or it should be immediately told to us that we need to verify the purchase. Although we should have purchased tickets earlier, and maybe that would have fixed our issue, it caused a lot of frustration when we still didn't have them after hours of waiting.

Negative experience: Don’t bother purchasing if you expect customer service. The savings isn’t worth the frustration you experience getting ahold of someone when THEY screw up. Over 1.5 hours on chat being booted 3 times. Multiple calls where no one answered. Their emergency line turned off their phone.. no email replies.. Tickets purchased and verified days ago never sent.. Had to battle through to receive my park tickets with entry selected for today.. When I finally got ahold of someone, the agent was apathetic and offered no resolution outside of sending the tickets finally. No apology, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience.. ARes Travel offers the same deals and same prices.. Book with them for your park ticket needs for LA and Orlando

Positive experience: I have talked with the customer service, just asking questions about cancelations and how the Universal Tickets would work, and They seemed very nice and knew about the tickets in question. However It makes me way too nervous to make such a large purchase and See all these negative reviews. I may be wrong but I'm going to go with my Gut Feeling and Order Directly with Universal Studios through the Universal Studios Web page. I know it will be more expense but really only by about $130. The only Reason I was considering using a 3rd party was for a solid cancelation policy. I'm not so sure and reading the negative stuff makes me unfortunately go to the main source and buy direct.

Negative experience: Nothing was open, The mask were unbearable, the rides were an hour and a half because there wasn't it many open to wait in line. The food was tough the lines were tough the people were rude we stayed an hour and a half and my friend even rented the scooter 100 dollars and left, non-refundable so she took that $100 on top of the $160 that we each paid for two day pass and took a loss. We didn't go back a second day needless to say. And there's only one other place in Orlando you can use the second day ticket which is there at aquatica. Don't do it

Negative experience: I wouldnt give them this but I had to to leave a review.. My husband booked our tickets to do the pick 5 in Orland fl we NEVER received our tickets for this. They sold us tickets to Idrive go kart track which is permanently closed and has been for a while. The only thing they go right was the medieval dinner show tickets. We ended up just getting a full refund because they screwed up. Not to mention we spent over a half day on the phone with them and waiting on call backs to figure out what went wrong . Not the way u want a vacation to start out. We will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Negative experience: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I've been trying to get my Disneyland money back and they have been absolutely useless. I purchased these tickets right before the pandemic and they refuse to give me a refund. They keep trying to get me to call Disneyland to get my refund when they are the ones that took my money. They refuse to take accountability for their incompetence. Their customer service is a joke and they clearly do not know what they are doing. Save yourself the headache and buy your tickets anywhere else but these guys.

Negative experience: We ordered tickets last night and received confirmation that our order was placed and we were charged, but we have yet to receive our e-tickets. We have been calling all day in an attempt to get ahold of them, but there is no answer. The voicemail lists the office as open, as does the website, but no one has answered or returned our calls. We have sent an email requesting information about our order, and we have only received an autogenerated reply. I will not be using them again.

Negative experience: International travellers beware. Australian banks may place a block on their transaction due to scam warnings. You'll have to figure it out yourself, though, if it's your bank being over protective or if you've got insufficient funds because all the website says is DECLINED. Once you have that sorted, be aware that they will charge you a security fee for first time purchases... which they dont explain... and this email, requesting you to verify your card (Why?) May end up in your junk email.... you have to complete this step for them to process the transaction and distribute the tickets.... but they dont explain any of that on their website. Once you get all the way through that, you can enjoy your theme park of choice. But as others have said, is the $40 saving really worth all of the effort?

Negative experience: Ayer compré las entradas para universal, me,sacaron de mi tarjeta de débito 1000 dolares, y ahora me mandan un mail de q me han dado de baja la compra. No se si me van a devolver el dinero. Es esto una ESTAFA?

Negative experience: Purchased tickets at 4:10 pm 1/1/19, nowhere in their website did it say they were closed. Didn’t even bother to email or call me to tell me there was a security hold on my order. I called at 8:00 1/2/19 and they said they weren’t open yesterday and it could take another 4 hours depending on when legolands portal released the tickets. Does not work since we are getting ready to leave. Offered to cancel the order but no other help offered like calling legoland. Will not use again!

Fantastic experience: My family used them for discount Disney World and Universal Studios tickets. We saved about $100 off full-price tickets. We lost our Universal Studios tickets and they issued replacement tickets electronically without any costs.

Negative experience: Unpleasant customer services, i bought tickets for universal studios hollywood instead of Orlando, i realised it the day after the purchase, i asked if they could help me with that, the only answer i got is " these ticket are a final sale, not refundable, not transferable, these tickets are now your problem. So i had to buy other tickets at universal studios orlando for 233$ usd and i lost 200 $ usd from undercover tourist. All that to save about 40 bucks, do not loose your time and money, buy the original ticket from the universal studios website, in case of the same mistake, customer service at universal studios told me that they refund people or switch their tickets without any problems. First time and last time with Undercover Tourist. Thank you

Negative experience: Unpleasant. The web site is well layed out and easy to navigate and the specials are pretty good. When you call them thay are unpleasant. I am not able to by an eticket because they do not "Ship" to my country. I have an outlook email account for heavens sakes and they are not shipping anything. They need to get better customer service people answering the phone with half a clue.

Fantastic experience: We had bought a ticket through UT and there was snafu on the Park's end. Contacted UT and heard back from them right away. We had time until our trip was planned so options were investigated on their end. We were kept in the loop the whole time. Solution to the problem exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and efficient, I never felt like I was put on the back burner, and the back and forth was timely. Great customer service!

Negative experience: Awful experience.... lost all the money paid. I bought tickets to SeaWorld for my family vacation and when I got to gate the informed me the tickets expired. The tickets price was higher, so I ask if I could pay the difference, but Sea World said that because I purchased them from third party vendor they will not credit the amount already paid. I ended up having to pay full price for new tickets. SeaWorld stated that they don't get pay unless the tickets are used and suggest for me to call Undercover Tourist to get a refund or a credit toward other attraction. When I called the they stated the tickets were not refundable and that Sea world was wrong because they got their money as soon as I purchased the tickets. They said they couldn't do anything about it so ended up loosing the money a paid to them. Tickets to these parks are very expensive and to loose that kind of money is not fair for the customers. Neither Undercover Tourist or SeaWorld customer service didn't helped me. Not worth to buy thru any third party vendor and if you do make sure you read the whole thing before you do. They wont even give you any credit toward future tickets.

Negative experience: I don't recommend using this company unless you've done diligent homework researching Disney's ticket pricing games, as any e-ticket purchased from Undercover Tourist leaves no room for error on the customer's part--per the website "please see redemption message for valid dates" translates to we will withhold these dates until after you buy. None of the confirmation emails or the redemption certificate show dates, so you may have to call them to get them and may end up finding out you have a non-refundable ticket voucher you can't use.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Undercover Tourist (they came recommend to us by some friends). We bought our tickets two days before we left and they were e-mailed right to us. We printed them off and had no issues with using them at the gate. With having 5 kiddos, they saved us a ton off the gate prices!

Fantastic experience: Easy to use and great information. We used them for a two week, family of 6, trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. We bought our park tickets and our off property condo reservations through their link. We had a fantastic experience!
