My mind was so many places I hope I’m getting the name correct , I know that he does not live around here he told me. Anyway, He was truly kind to me, patient , and pleasant! I hope I got your name right ! He helped me with getting my registration because I lost it and dealing with my name change title stuff that I was having issues with. Negative experience: Nick the tow driver gave a horrible experience . Trying to say a 17 year old is the owner of the account which is not true and even possible she does not pay the bill . Secondly we had another membership with the card and person present and said he was we have to recall in . Nick with the tow flat bed license #47496L3 . Horrible customer service and rude .

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT SERVICE. I’m very happy AAA opened an office in Mission Viejo. This is a very friendly, fully staffed AAA office, short wait times in the morning. Great place to pay your car registration, bundle your insurance & update your policies. I walked in on Saturday waited a few minutes, paid my registration & received my tags in under 10 minutes compared to the ten hours & multiple visits to the Laguna Hills DMV! I’d say this one visit was worth the price of my membership. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: AAA Mission Viejo is amazing!! Dale Knight planned and booked our family vacation . He spent so much time catering to what we wanted and made any changes w ease. He is so friendly and knows what he is doing. I can't say enough. I have been to this location for car Registration also and also have a good experience every time. Great Manager also.

Negative experience: Waste of time. I go in to get registration. I wait 45 min. To find out they don’t have the resources to complete transaction. The stickers. Just tell me in advance before sending me to another location blindly.

Negative experience: I called to get a quote and the representative was very unfriendly and kept cutting me off. Before I could fully explain what I wanted to quote he kept discouraging me to get the quote. Honestly, it came off like he didn't want to work today. He didn't even ask me my name but assumed my name was Jessica and thought a random number was mine. Not sure how their system works or where that information came from but that started the call on a bad note since it seemed he was embarrassed about it, which was no fault of mine. I decided to look elsewhere to avoid continuing such a hostile conversation.

Negative experience: i’ve been to this location twice and they were closed early on both occasions when their website and location hours on the door say differently. you think they would be more consistent with how good triple a usually is. disappointing

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Very slow workers. Came in and told them what I needed done. They said OK have a seat. Waited 40 minutes. They called my name and asked what I needed. I told them. They said the person who’s able to help me left for the day. Thank you for wasting my time! Very unorganized folk here.

Positive experience: OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH AAA WAS GOOD. I WENT IN TO GET MY DISABLED PLACARD. THE AAA ASSOCIATE THAT HELP ME WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I ALSO SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, VERY HELPFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. BUT I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE ASSOCIATE ON THE FRONT WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, NOT FRIENDLY. SO GAIN MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS 4 STAR WITH THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME WITH THE DISABILITY PLACARD, AND THE MANAGER. BUT FOR THE ASSOCIATE AT THE FRONT DESK GETS A 0 ZERO. RM

Why wait for your tags to come in the mail when you can get them on the spot with your AAA membership and most locations are open on Saturdays!!!

Fantastic experience: We needed to get some papers notarized. I checked around and the cheapest I found was $15. Per signature. The AAA was close so I told my wife, lets stop here and check if they could do it. We were assigned to Lisa, and to my surprise it was free, yes free! We needed 6 signatures and Lisa was happy to help us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I can't say enough about how comfortable Lisa made us feel, like long time personal friends. I am so glad we are AAA members and will be for life.

Negative experience: The worst AAA ever. There were 2 dogs and a cat inside (not animals). 25 minutes to get a DMV tag and I was the 7th in-line. Nobody was working must have been a AAA holiday. They looked shocked when I requested my name of the board.

Fantastic experience: In my NTBHO, AAA or a similar service is essential. I definitely don't want any member of the family trying to change a tire in the pouring rain at 0300 100 miles away. Add in Triple A's other services such as veregistration, trip planning, integrated insurance and other benefits such as discounts and you have a winner. One morning I went out to drive and ... nothing. Not even a click. I called AAA and in about 20 minutes the tech arrived. A quick test showed the battery was done. The tech went and got me a new battery, installed it, and took the old one away for me. Here in California recycling old car batteries is required. Everyone has always been professional and pleasant. You might only use it once in 5 years, and in that moment you will be very thankful that someone you love isn't trying to change that tire at 0300.

Negative experience: First, I’ve trying to get a hold of the manager of this location many times, even contacted the customer service number and spoke with two supervisors and they also tried to contact the manager for ladera Ranch location for more than a month and no response back... Second they charged more money and open a second policy even though they knew I had one before which was cancel but since it wasn’t more than 30 days I can reused but this location open a new for that reason I have to pay more money, becareful don’t get triple AAA it’s not worth it, you can’t even get help through the customer service number you have to go to the one you open your account to get help, which is not cool because sometimes you are not closed by. Lastly, for towing services it’s only up to 7 miles so you need to upgrade and pay more if you want more miles on that but you still have to wait 3 months probation to upgrade... poor service and not friendly service here... btw if anyone needs my prove I have emails about my issues I have everything documented be free to contact me.

Fantastic experience: I owe a huge thank you to AAA, who bailed me out the other day after my car broke down. I was driving down the highway when I heard this loud sound and my car started smoking so I quickly exited and pulled off to the side of the road and called AAA. A tow truck arrived within 45 minutes and got me taken to a nearby repair shop where I learned of a broken belt that had snapped. The tow truck guy was super friendly too – He let me ride with him to the repair shop, which saved me an Uber ride.

Fantastic experience: The store manager and staff are very user friendly. A welcoming location to stop in and get quality service. A store that promotes community engaement with exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Moved from Colorado to California and needed new auto insurance and a renters policy. Craig was amazing (stayed late) to help me get my policies in order! All the extra AAA perks are just icing! Thank you Craig!

Fantastic experience: Jackie was super nice. Registered my truck with the DMV... so quick and easy. They gave my girls maps to color with crayons while we processed the paperwork and got us travel maps and information for future road trips. The whole staff was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Funny I sometimes forget this place is in Ladera's backyard, by this is a great place to come if you are a AAA member. Find out about travel locations, get travel guides, discounts to amusement parks and also take care of some DMV services. Beats the DMV any day but call ahead of time to find out if they can do what you need. Open hours can be somewhat limiting so be aware.
