Negative experience: The conversation with Siddique before you purchase your ticket will be very pleasant, but if any changes are needed, they will speak very rudely and overcharge you. Siddique was charging me 1000 dollars, but when I went to the airline office it was free. It is not the first time he has addressed me rudely and this is the last time I will be visiting his office. He doesn't seem to respect his customers at all, and it's obvious he doesn't care about them at all

We were led by Mawlana Syed Muhiuddin Quadri - Peer Pasha Saheb. الحمد لله he was very well educated and assisted us with all of the requirements. He answered all of our questions and was always ready to help us in any way possible. He was an inspiration in understanding the level of respect that should be given and taught us the etiquettes of the worship that should be done at every step of the way. We need more Ulemaa like him. Evia has made a great decision by requesting him to join their group. I would advise everyone, if you would like all of your actions to be completed properly, be free of any questions or doubts, learn all that is possible about the significance of the sites you will visit, then please travel with him. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with Evia Travel during my 2019 Hajj trip. The hotels, food arrangements, and transportation were all very excellent. All the services that were promised were delivered. I was especially extremely satisfied with the guidance of Dr. Hafiz Haqqani Mian Qadri. He was very accessible throughout the Hajj trip and his vast knowledge helped a lot.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife went for Hajj 2019 in a 5 star premium package. As promised, the accommodation, travel and food was amazing. We had little trouble with hotel and stay. Evia travels reservations were amazing.

Negative experience: Hi, I bought the package for my 2019 Hajj through Evia travel. When buying this package, I was told it was 5 stars for both Mecca and Medinah and deluxe tent in Mina. Once we arrived in Medinah at 6am, we had to wait in the lobby untill 4pm without any room. We were given the key to the room without any cleaning being completed and therefore had to sleep in it - as it was being cleaned! Furthermore, while in Madinah, we were forced to take a bus tour and had to pay out of our own expense. This was never mentioned in our package deal. When we arrived in Mecca, the hotel was horrible! It wasn't even close to a 4 star - the hallway and bathroom were disgusting and most often not operable. In the package, I was told that there were 3 scholars, Dr. Haqqani. Omar Haqqani and Sayed M. Quadri. They were present, but it was difficult to communicate with them since they were occupied with their family and in moments of spiritual guidance, I often felt I didn't have the adequate support I needed. In Mina, the tent we occupied had over 40 people in it and was in no way hospitable. I did not see any deluxe tent and all they served were microwave food with expiration date on it. Most woman were on there own with no one to guide them. The quality of the tents were so bad that a couple of them got sick and we forced to call Mr Sidiqqi to send transportation and take them to the hotel pack. Some sister were without Mahram and we had to step up to take them from Mina to Haram by walking them to do there Tewaf on time. The sad part was I told the scholar to help me with there bags and they refused. I told them if you want to bring it, then fine and if not then, don't worry. In harafat, no one took us to the mountain, when we were told we would be taken - another example of deception. We stayed in the tent and finally, I took it upon myself to use google map to get myself and others there. In Musdalifa, we got there late and there was no place for us to be. The scholar told us to sleep anywhere you want, and while all the other group had there place set, we did not. The men were in the front and women in the back and I asked them why they did not had any answer with Mr Siddiqi is in charge. All the men and woman were scared everywhere. The first person who took the bus were the scholars and there were a lot of people form the group left behind. I asked them why and they said we are just like you -we paid and came for the package. And throughout most of the trip, Mr Siddiqi was no where to be found. I am writing this for all the brothers to be aware of what kind of package you would be buying. I made a mistake by just looking at only their 5 star but it was truly a 3 star experience for both the service and the hotel in Mecca. I would personally not recommend this agency to anyone, especially for the Hajj package. You only go to Hajj once, so please do your research and pick the right one. Thanks now he has family members put a 5 star review to off set the bad ones. This is totally sad.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah I had the opportunity to perform Hajj 2019 with Evia Travels. Allah (swt) had blessed me to perform umrah and hajj many times before so going in, i knew what to research for when signing up to go with a group. Alhamdulillah from the time that before we even left Chicago until our return, Evia travel, under the leadership of Mr. Siddiqi had gone above & beyond to provide the best possible service. Alhamdulillah our group had 150 brothers and sisters in it. Our hotel in madinah was 20 min drive from the airport and we stayed in the 5 star dar al Hijrah, as promised to us. The hotel is right across King fahd gate and is about a 5min walk to the haram. While in Madinah our group scholars provided us with regular guidance and were available to answer questions at anytime. The scholars were always available throughout the journey to provide guidance and answer any questions. Br Siddiqi was also always available to help/assist/answer any questions that anyone had. In addition to Br. Siddiqi, we also had Br. Waleed to answer and help us in anyway possible. The food buffet in Madinah was also excellent and satisfying. Our journey to makkah was also very good and luxurious. All the buses were brand new 2019 models. We had a total of 3 buses and each bus had a scholar in it. I was in the bus of Sh. Omer. He gave us spiritual and motivational talks throughout the journey to makkah and during the last 45 mins of our journey to makkah, he went over how to perform umrah step by step, asked questions to the group to make sure everyone understood and also took questions. As we arrived in Makkah we found that Mr. Siddiqi was already waiting to receive us at the hotel (we found out that he had left madinah in the morning of our departure to ensure that our rooms were ready and every thing would go smoothly). As we got off the bus we were given our room keys so we could just go directly to our rooms. This was the easiest and smoothest check-in ever! In Makkah we checked into Swissotel hotel which is part of the Abraj complex (Clock Tower). On day one of Hajj, in our tent in Mina, the tents were very comfortable and exceeded all of my expectations. We had a sofa that converted into a mattress to sleep on. We were also given a pillow, bedsheet, and many other essentials. For lunch, each person was given a huge tray of Tazaj chicken and rice meal and for dinner we had albaik chicken. The food was excessive but they wanted to make sure the hujjaj were well taken care of. In Arafat, the tent was also great with mattresses and a/c at a comfortable temperature. In Arafat we also had excellent meat and rice dish. The scholars gave us motivational talks and led us in group duas. We were also provided sleeping mattresses to be used in Muzdalifa. When in muzdalifa we slept comfortably under the open skies and the next morning we were led to the jamarat by Mr.Siddiqi and his team. Mr. Siddiqi, Mr. Waleed, and others were always with us throughout the journey which I know is unheard of, for the tour operator to actually accompany the pilgrims every step of the way. This was very much appreciated by everyone in our group. As our flight was on Friday evening and we had to check out on Thursday, Mr. Siddiqi arranged for hotel for us stay in jeddah instead of us just having to wait at the airport. Overall, it was a wonderful experience where everyone got along like one big family. It exceeded all of my expectation and I will cherish the memories of this trip for the rest of my life. I would definitely recommend Evia travel to anyone who is thinking about going for hajj in 2020.

Negative experience: Response from the owner on negative reviews are pretty copy and past with little or no thought process. The famous line “ WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RESERVATION BY YOUR NAME” How does one find out pricing without a reservation. Sadly, now he has family members put a 5 star review to off set the bad ones. Anyone wanna guess who the “the Google User is”? IN ALL HIS RESPONSES YOU WILL NOT HEAR TWO WORDS” SORRY AND APOLOGIZE”.

They have beaten every price, and I noticed there are 3 Passengers on here are saying they were overcharged by $600? First of all how is that possible? If they were overcharging their customers then they would not be in business this long; the purpose of their business is to beat the competition, not over charge. I believe the when Customers want something, they will slander another company to make themselves feel better. I am sure they got a quote for $1,600 but they wanted it even lower, and probably did not get it, and so they will blast the hurt the company! Negative experience: Can I give zero stars? My mom was excited about planning a trip to Pakistan with a stopover in London... until she had to deal with someone named Uzma who works here. My mom called me in almost tears because of the way she was spoken to and said that not even her parents have never spoken to her that way. Uzma belittled her and made her feel ashamed for wanting to take a stopover in London. She kept saying “why do you want to go now, go some other time because these are the prices and this is what you will pay”. The prices she was referring to were $2200 tickets. On top of that she told my mother that we could only take a carry on bag for our entire trip. That turned out to be a lie. She was actively discouraging my mom from taking the trip altogether which is interesting because isn’t it the job of a travel agent to try and sell tickets not humiliate the client for wanting to go places. Uzma completely turned my mom off from taking this trip until we called another travel agency and they helped us with tickets in a kind and respectful way unlike Evia travels. The owner will probably comment under this review saying “we have no reservation with your name”, and yes that’s absolutely right you don’t have a reservation with our names because we refuse to do business with someone who patronizes their clients for trying to book a trip. I’m not sure who Uzma thinks she is but she needs a reality check and has a long way to go in learning how to interact with customers over the phone. I hope no one else has to ever be the victim to her vile attitude.

Negative experience: If you enjoy being belittled by an employee and over priced by $600 for a ticket, then this is the right place. I have purchased tickets at this agency before and NEVER received such a bad experience. I called on 6-14-19 for a trip to Pakistan in late July with a week stop over in London. The employee/relative “Uzma” was so unprofessional that I could not believe what I was hearing. First, she over priced me by $600 for the same ticket other agencies were providing. She quoted me $2,200 for the trip. I guess she needed a bonus that week and I was the customer selected. Apparently, they assume no one is going to price shop before calling them. Second, she kept saying luggage allowance is only a “carry on “ and why am I going to London. I think she believes she’s talking to her kids. She has no business in telling me where I should go. She’s not providing any options just opinions. In all fairness , I have spoken to Mr. Siddique in the past and have received a good response and understanding . When I called back to ask to speak to Mr. Siddique she said he is out of town. Well, I purchased the same ticket with another travel agency for $1600 with a carry on and 40lb allowance if luggage to London. Great deal I purchased two tickets. Please speak to her on how to deal with customers, I think she believes she is in an agency in Pakistan .

Fantastic experience: I went for Hajj with my wife and mother. We enjoyed a Triple room occupancy throughout our stay of 5 days in Madina and 10 days in Makkah. We were received at Madina airport by Siddiqui saab himself and his workers. He was personally standing in bus from Airport to Hotel and guiding us. Mina tents were very close to main road going to Jamrat. Food was very good in Mina and Arafat. Food was excellent in Makkkah and Medina hotel buffets. It was overall good experience.

Fantastic experience: I have no idea what these people are talking about, if this company was so bad and mistreated people like that they would not have stayed in business for so long, I think the people are giving this company a bad review are the people that are very impatient and they want everything done their way. My personal experience with Evia travel is that they're one of the best; I have used them twice already and going on for the third time for next year, the prices are much cheaper than online and they work with you. And if there's something wrong with your flight you just give him a call and they will jump on it and try to get a corrected, I highly recommend Evia travel.

Fantastic experience: Recently Allah subhanallah taala provided me and my family an opportunity to perform umrah. After contacting several travel agencies , I decided to go with Evia travels as their prices(air, hotel and visa) were reasonable. The hotels were excellent as promised, right in front/close to the haram at Makkah and Madina. This close proximity was very helpful. I would recommend all the people who go for Haj or umrah, they should give preference to the location of the hotel especially when travelling with old and kids. I used Evia travels for the first time, the whole staff especially the Manager - Mr.Siddiqui was helpful and very knowledgeable.I'm very satisfied with their service. Inshallah next time I can go confidently with Evia Travels as I have already experienced their service. I would definitely refer them to others as reliable service providers. After coming back, I felt like that I should thank Evia Travels. They're providing a noble service and their services should be commended and acknowledged. Google should ask for proof of purchase from the people who write reviews about a business as I have seen some misleading reviews. I can provide proof of purchase for my umrah package if required by Google. Negative experience: Worst customer service ever experienced. I spoke to the manager who didn't even give me a chance to speak. He kept on talking at length without even making an effort to solve my problem. Find a new travel agent or buy ticks online. Worst. Experience ever.. This agency is a fraud. Very rude and no sense of customer satisfaction. He charged me for my Umrah visa which is free of charge and this is clearly stated on the saudi consulate website. Also he refused to refund my canceled reservation for hotels. The hotels didn't even charge him for reservation. We had to cancel our flight and hotel reservation due to medical emergency. They did not bother yo help us in this situation instead he insulted us and told us to get out of the office. I will report this business at better business bureau and local law enforcement. Their license should be canceled.

There are many agents who market for holyland but very few have the knowledge about Jersalem/Phalastine. I was well advised and directed about all places to see in Jerusalem. Positive experience: Most trustworthy agency I will recommend for Umrah to everyone. My inlaws came from Lahore and they wanted to perform Umrah on way back home. Evia Travel arranged our stay in Rotana Makkah and Hilton Medina on a family basis. It was very comfortable. And truly as we wanted Evia Travel arranged me to leave with my inlaws for Lahore and my husband left same time for Chicago. It was first time we visited Saudi and they guided as in all respects. Even they sent us books in English and Urdu for guidance. I will recommend them as most professional agent.

Negative experience: Obviously, the 5 star ratings are from the owners of Evia Travels. I happened to be "lucky" enough to go through with Evia Travels twice. Both times were horrific experiences. Mr. Siddiqui and his son(Faizan) are on a mission to screw as many people as they can. And if something goes wrong on there end, they will blame you. For example, I was promised my visas by a certain date and Mr.Siddiqui and son didn't even submit the visas for processing by the date I was promised. Then, he tells me that it is out of his hands and I should go pray for the visas to come on time. Yeah, obviously, you'll need a miracle to get your visas magically if he didn't even submit them for processing. I know people are attracted to him for his low price. There is a reason why he is the cheapest out there. You'll completely ruin your umrah/hajj experience if you go through this person. May Allah(SWT) help us all.

Negative experience: The worst travel agency you can buy tickets from. My friend also had the same experience - had to pay 300$ extra to get the tickets. I had a different (again bad) experience....they did not provide the right information about the flights/fares and I had to buy the tickets they suggested. Finally spent even more money to get what I wanted. Very bad customer service also. For the same service, the airlines directly charges much less. Once you book the ticket, that's it - you will be a totally helpless guy with no support from them for your needs. You need to keep calling and send emails several times to get their attention. I will never use their service in future.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! We made the mistake of going with this agency without reading the reviews. We dealt with Siddiqi, the owner, and must I say the worse customer service and he was very rude. He also gave us the runaround and kept on promising that our visas for omra will come on certain days but never happened. He wanted extra money to get the visas. It was a waiting game for over a month and must I say THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never recommend this agency to anyone.
