Fantastic experience: My parents and I have been coming here for years. They have very good prices when purchasing airplane tickets to Poland. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful even if you are only asking for information

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience sending my packages to Poland! The staff was very nice and took care of me with kindness, knowledge and politeness.

Negative experience: Will never use Doma to book a flight. They failed to tell me that LOT was not accepting animals when I booked my flight, then charged me a DOUBLE service fee to change the flight. Waste of money using Doma, anyone considering booking a flight with LOT could directly book with LOT and avoid multiple "service fees" from Doma for the same service. They also fail to inform you the multiple service fees they are charging you

Negative experience: Ludzie to się nie nauczą, przyszedłem wysłać paczkę i już w drzwiach pani miała pretensje że produkty nie są w pudełku. Pudełko miałem zamiar kupić od firmy jak ostatnio, ale pani chyba bała się nadmiaru pracy. I tak to właśnie można stracić klientów. Paczka i jak poszła do Polski tylko kto inny zarobił.

Fantastic experience: I visited Doma a few weeks ago looking for assistance with a last-minute flight to Poland. I had a family emergency, and I realized my passport’s expiration wouldn’t allow me to travel. The employees at Doma gave me incredibly helpful advice on booking a flight and making sure my passport would be renewed in time for my trip. I am very thankful for their help!
