Negative experience: Just stay away! Long story short they canceled our trip and refuse to refund our money! They don’t say they won’t but the process get lost somewhere along the way! There is a absolute choas there

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with them, with no issues at all. I was concerned that I wouldn't have the onboard credit it said when I bought as it didn't reflect on the booking but it was all good with Holland America and we had our $100 onboard credit, so it all went smoothly. Of course, the cheapest option (guaranteed) could be a very small inside cabin, but the reservation went all well. I called their customer service to confirm everything and was well-assisted, all information was confirmed. They have good deals and Holland America was a great choice! It was an amazing trip around Alaska, the staff and food are awesome.

Negative experience: I’m not using my real name for I’m afraid they will block like they’ve been my calls. All I want is a credit to be able to attend another cruise because my partner and I were unable to attend due to misinformation given. They won’t even give credit! They would have long time customers if they would just be understanding and say they messed up. But they have me waiting for 3 hours on the phone for something I know is already received. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Negative experience: I notified the travel agent Dorie Nickelsburg that my husband and I would not be able to attend the cruise. I notified her 06/19/18 and on 07/02/18 my account was drafted for $1000 to pay for the cruise. I emailed Dorie immediately via email and called her cellphone(left a voicemail). She never responded to my phone call she emailed me back at 10:30 at night after repeated calls to her cellphone. She has not tried in any way to reconcile or fix this and this was her mistake. I will never book another cruise with her again. She was rude about the situation.

Negative experience: Only local guide give this place high rating. All tourist and travels rate poorly. It is to bad you get what you pay for... if your money is tight do not go on cruises. It is a luxury and cost about double than what they post. It is fun for young drinkers & and partiers!

Negative experience: I booked several trips through Kate B at WMPH and also referred friends. My two most recent experiences involved asking Kate to send quotes for side by side suites for an Alaskan Cruise and having her select cabins on either side of an elevator alcove (which I caught and corrected) and then just this week when I called on Monday and left a message asking for her help for a first time cruiser friend who was ready to book on Celebrity. My message said I needed a quick return call. As of Wednesday evening she had not called back so I called again. Then finally called Celebrity and booked myself.

Cruise Cheap prices are lower to begin with but if you need to make any changes or add to your reservation you wont be pleased with the ridiculous fees and poor customer service. Something as simple as adding or changing a person to our room or changing our dinner time was like trying to pass a law through congress!

Negative experience: After booking my cruise with these company. I am receiving very poor service. All i am requesting is provide me the name of the shuttle that will pick us up at the airport. Guess what i do not get a response. One more thing, i requested for a additional night on the hotel that they booked me based on my package. I was quoted 3 times higher than all website is asking.
