Fantastic experience: We had the darnedest time putting together dates that worked for the family we were inviting, but Ashley hung in there with us. We also were to have a 3-bedroom stay at a different resort, but as that resort was no longer on the marketing agenda, she helped us add a second room to accommodate us. Considering we are on opposite coasts, this all had to be timed perfectly to make the calls work and the plan happen. Looking forward to the stay and seeing our kiddos for a well anticipated visit. Fantastic experience: Typically, I dread calling service centers because I usually experience back and forths with agents, several transfers, or being rushed during the experience. Today, my service representative - Milo, provided the exact opposite experience. His service level was off the charts. Milo had so much patience, was incredibly informative and knowledgeable - there were times when he encouraged me to not rush myself and take my time in making a decision. I'm so grateful for this pleasant encounter, I'm honestly shocked. That said, my booking experience was spectacular and I'm glad to have done so.

Fantastic experience: We purchased this package about 3.5 years ago and I called to see if it was available and it was. Fantastic experience: ProVacation arranged a Dream Resort in Puerta Villarta Mexico for my husband and I. It was an exceptional vacation. The check in process was so smooth. The room was very nice with a view of the ocean. The food for breakfast and lunch was very good with lots of choices. We ate twice at the Mexican restaurant and once at the Italian--very excellent food and service. Would highly recommend ProVacation to assist in your travel plans.

Fantastic experience: we booked our trip to Orlando through pro vacation. we initially booked our trip for a one bedroom; but decided a two bedroom would better suit our needs. we called customer service and spoke to Ashley who was extremely helpful in meeting our needs. she was very pleasant and quickly found what we were looking for. we had a wonderful two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen unit. it was very spacious and clean. there were many pools, hot tubs and activities offered. we would definitely go there again. thank you Ashley for the wonderful customer service.

Positive experience: Recently booked a trip through Pro Vacation using a promotion package I purchased. I primarily worked with Ashley Navarro, who was easy to work with. She was attentive and able to answer all of my questions. There was a mishap with the original resort we booked. After we submitted all documents and paid the taxes for a reservation, we were then told the resort did not have a room available after all. Ashley was able to give us alternative resorts to choose from, and it ended up being a very nice alternative. Even though I worked with Ashley, I found that anyone who answered the phone was more than willing to help me, for which I was grateful.

Fantastic experience: I called Pro Vacation Group in serious need of help. I was trying to confirm my Vacation arrangements with Villa Group and was having the hardest time reaching someone. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to Dreams Flora in the Dominican Republic through the FANTASTIC HELP of MILO!! We had such a great time and Milo made everything easy for us ! Fantastic experience: I booked a vacation package with PRO VACATION from a cold call back in April 2024. I just booked my first trip (of four) for April 2025. I'm set up at the Dreams resort for the adults and a child at an outstanding rate for an extension from four to six nights. MILO (my travel advisor) was knowledgeable and super helpful breaking down my options. Highly recommend this company based on my experience! (Lots of quality options to stay and six years to use my trips)
