Negative experience: Attempted to use this travel agency, however the representative was so rude and nasty. I told her "NoThank you"! Second response. First of all I don't use the language Lida travel is accusing. She was rude and her response to a possible Customer is self explanatory. I have the time frame we spoke on my my phone it was only a minute. Not long enough to have the conversation she is speaking of. Shame on you Lida travel for such an ugly untruthful response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

Fantastic experience: Full confession: I tried booking a flight to Denmark without consulting Mary of Lida Travel. BIG MISTAKE! The airlines played all sorts of games and I wasn't able to book the flight. Then I called Mary and she worked her magic and got us great tickets right away. She did the same for me on a trip to Italy, and then again on a trip to Brazil. She's helped out friends of mine as well. Use her! Fantastic experience: Lida Travel Inc Briefly, I'd like to share my experience with Lida Travel Inc I wanted to go Dubai for meeting and I had to go, I've called to Lida to book the ticket and I did't know which the visa is required for green card holder plus nationality issues. She've requested for over 15 companies to getting my visa. Unfortunately, all of them didn't process because of my nationality Afghan. I was so sad and despaired and gave up and I told her there is no way, and not possible, but she said "I am not ganna give up Mohammad, and I will find a way for you." And than I was saying thank you god for this great fever for me which interdicted me with Lida Travel Inc.Finally within two days she found a way and processed my visa and I got it. Thank you so much for all you did for us and I pray for you to stay healthy and be successes. Our agent, Lida, and her contact in Iran did an exceptional job of prebooking our B&Bs, sending us our vouchers for drivers and guides.
