Negative experience: Be prepared to show up to pick up your tickets at least 2hrs prior to your show time! It would make more sense for the tickets to be emailed. This place is ridiculous!

Negative experience: My husband accidentally click on this site to get tickets. We had to make sure we left an hour early just to get here. Get the tickets due to traffic's and long line. We are still waiting. Hopefully we will get them before our show starts. We still need to drive there. Big waste of time.make sure you are getting the tickets from the true theater site. Not this!

Fantastic experience: To be honest I was VERY nervous due to the reviews but I didn’t see that until AFTER I bought the tickets so I had to just go with it. I went in and talked with a man named Lane and he was extremely nice and polite. Yes he did try to sale me a few things but never was pushy when I said no. The Customer Welcome Center was good experience for me ‍♀️ Maybe they’ve made some changes!

Negative experience: Bought tickets thru Branson.com on line, they told us we need to pick up our vouchers at this welcome center. Arrived and was charged $133. for our 2 ticket vouchers which they then converted into tickets. After arriving home we recieved our CC stament which showed that Branson.com had also charged us for the tickets. Upon calling Branson .com they informed us that they have nothing to do with this place but would have them contact us. They also did'nt have any way to phone them and couldn't give out any contact info for them. Buyer be ware, this and Branson.com are very adept at scamming the public.

Negative experience: Don’t buy tickets here!!! $600+ we spent on hotel and attractions to go to. They upcharged on everything. They will try and make you do a time share. Buy your tickets from the actual attractions. Will never come here again to buy tickets!!!

Negative experience: The guy that waited on us was nice enough but the whole concept is a scam. A elderly couple bought tickets to branson Belle thinking they were dealing with branson Belle, they were in fact dealing with some type a ticket dealer. So I had to go get the tickets for them here, i waited in line 45 minutes just to get the tickets..

Negative experience: We were told we had to pick up the Branson Belle tickets we bought online here, only for my husband to realize we were emailed the tickets ahead of time and didn't need to pick up physical copies. Sure wish we'd skipped this place, because they shorted us one ticket and never refunded our $40 to listen to a timeshare pitch.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. We dealt with a gentleman and he became rude after we told him no. Spend the extra money instead of dealing with this crazy mess. This place is a scam and won’t take no for an answer. Do not give them your information!!!!

Negative experience: Avoid this welcome center. I thought I was buying tickets directly from Showboat Branson Belle. Turns out I had to go out of my way to get four vouchers for this event. I presented my drivers license and was told all 4 of us (red flag) had to be there to get the vouchers and sign a disclaimer that we were all healthy. After protesting, I was finally given our vouchers. The BBB should take away their license, what an "unwelcome" we received.

Negative experience: I was told to go to this facility to pick up my tickets for the Branson Bell dinner. Staff there was very rude. They attempted to sell us on several timeshares and got upset when we showed no interest and it didn’t go their way. We were told that they had our phone number and it was going to be farmed out. After we left there facility our phones got several uncontrollable calls, text and emails. We found out they sold our information to a dialing company. So not only are they aggressive in their approach to sell you scam events and shows to take your money that you will never get tickets for. They are scammers trying to take your personal information to sell to random companies that flood your phone and email with random trash and scams. Be very careful when going through this place if you get directed to them DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION‼️‼️‼️

Negative experience: Better to go straight to the shows websites. These folks try to book as many things for you to do whether you want them or not. Just say no. Yes you get a freebie show or some lower tier attraction. They'll try to get you to sit through a 2 hour presentation for something and you'll get a gift card but just SAY NO! unless you want to do it. Our time was more valuable and we wanted to make our own schedule. But don't cram your schedule full. You and whomever else is with you on your trip will get plenty exhausted from the things you do. Give yourself and especially your kids and grandkids some room to breath and rest. You'll spend your money fast enough without help from these folks.

Negative experience: I advise against using any service tied to this company. In my opinion I had a valid complaint when given faulty information. When I asked to file a complaint I was not given any resources nor was my complaint addressed.

Negative experience: Warning- This is a scam!! I would NOT recommend associating with this company at all. They were very misleading and even lied to us! We bought tickets to Queen Esther from them, and were forced to pick them up at their welcome center. When we got there, they wanted my ID and the credit card I purchased the tickets with, and then were told to sign for the tickets. They told us that part of the package was to tour a new property that was just renovated and they would give us two free nights at this property and a $100 gift card. I told the guy it better not be a timeshare presentation and if it was I was not interested. He said, “Oh it’s not like that, it’s a tour”. There was absolutely no tour, and it WAS a timeshare presentation. Then I find out the reason he asked for my card when we first showed up is to put a $50 hold on the card, and we would get it back when we attended the “Tour”. It turns out that is what I signed, not to pick up the tickets. We did get a gift card, but there wasn’t anything about two free nights at any renovated property. The cake was a lie! Do not purchase your tickets from these dishonest brokers, go directly to the venue’s websites.

Fantastic experience: After reading some of the reviews I honestly was dreading picking up our vouchers. There was a line when we arrived - was expecting a long wait. There were 3-4 customer service people and some people were lingering awhile - but it could be that they had questions. The young man that helped us asked if he could help us with anything and we said no. He was courteous, no sales pitch and we were done with our transaction in less than 2 minutes.

Negative experience: I didn't appreciate getting sucked into a whole sales pitch on vacation packages and timeshare junk. I just wanted my show tickets. Your sales people can quickly get that out of the way by asking if we want to hear about other vacation packages and timeshares upfront rather than sucking us into a sales pitch about a week vacation for $129 for the first use and then $1200 each visit after and then he wants us to go to another location at 1130 AM (his words: you don't have anything going on or words to that effect) and buy their package and then going on and on after we said we weren't interested. I had to get rude to end the conversation and get my tickets that I paid for online. Highly recommend people just go directly to the show/venue you want to go to at their exact location unless you want to lose time out of your vacation and listen to their sales pitch. I'd give a zero if I could.

Negative experience: This was a poor way to start our Branson vacation. We bought tickets to Dolly’s Stampede online and has to pick up tickets here instead of getting them through email (even though later they send you a link for tickets). They will hustle you into timeshares and hotel vacations and try to set up meetings. Your tickets to shows may be a couple dollars cheaper because it’s a lead for them to scam you into something else. You will get the tickets you bought, just be prepared to say no 10 times to all the other stuff they push.

Fantastic experience: So I've read lots of reviews stating they were rude and mad when their offers weren't accepted. Also that they took forever, I dealt with a man named Thomas stout and he was more than pleasant! Got my tickets for what I'd purchased quickly and yes he did offer a seminar to attend but when we turned it down he remained pleasant and overall was a great experience. And the tickets were super cheap! Spent about 10 mins in there and was on my way with my tickets.

Negative experience: The person who worked with us to get our dolly tickets was incredibly rude. Becuase we were not interested in going to visit a new hotel he was not interested in helping us. He was misleading on the rebate and ticket prices, stating it was a holiday sale, it was not. It was only if we went to visit a new hotel they were opening, which if he had said that from the beginning we would NOT have waisted 20 minutes there. He walked away from us without saying a word after we said we were interested. We were interested in purchasing other tickets but apparently he did not want to sell them to us since we were going to visit their new hotel. I am absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. From the beginning we were kind and from the beginning he was rude. If i could give a 0 stars I would. We are here on vacation not to be forced to go to some hotel opening.

Negative experience: Update on review, you CAN pick up your tickets at the Branson Belle Showboat instead of going to this place! Please save yourself the trouble of being scammed into a timeshare, and yelled at for refusing! And also to add, when we got to the venue, our tickets said that our date was the 18th, which is what we picked, but when she scanned our tickets, it was actually for the 17th. So this place booked us the wrong tickets or tampered with them after they were so awful to us, but luckily the BBS staff at the box office was extremely sweet and accommodating and was able to get us same day tickets so we could still enjoy the show! Extremely awful customer experience, avoid at all costs! As soon as we told him no thank you to the sales pitch he served us he got extremely rude and called my senior grandmother a jackass, because she wouldn’t let him charge something on her credit card. I’ve never been so appalled at the rudeness in my entire life. Never again. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever seen when it comes to ticket purchasing. Please do not confuse them with the arcade next door, they are very nice and my son is having a blast at the arcade next door! But please, purchase your event tickets elsewhere!

Negative experience: This place is an absolute ripoff. I accidentally bought my tickets for the branson bell dinner cruise here instead of the actual website. Not only do the tickets cost more but you have to actually show up here in person to get your vouchers before you can go to the event. So if you're coming from out of town you have to drive way out of the way since they don't email you the vouchers. If you need to reschedule you'll have to pay a fee and if you end up not being able to attend they only refund half of the money. Biggest scam in branson!

Negative experience: My husband went in to grab our tickets, they needed my signature. Man was very rude. Acted like we were stupid because we weren't sure if we were at the right place because the building does not say customer welcome center. He asked if we were lost. I said it was confusing because this is the Bigfoot place. I gave him my DL and he tossed it back to me and told me to exit the building when I asked why he needed my husband's driver's license info when I'm the one that ordered the tickets and they were in my name. Man was very rude and arrogant. If you can avoid getting tickets here, please do. Hateful people with hateful attitude.

Negative experience: I have never met someone as rude as the man who printed out my tickets. When I expressed that I was only interested in getting the tickets I had already bought he became extremely rude. He then proceeded to tell me that the show I had purchased wasn’t good and that I had made a bad selection. They force you to come get your vouchers in an attempt to sell more tickets and are hateful when you don’t want to buy anything.

Negative experience: Complete scam!!!!! I paid $100 more for 4 tickets to sight and sound than they cost to buy them from sight and sound, I found out later. They don't tell you that it's a time share pitch and that they don't even print your tickets after making you drive there to supposedly pick them up. Their website is very deceptive, I thought I was buying direct. That part is my responsibility, I should have paid closer attention to the website I was choosing.

Negative experience: Out of a 7 day trip to Branson, my worst experience was here. Ordered show tickets online and instead of receiving tickets through email like everyone else does in 2021, they made me come pick them up. The guy working with me said he needed my license, cell phone number, and my wife's signature... all for show tickets that were already paid for. He then questioned me for not respecting his time. The guy eventually told me he was in marketing and I believe this was leading into an invite to a timeshare. At best I would say this was very shady marketing. Don't get this place confused with the Bigfoot place next door which offers fun and games.

Negative experience: I ordered tickets online, in order to have all my tickets printed and ready before arriving. That’s the whole point of doing it online. They then send an email saying I have to drive to the welcome center and pick up my tickets. Spoke with a supervisor and they stated there was no way to email my tickets. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again for purchasing tickets.
