Fantastic experience: My experience with Flight King was top notch! Found great flights not directly seen when doing own research on kayak/Expedia/etc. Even had a flight issue on a layover in London (no fault of Flight King) and used the emergency contact line and was picked up by a REAL person on the 3rd ring! ...and now that I think about it, it was probably middle of the night USA time. Anyway... Gary, Dennis and the Flight King team are great! They are very responsive and had great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Paul was Fantastic helping our group plan a complex trip to Argentina for a dove hunt. 100% reccomend this service to everyone as I will be booking with flight king exclusively moving forward.

Negative experience: We had to delay our trip, and we didn't understand that the five international business class tickets we bought through Flight King were grey market/wholesale and non-refundable. The only instructions we got when we purchased them was to "Call us, not the airline, if you have any changes." When we were forced for business reasons to delay our flight for 10 months (more than a year past the purchase date), Flight King told us we lost our tickets and our money since they couldn't rebook them more than a year past our purchase date. Our other contacts in the industry recommended to Flight King that they rebook random flights to as late a date as possible and then rebook them again to the dates we needed once we got closer. They booked the wrong date without telling us and then let the date slip by without notifying us. At that point, we lost the tickets because we did not board the flight they booked. Flight King charged us over $3,000 to switch the dates for the tickets that we lost, and we have not been able to the money refunded from Flight King. I would never again try and save a few dollars by booking through Flight King and not going direct to the airline. Any itinerary changes, on the traveler's end or the airlines end, are going to be extremely problematic. Steve the owner is skillful at finding off-hour flights that are difficult for the rest of us to uncover, but I would recommend never using them for any type of group, and for a single flyer, if you want to take a chance to save a few dollars, buyer beware.

They managed to get me business and economy-plus seatings on one of the best European carriers at great prices that really helped on such long haul flights. Fantastic experience: I worked with Paul from flight king on planning a trip to Japan with my family. He was SO responsive at anytime of day and any day of the week. One of the hardest workers I’ve met. And I even had a bit of a family issue a week before the trip which threw us all a big curve ball, and Paul and his team stuck with us through the entire thing.
