Fantastic experience: Awesome service by seasoned tech professionals. I couldn't be happier with their timely response to my call. Within 30 minutes to an hour the troubled vehicle is up and running. The dispatch guy that's in Dewitt NY was very responsive like he arrived with brand new batteries within minutes. I was blown away by these awesome tech guys. You all are genius! I have been spreading the word. Oh I forgot, the representative Caleb at Fairmount location was superb. Smart and very helpful people. Thanks . Positive experience: We met with a travel agent named Paul. He promised to have flight plans ready for our trip within two days. That was six days ago. We made our own flight plans and. It wasn't worth the 30 minute drive there and one hour appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent company and service. Takes care of my home and auto insurance, plus helps me with my travel arrangements. Traveling? Ask for Meghan. She arranged my trip to San Antonio for my grandson's high school graduation. Flight, hotel and car rental, all I had to do was show up.

Negative experience: I needed an International Driver's Permit. They told me that they could make me one. After driving there I was told they couldn't make it. Frustrating.

Negative experience: Called for roadside assistance at 4:45 am, after countless calls to try to obtain a link for a driver status... I finally got a link at 6:45 and driver showed up at 7 am terrible service and lucky they are only service like this, genuine laziness ♂️

Negative experience: Will not travel with AAA again. I am fully vaccinated and also have my booster. I recently signed up for a 3 night trip and it is required that I get a PRC test in order to go which is going to cost me $50. I recently traveled with Collette Travel to the Gran Canyon for 8 days and only needed my vaccine CDC card. I think AAA is being a bit ridiculous or they shoul provide someone in their office to administer this test.

We recognize that it may cause inconvenience, and in some cases, added expense for our travelers; however, the decision was made in order to keep our travelers, members, and associates healthy. -Katie, AAA Member Relations
Positive experience: I would have rated it higher because of the excellent service but the higher ups have given in to the latest virus hysteria and now make patrons wear face masks even though we now know (thanks to the Fauci emails) that the CDC has been aware since almost the beginning that masks are virtually useless in preventing you catching a virus and only can lessen the spread if you are infected and are coughing and sneezing.

Positive experience: When picking up your airline tickets from AAA , they need to print out both (round trip) . And explain things to the customer why the return ticket is not in the packet. Communication people.

Positive experience: Went there for some maps and a tour book. Sometimes their Tour books are better than the information you get from the various web sites. Not really sure why that is.
