Fantastic experience: We had such an incredible trip and honeymoon to Italy! Thank you so much to Jenny and everyone involved in the planning. Fantastic experience: We worked with Kiera on planning our Honeymoon to Croatia! She was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Great communication, found lots of things for us to do. The highlights were our private white water rafting tour, the hotels we stayed at, tour guides for both Split & Dubrovnik. We also had incredible transfers that were always on time. Fantastic experience: Italy trip 9-2024 So happy we decided to use Exclusively Italy for our adventures throughout Italy. starting with Joseph in Florence, working our way through Siena to Tuscany, to the drive thru the Chianti region, and ending with an amazing wine tasting lunch at the Poggio Amorelli winery. Joseph made this day tour the absolute BEST it could be, so much knowledge and oh so friendly! That was just our 1st tour... 2nd tour started with David, our driver picking us up to head to Pompeii for a 3 hour tour and that was with Giovanni, and not was he a sweetheart! It was overwhelming how big it was and he made it so easy, and gave us so much information to feel immersed in history. 3rd tour in Amalfi headed to Capri, for a full day of adventure through the water and about 4 hours on the island. The blue grotto was closed (seems to be the case a lot) but we did get to ride the chair lift up to the top! DO NOT go to Capri without doing this!! It will probably take about 1.5 hours, and make sure you KNOW you HAVE to get on the BLUE bus, DO NOT try and get on why other bus and pay attention to where you pick up and drop off, it makes a big difference, has we been told this by the guys on the boat, we would not have been rushing at the end. They were great about making sure we knew to get back by 3 but more info about the bus situation regarding drop off and pick up spots would have been very helpful. Great day! 4th tour was our walking tour with Frank in Rome, to see the trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the pantheon, he was filled with knowledge and did not hold back, he was excited that we were actually interested in learning about the history ☺️. Frank told us about a few churches we needed to see, and so grateful he did, because we went to see them, and they did not disappoint!! We learned so much about the religion and how to understand the different basilicas and churches. 5th tour was with Novella for the coliseum and the Roman Empire, and she could not have been any sweeter and upbeat! We learned a lot about both places and she also advised us on the best church to go see, St. John's basilica, WOW!!! 1ST basilica created in Rome, and just mind blowing! 6th tour with Stephanie for the Vatican and St. Peter's basilica and square. What an experience! Stephanie was great about answering all our questions and advising us on all the information we needed to know to better understand the history. We also had drivers in different places to help get us to and from train stations or airports. That was as smooth as could be, we had one issue when first arriving in Rome but Alessio (Exclusively Italy) and Tiffany (our travel agent in Colorado @ MK luxury travel) went WAY above and I only mention it because sometimes things can go wrong but with the right attitude, all gets worked out, especially when you use the right team! Tiffany was right there to check in with us periodically, on what's app, to make sure that all tours went smoothly, and they did. Thank you Tiffany for such personal service, we will recommend all to you! Thank you guys so much for an unforgettable experience, we won't ever forget. Lasinda and Jimmy

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Kierra for a trip that required a lot of flexibility. They even continued to work with me after we returned home, when I realized I left something at the resort. They make traveling luxurious by taking the stress out of the entire process.

Fantastic experience: After a rough start with a different travel agency, I'm so grateful to have been referred to Melanie at MK Travel. She helped my husband and I plan the 40th birthday trip of my dreams, to Paris! Melanie was easy to communicate with, and worked hard to secure all of our requests. She was able to upgrade our room with no charge as well! In addition to the handy app which we referenced often on our trip, the company provided a folder with our travel documents and paper tickets for our excursions as well as restaurant recommendations near the hotel. Not only did Sara book us a beautiful resort I would have never been able to find, when the resort got hit by a hurricane and closed 6 weeks before our departure date she quickly helped us find an even better vacation! Her expertise and knowledge helped us select Aruba as our destination, a place I never dreamed of going! It was an amazing island and thanks to Sara we had an amazing getaway! Had we booked by ourselves, I would have had no clue what to do when the resort closed! Thankfully we were in good hands and Sara handled it all! Fantastic experience: Tiffany with MK Luxury Travel went out of her way to make sure my wife and I had a wonderful second honeymoon (40th Anniversary) at Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. She literally did all the work that went into this vacation. She recommended this all inclusive resort, with the preferred option. She booked, and rebooked our flights as one was cancelled (typical). Had our transportation lined up in advance. Perfect! This was truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations my wife have taken by ourselves. The weather, accommodations, atmosphere, food, and drink were over the top. The staff at Secrets was so welcoming and always helpful. It was nice to be treated so well. We will be traveling again soon and Tiffany will be on my speed dial. Thank you again for everything.

Fantastic experience: Michelle Klemm planned my trip to Le Blanc in Los Cabos for my husband's birthday. The resort was wonderful and the extra perks for booking with MK Luxury Travel were a nice surprise. Michelle handed everything from booking the resort and transportation to and from the resort. I loved having their app to keep all of my travel documents in one place. If you are looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend Michelle. I also recommend staying at LBLC. The resort was beautiful and the service was the best.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, Jamie, at MK Luxury, is so personable and friendly you can sometimes forget that you are doing business with her. Jamie's services on our recent family trip to San Diego were invaluable. Her attention to detail, follow through and assistance, made our vacation worry free and most importantly memorable for our whole family. Our family, though they have not met her personally, adores her and loved the family vacation that she planned to Coronado Island and Catalina Island. Jamie stayed in touch with our family throughout the trip to ensure all transfers and excursion requests were met. Lisa also did an excellent job supporting Jamie for this trip. We look forward to working with Jamie in the future on several family trips. She is currently working on a bucket list trip to Italy for me and my husband. We had our dreams dashed like so many others when our trip to Italy in 2020 was canceled due to the pandemic. Fantastic experience: We worked with Melanie of MK Luxury Travel on the referral of a few friends and she helped us find the perfect location for our vacation in the Caribbean. She gave us a number of options that fit what we were looking for related to pricing, ease of travel, size of the property and the most important part - the location! Terrific experience.

Negative experience: My husband worked with MK Luxury to plan my 40th trip to Greece. We had an amazing trip, but it was very frustrating working with MK Luxury. We repeatedly asked for recommendations of restaurants, activities, etc., but was just given unhelpful responses of "all the restaurants in Greece are good." My husband had to go round and round with our agent to try and find hotels that met what we were looking for. It was only because we did our research that we found out she was booking us pretty far away from the towns we wanted to be in. On top of the frustrating pre-planning of the trip, the details that we thought our agent double checked had not been done. We arrived at our first island and were supposed to have a private car to take us to the hotel. Our driver never showed up (our driver was the only one who didn't show) and we waiting for over an hour to then have to arrange our own transportation and pay the additional fees. When we arrived to our second island, a driver showed up and stuck us in a van with other people going to different hotels (we thought we had a private car). The super frustrating part is that our agent had incorrectly put in what hotel we were staying at, so the taxi driver dropped us off at a different hotel on the opposite side of the island. We alerted her to this fact and expected her to correct her mistake, but instead when it was time for the taxi driver to pick us up to go to the next island, again they went to the hotel we were not booked at. For the third time now, our drivers did not show up and we were left figuring out our own transportation and paying double for it. When we finally made it to our final island, the person checking us in told us we needed to talk with the manager. When he came down, he asked if our travel agent had talked to us. We informed him that she had not and then he went on to tell us that he told her (3 days prior) that there was a leak at their hotel and that our room with a private pool no longer had the private pool due to the leak. He was shocked that she had not relayed the information to us. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the private pool, so again very frustrating for the lack of communication and fixing of problems. Greece was absolutely gorgeous and our hotels were beautiful, but we were very disappointed in the service that we received from MK Luxury.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from our “trip of a lifetime”. Thanks to Sara Quint at MK Luxury Travel, every detail was carefully planned. We spent 14 dais starting out in Venice, then on to Florence, Rome and ending in Paris. She arranged English speaking drivers and guides all along the way. We enjoyed excursions to quaint villages. We even attended Easter Mass with the Pope at the Vatican. It was the best vacation we have ever taken. Thank you Sara. Gary and I will definitely be calling on you again.

Fantastic experience: Melanie from MK Luxury Travel was so wonderful to work with. We wanted to show our children Italy and she came up with the best itinerary for our family so we could see Positano, Rome, Florence and Venice! As a parent with a million things going on Melanie made this trip super easy for me and could stay behind the scenes on the planning. I trusted her with all the sightseeing, tours, restaurants, etc. Every hotel, tour guide, transfer was always ready for our arrival thanks to her. I would highly recommend Melanie for your next trip! Fantastic experience: We worked with Michelle on booking our recent trip to Costa Rica. We were celebrating our 40th birthdays and also our 10 year wedding anniversary. Michelle was incredible to work with. She provide wonderful advice along the way and not only booked our flights, transportation and resorts, but also recommended excursions (which she booked for us) and got reservations for us for a few restaurants. Fantastic experience: We worked with Jamie for a destination wedding to Playa Mujeres. Jamie did an amazing job accounting for 200 travelers, 400 transfers, rooms, and all. Fantastic experience: Cara has helped us plan multiple Disney vacations. She is extremely knowledgeable and presents details in ways that are easy to understand even to the Disney novice. Cara took into consideration all of the needs of our family and presented us with several options that met both our budget and and specific interests of our children. Cara also spent countless hours on the phone "waiting in line" to get us the coveted Boo Bash tickets as well as working through a technology issue that we had. Fantastic experience: We just finished up the 2nd vacation we booked with Melanie Shepard at MK Luxury Travel. In March we went skiing in Vail and for this trip we visited Atlantis is the Bahamas. Melanie is so easy to work with, is incredibly responsive, and of course is full of excellent recommendations. For our most recent trip Melanie really stepped up in a couple ways. First, due to some last minute changes I missed the cancellation window for one of our booked activities but Melanie contacted the resort and got them to issue me a (large) refund. I thought it was a sunk cost and didn't event ask her to do it! Second, we had an excursion scheduled to the Exuma Islands and the tour company cancelled the day before (their boat broke down). I texted Melanie and shortly had a couple options to make it to the Exumas even though these excursions book up fast. I'm already looking forward to working with Melanie and MK Luxury Travel for our next vacation!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with MK Luxury Travel, specifically working with Sara Quint. Sara was absolutely amazing with planning our honeymoon. We were starting the planning process towards the end of 2019 and had everything fully booked and reserved during January 2020. She was absolutely patient with ALL the questions (and I had a ton) and adjusted everything to ensure all my requests were fulfilled. Unfortunately, COVID-19 forced us to change our plans, as we are not comfortable leaving the country. As soon as I told her we had to change our plans, she jumped right in to assist with the cancel/refund process and finding other places in the US to consider for a honeymoon. Regardless if we took the trip or not, I fully recommend working with Sara on your travel plans.
