Negative experience: Amiri travel agency is one of the worst travel agencies my husband and I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning of the registration process, the experience was riddled with unprofessionalism, misleading information and what felt like outright fraud. They charge an excessive amount but provide little to no quality service in return! Their tours and tickets are severely overpriced and poorly organized! This will likely be your first and last time dealing with them. Shockingly, we were pressured to leave a five-star review on their Yelp and Google page, and they rudely insisted on the removal of any negative feedback. At the end of the tour, the guide even asked each person to leave an additional cash tip in an envelope, something that was neither clearly communicated nor appropriate under the circumstances. Did they create a memorable or enjoyable trip for us? Absolutely not!! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been on seven tours with Amiri Travel. So far all the tours were amazing and I wish to repeat them G-d willing. Mr. Dariush Adle who is the main tour guide for the Amiri Travel is one of the best tour guides in the world.

Fantastic experience: Hello, this is Cyrous Bani-Hashemi for the first time I travelled to Japan with Amiri travel, and I had a fantastic experience, the hotels which were chosen by Amiri travel were above 5 star hotels in my opinion, the sight seeing tours were well organized and my big shout out to Mr Arsalan whom had been a wonderful tour guide during our tour in Japan, also the step on tour guides who were assisting Mr Arsalan in my opinion were knowledgeable as well. Finally, on this tour we were lucky to have Mr Mohammad Tavakoli with his wife dear Fariba in our tour which with his positive energy and great dancings vibes created fun and memorable moments for all of us in this tour that I will never forget. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are on the last day of our trip to Japan, and I found that the entire experience met if not exceeded my expectations. The tour offered great destinations, a well-planned daily itinerary, comfortable transportation and fantastic five-star hotels in excellent locations. The hotels all had breathtaking views, and offered truly outstanding accommodations with amazing views of the city. Our tour guide, Arsalan, is highly professional and remarkably courteous and patient. I’m not sure if the tour company had a hand in this, but our group of fellow travelers is simply incredible — fun, lively, and full of good energy. We had a wonderful mix of people, from their 50s to mid-80s, and everyone got along beautifully. All of them fun-loving, Mashallah athletic and great travel partners. There was ample dancing and entertainment on the bus! Overall, the tour was thoughtfully organized and thoroughly enjoyable. If my wife had one minor criticism, it’s that the cherry blossom season had already passed by the time we arrived — though it seems the front office had advertised it heavily when my wife booked the trip. But, then again, no one controls nature. Just to make things truly perfect, someone should speak with the owner of the Iranian restaurant that is included on the tour. He needs to be more courteous when explaining the charges for drinks and the “two-people per one plate” offer — it left a negative impression during an otherwise fantastic trip. But, then again, Chelo Kabob in the middle of Japan was an appreciated touch. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: من و همسرم برای دومین بار با آژانس امیری سفر کردیم وبه ژاپن رفتیم. بسیارلذت بردیم همه چیز خوب بود، هتل هایی که انتخاب کرده بودند بخصوص هتل شهر اوساکا بهترین بود. ممنونیم از آقای داریوش عدل، لیدر با دانش وبا تجربه که همیشه در کنار گروه بودند. تنها چیزی که اذیتمون کرد پروازمون بود که از ژاپن ایرلاین به امریکن ایرلاین تبدیل شده بود و مزخرفترین پروازی بود که تا به حال دیده بودیم با سرویس بسیار بد، در ضمن پرواز برگشتمون میتونست مستقیم از اوساکا به لوس آنجلس باشد ولی نبود، صندلی هامون جدا از هم بود و سرویس این ایرلاین بسیار بد بود بعضی از دوستان گروهمون هم پرواز بدتری را تجربه کردند وتقریبا بیست و چهارساعت توی راه بودند در صورتیکه همون مبلغ را پرداخت کرده بودند بهتره که حواستون به پروازی که براتون میگیرند باشه و خلاصه اینکه از سفر با امریکن ایرلاین خودداری کنید و سعی کنید پروازتان توقفی نداشته باشد.

Fantastic experience: The hotels were five star , the highlight of our tour to Japan was our tour leader, Mr. Dariush Adl, very knowledgeable and cooperative gentleman. Fantastic experience: I traveled with Amiri tour for the first time to Japan in October 2024. My experience was excellent. Our tour director Daruish was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us as we were traveling on the tour bus from one destination to another. We really appreciate the honest & hard work that Ms Nasrin, Nadereh khanoom, and Dariush aziz had done for this tour. They had meticulously arranged many beautiful hotels for us to stay, nice restaurants to dine and unforgettable places to visit. Fantastic experience: This is for the Japan tour 3/24-4/4 led by Dariush Dariush was extremely knowledgeable about history and the country. I was fascinated by his knowledge. Japan was beautiful and it’s so hard managing some 45 people in a different country - but Dariush managed it very professionally. We managed to catch the last of (early) Sakura (cherry blossoms). They had an extremely cold winter so during the first days of our trip, we didn’t see any but we were lucky to catch the first cherry blossoms during the last days of our trip. Dariush really cares about the people and their experiences. I got lost during the outing once and found myself at a different exit, Dariush agreed to come pick me up. This proved his responsibility and dedication to his tour-goers! I wish the tour went to some more young-going spots. I understand how hard it is to coordinate the best of a country in 12 days but we didn’t get to see any local shows or didn’t get to experience the Kimono museum as there weren’t previously scheduled sloths. I would recommend this tour and hope to join this company and Darioush again.

Specially I just got back from Japan in March 2024 and the hotel in Osaka had exceptional , with breath taking view that no hotel in the city was-not competing . Our tour leader Daruis is responsive, patience and makes you worry free with extensive knowledge with so many different language skill. It's essential for our leader to have the power to prioritize customer satisfaction, echoing the American philosophy of "the customer is the boss." In conclusion, our guides’ expertise was overshadowed by outdated management practices. By granting them more authority, we can ensure better experiences for all travelers.

Fantastic experience: I took the South America tour to Rio, iguazu Falls and Buenos Aires with Amiri Travel. Our tour guide Darius was very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite the size of the group being large, about 45, we experienced very little to no delays during the tour. Communication was happening real time to inform everyone of last-minute changes which helped with that. We made good memories and great friends for life. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: In October, my wife and I went to Portugal and Spain with this tour. Unfortunately, the hotels were very bad and the worst part of the trip was Madrid. A cheap hotel without food in a city that was more than an hour away from Madrid. This tour was the worst tour I have ever been to. The few meals that the tour gave us were not a choice and the food was of very poor quality. Before posting this comment, we talked to the tour manager, but she did not agree, did not apologize, and emailed her lawyer and threatened that we do not have the right to post a comment, and this is the worst thing a business can do.

Fantastic experience: We just came back from Singapore/Thailand tour with Amiri Travel Agency. We spend 3 days in Singapore in this gorgeous hotel Grand Copthorn Waterfront with an amazing view. I had the view of the river, garden and the city lights.All the tours in Singapore were great including the orchid garden and the botanic garden of the Marina Bay Sands hotel and it's sky ride that you could see the whole Singapore from there. Did you know Singapore has the most beautiful airport in the world. So amazing which can be one of the tourist spots right there. Then we went to Thailand. Our first stop was at Phuket, we went to another gorgeous hotel Le Meridien Phuket beach resort with an amazing view of the pool and the beach. I wish we had more time at Phuket and the tours we had there were amazing. We loved the James Bond Island. I could easily spend another day or two in Phuket. Then we went to Pattaya staying at Royal Cliff grand hotel with one of the most beautiful infinity pool with a bar inside the pool, and nice tours to Hilton for dinner and lunch the next day and other fun tours. Actually, I would have liked to spend more time over there too. The last 3 days of our tour was in Bangkok staying at Renaissance hotel which was also very nice. We had a great tour guide Daryoush during the whole trip. In Singapore we had both Daryoush and Ehsan as our tour guides and we loved both of them. The only thing that I wish it was different was I wish it was a few days longer. Personally, I wouldn't mind to pay a little bit more to have more time at Phuket and Pattaya, specially staying in such gorgeous hotels, would have been nice to have more time to just spend in the hotel and enjoy the pools. Thanks to Amiri Travel Agency to make such a memorable trip for us. The whole experience was great and I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Hello everyone, Amiri Agency was the worst quality agency that I have ever bought a travel tour from (Portugal - Spain). All the promises they gave us to buy this tour were lies, and none of them acted properly in the beginning, just to get the maximum profit. About 50 people were included in this tour, which caused a lot of problems during this tour. The next problem was that the hotels they chose to stay in were very bad and ridiculous, contrary to their promises (5 stars), and the last hotel they gave us was on top of all that. Problems Contrary to the promise and agreement (which was supposed to be in the city of Madrid), it was very far and an hour and a half away from Madrid, which caused the three days that we had set aside for Madrid to be wasted, and another very big problem that it had The patrol programs inside the cities were not interesting at all and had very bad timings and caused that in the end nothing happened except the loss of time and fatigue caused by those absurd programs. Another problem is the very insulting and ugly behavior with Travelers from Tour Leader caused a lot of headache and annoyance and many other problems that caused me to see and have not had any positive points during these twelve days and nights. I suggest everyone not to be deceived by the promises of this agency. Do not buy any tour agency, that's why in my opinion this agency has zero stars

Started with China, Costa Rica, Turkey, Croatia, Egypt, Vietnam, Japan. I have couple more coming up with Brazil/Argentine and Georgia/Azerbaijan I highly recommend Amiri Travel for several reasons. They cater to the picky Persian taste buds when choosing meals. It's truly ALL INCLUSIVE. Hotels are TYPICALLY 99% of time is upgraded. The hosts are caring and considerate of all age groups. The tour sights are picked carefully as to accommodate the young and older Travelers. They choose the most epic tour sights. They always allow sufficient time to enjoy local shopping sprees. I love that they bring the travelers attention to the areas specific food, souviners, music, traditions, etc. Their travelers consist of highly successful and well to do pick of the Persian community. They always make sure passports, visas and luggage is up to code. I love that they choose to ride the bus from location to location. This allows for the travelers to get to know each other and form a bond. I have personally never experienced a more endearing tour compay. The friendships and bonds that is formed among the travelers is magical to me. Baggage handling should not be taken for granted either. Trying using the concierge service abroad, you'll quickly realize what I mean. Ladies, don't forget to pack extra luggage or carry on. I have never shopped so much on vacation, as I do with Amiri Travel. It's nice to notice the things around you while someone else is keeping track of time, accommodations, and hosting the Tour. There is never a dull moment. From 7 am to Midnight, there is always something to do on Amiri Tours. Prior to using Amiri Travel, I used to book the flight, hotel, tours separately. Several times, although I carefully planned, I had to miss the prepaid tours due to timing. Most tours have you meet at a location that is hard to find for a tourist. The tours are either 2-4 hours only, or several tours are within same directions but you're on a long bus ride for the same general vacinity of a tour sight; which leaves time missed to explore the specific country. Visas are extremely hard to obtain. Although English is the second language for most Countries, the Natives are NOT friendly NOR HELPFUL! GREAT JOB AMIRI TRAVEL. I am your guest for LIFE!

The Los Angeles office is run by professionals who diligently ensure the best service. Once you register for a tour, Nasrin and Nadereh personally contact you as often as necessary to ensure you are satisfied with flights they have set up for you. The tours are very well organized, the tour guides are specific to Amiri travel and after a trip or 2 we have established personal and friendly relationships with the tour guides. Darius Adl who is based in Los Angeles is a true professional and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Farsi, and I don’t know what else. Amir and Ehsan are based in Iran and Singapore respectively and are excellent in what they do. Amiri always picks the best accommodations and hotels, and tour prices are very reasonable. The tour guides go out of their way to accommodate guests. In our China tour, one of the guests encountered a medical issue and Amir spent the entire night at the hospital with the ailing guest. Over all, I highly recommend Amiri Tour and Travel to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Very rude and unprofessional agent who answered the phone, none related questions and none related answers to your questions. Good luck to people traveling with them

Negative experience: I was going to one of their tours with a friend. I talked to one of their agents and had inquire about the tour. But due to a change of plan we had to cancel our trip. I left them a message and asked to cancel my request. Since we had not paid yet, I did not follow that any longer. Couple weeks later the owner called me many times, texted me several messages, and asked me to call her back right away. When I called her back she said that they had already put me in the tour and I could not cancel it. I explained that I had left their agent a message some time ago and had cancelled my request. Being extremely unprofessional, she became mad, started being very rude, and left me no choice but to hang up on her.

Negative experience: The staff who answer the phone had a bad attitude toward me for asking about the ticket price!

Negative experience: Worst customer service that one can expect. Unbelievable how rude and unprofessional the agent is.

Negative experience: These people are so rude, you get sick throwing up They won't let you talk, none whatsoever They just get a portion of another travel agency's package, charge you twice, pay them half of that, and fit you in there. That is why when you get into plane you may see no body familiar.

Negative experience: I was skeptical, but decided to try there one day tour to Catalina Island before booking a more lengthy vacation with Amiri Travel. Majority of there patrons are older Iranian people. Nothing wrong with that, but just a observation for the younger folk. Payment was requested via Venmo which was odd for an "established business". Upon arrival to the meeting location to depart to the the island, I met Tony which seemed nice, but the lady leader there that was a little off-putting at first. The trip planning was rushed at the Island but we found our way around. We didn't feel welcome as we couldn't relate to the patrons of the tour. This didn't really feel like a "tour" to us. For the cost, we could have just bought tickets straight to the island.
