Negative experience: My most recent AAA experience. Upon leaving dinner, my engine wouldn't start. So I called AAA around 8:40. I told them that I might need a jump and, if that was unsuccessful, I would require a tow. Expecting to wait a reasonable amount of time,xI sent the wife home with her mother (who had joined us for dinner). I was getting text updates ("Your driver is 10 minutes away. Please stay visible." "Your ride has been rescheduled. Your driver is 17 minutes away."). But the tow truck never arrived. As it has begun to rain, I moved over a little bit, keeping my car in sight. Around 11:30, I was notified that my driver was an hour out. 12:30 came and went. I was told that the driver would be there by 12:40, but that was also inaccurate. (After a few hours of waiting, I was given the option of abandoning my vehicle and leaving it unlocked for the tow service to pick up at their leisure. As it was in a crowded Tampa parking lot, I declined) Before my phone died, I asked for another update, just to let them know I was still here. Meanwhile, my wife had made it home. She called AAA, who informed her that someone had been by and checked on the battery (a statement which was 100% false, a statement which AAA "corrected" afterwards). She felt better hearing that someone had been there. After I told her that my phone was dying, she called AAA herself around 1:30 AM to arrange a tow. Meanwhile, I returned to the car, making plans for the next day and eventually fell asleep. (The noises in the parking lot, like the power washer, overnight construction work and weedeater were not exactly conducive to a good night's sleep) Around 3:30, Carlos, the non-English speaking driver from "Mr. Tow", arrived. While there were some... interesting moments and initial confusion, I have no complaints with that company, as they delivered my vehicle to the dealership and took me home. I arrived home at 5:30 AM, just as my alarm for work started to go off. Luckily, I had the foresight to arrange a sub for work. The wife and I traded notes for a little while (where it came out that she had been told someone had come by while I was waiting and attempted to jump off my vehicle) and I went to sleep. From when I initially called until when the tow truck FINALLY arrived, SEVEN HOURS had passed. When counting the transit time with the tow service, it took NINE HOURS to get me home from the next county over. (I told my father the story later on. He rightfully informed me that, in the same amount of time, he could have driven down FROM GEORGIA and taken me home.) I wound up missing work that day due to the catastrophic ineptitude of the "service" provided. Between the constantly-moving arrival times (and the hope that was given and then dashed), the heat, the rain, the excessive wait... I was both disappointed and livid by the time I arrived home, as the sun was coming up.
Fantastic experience: Planned a trip to go out west to visit family and 3 National Parks. Eileen B was very helpful and accommodating preparing us for our adventures.

Negative experience: My husband went to AAA Trinity office today, and the OFFICE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. AAA didn't bother to post the info on their website.
Negative experience: Went to AAA for expert advice on booking a cruise. Important documentation information was left out of the conversation causing us to be unable to board. AAA offered no help in mitigating the situation. In the end we lost all our money but the office was kind enough to put full blame on us. The customer. BEWARE!!
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend seeing Nicole at Trinity AAA. Even though their store was closed due to storm damage, she took the time to explain my policy out in the parking lot. Knowing full well most places would have said come back tomorrow. Thanks for going the extra mile, Nicole. Jim,

Once you have made travel arrangements with Deidre you will always make travel arrangements with her. Very professional and extremely thorough. Positive experience: Auto insurance was cheaper than Progressive, that I had for 20 years. They are terrible over the phone and extremely slow to respond.

Positive experience: For the most part they were helpful with information but they really aren’t as helpful as a travel agent. They more or less want you to do everything yourself. No discounts on airfare now and they are limited as to what airlines they can book. Still good for car rentals but unless you are booking the flight, the hotel and the car you may as well do it yourself. Customer service not at the top of their list. Delivered all the “we can’t do that” in a friendly manner so I was disappointed and not angry when I left.
Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I thought my issue would take me an hour to resolve but I was in and out within minutes and had all my questions answered. Very appreciative of the staff at this branch.

Negative experience: I have been a member for 5 years and the last few times I have called no one has shown up. It's getting ridiculous. Why am I paying for this service if no one is showing up? The last dispatch I talked to showed no compassion for any of the situations.
Fantastic experience: Not a fan of the automated option choosing before you actually talk to a human. After talking with an actual human the process was flawless and the tow truck driver was excellent.
Negative experience: Have called 3 times and left message to return call re: Home Owner/Auto insurance combo They say they will call you back in order of your call. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK YET. Called before the holiday and after. Very inefficient and disheartening‼️
Negative experience: Nightmare. Never showed up. Told me that a driver from Pete’s auto wold be there at 11:45 am. At noon I called Pete’s. They never received a call from AAA, nor do they do unlocks. Spent $95 to get the car unlocked and it was completed within 10 min of my call.

Negative experience: There is no in person assistance for air travel despite the fact that they advertise "full service". As a paying member for decades, I was disappointed to find I could not meet with someone to discuss the best options for travel from Tampa to Rome, Italy. I have difficulty hearing so connections have to be as clear and simple as possible.
Negative experience: Very disappointed with customer service at this location. Emails are not returned. Calls are not returned.
Fantastic experience: What a difference an office makes! I was in the Port Richey office earlier in the week and left there feeling like they really didn't want my business. Then in the Trinity office today, they were fabulous. I hope the Port Richey office takes a lesson from this.

Fantastic experience: This was a surprise visit to an agent there. A BIG shout out to Theresa!! And a giant thank you to the lady who kept mum on the visit. This lady rocked it! The ladies here do an amazing job year round helping my family.
Negative experience: Had to wait well over double the estimated time then I’m on the phone trying to get ahold of them, on hold for 30 minutes then when someone picks up they don’t know the answer to my question so they have to transfer me where I am on hold again for 30 minutes
Negative experience: I contacted this triple AAA office on July 26, 2021, staff answering the phone were clueless to the home lock out service and ensured me that Triple AAA does not provide that service. I asked to be transferred to another agent and Heidi took my call. Thankfully she was aware of the program and emailed me the correct form. I also requested travel assistance, she stated please email what you need. "My email address will be on the email attached to he form, I am sending." "I do not have the time to write down the information. This office is extremely busy and we are short staffed." Interesting, so this is the service Premier members receive. In the past this office was top notch and my favorite triple aaa office thanks to Amanda for the service she always provided all triple aaa members.

Negative experience: Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars I would. This insurance co is by far the worst co I have ever dealt with.Customer service that you have to go thru other then your agent will not I repeat will not do anything to your policy if you need any kind of changes forget it. If you call several times and speak to someone different you will not get the same answer no one there knows what they are doing you will get the run around and you will not get the help you need..I literally am so disappointed with this place.Find another insurance co it will save you the stress pay a little more and avoid this co..this has been going on for 6 months please avoid getting AAA insurance.
Negative experience: I came here to ask for a county map and they refused. I offered to pay for it, i asked if i could do a month membership to be able to get one. They said no. I've literally been all over the town looking for a map and they are the only ones with one and refused to help. 2 members told me they would help but they didn't. I came here twice to ask. After i left the 1st time a member told me to go back and try saying they are usually helpful. But no.The only way i can get one is if i sign up for an entire year the manager said that if she helped me she would have to help anyone thay came through the door...what a horrible excuse not to help someone

Positive experience: I came to get Disney tickets.I waited I believe to long to get help. I used to go here to get disney tickets but it has changed. You buy the ticket but it's not a ticket you then have to go to customer service at Disney. Wait in line for them to give you a real ticket. Not worth doing it's more of a hassle. I was told Monster is now with AAA. I believe it's not worth it just a hassle
Fantastic experience: AAA has continued to change with the times. The branch office in Trinity is staffed with friendly, competent individuals. The office is clean and arrangement is pleasing and comfortable. Members are able to take advantage of Notary service. Credit cards to various restaurants and stores are available for purchase. Your purchase will result in AAA dollars that will result in a reduced membership renewal cost.

Negative experience: Receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. As AAA members we were going to get our passport photos woman insisted we needed professional photos that they could not do them there even though I’ve gotten them done there before extremely rude and snappy should not be working in customer service at all.
Fantastic experience: We had the driver Mike Hood, we had an amazing experience with him. He made sure to be extra careful with the car and had no problem easing our minds with any questions we had. Did it quickly and carefully. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
Fantastic experience: Living in Florida is a insurance nightmare. I couldn't do it without Nicole and Sue. They make me feel like I am there only client, and make my life (in the insurance department) so much easier.
