Negative experience: Place looks like a dump. Booked a vacation to Sicily. There were some possible problems getting home. There was ZERO help from the travel agent. Tried many times to get in touch by phone and email, but nothing. I thought I would get peace of mind booking with a travel agent, because if there were any problems I could speak to someone on what to do. Do yourself a favor and book a vacation with someone else or book on your own.

Fantastic experience: Paul Lima was very helpful in helping us plan our trip to Rome! He was knowledgeable and very willing to help whenever we had questions. Email communications were prompt and concise whenever we had any concerns. I would highly recommend the Levittown location for any travel planning needs.

She’s always quick to respond to emails and phone call. Her advice is always welcomed. Michelle can be counted on for thoroughness and follow up. I’d always plan my trips with Michelle

Fantastic experience: Madison Darby greeted us upon our entry into Liberty Travel. From the moment we met, Madison was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Madison asked us what we were looking for, our budget and any alternatives we might have. During our time Madison helped us expand our interests by broadening our location area and increasing hotel choices as well as modifying dates. We did not feel rushed and appreciated the amount of time she spent with us. At the end of our visit Madison told us that she would expand our search criteria and email us some quotes. True to her word she did not disappoint. We had several exchanges to date and will be making some final decisions soon. I highly recommend using this site and Madison as your consultant. One of the best experiences we have had with a travel agency in a long time.

Fantastic experience: Went into Liberty Travel last week and met with Danielle. She was knowledgeable, listened for what I was looking for and gave us multiple choices. She gave us the pros and cons of each, and we decided! Can't wait to go on my trip! I will be sending all my friends and family to her when they need help with vacation planning!

Negative experience: I used to book trips with Dawn. She was AMAZING! She retired and now things have definitely changed. We started the booking of our trip with Nancy. She had an attitude and expected us to do the work for her. Supposedly Danielle was suppose to take over for her but she does not follow through. She always seems to be "away" and rarely ever got back to us. I have a newborn and did more research for my trip than they did. I will not be using Liberty Travel again. Such a shame.

Fantastic experience: Jackie Spiro is an excellent agent to go to At Liberty Travel. She found the best place and price for my family. Since I rarely travel she walked me through EVERYTHING. I will definitely be recommending Jackie to all of my friends.

Negative experience: The worse agency the one in Levittown. Rude did not helped at all. Never got me my information they said they will call me and sent me my invoice never did .Chelsea and Danielle . Danielle very rude had an attitude. Thank God I went to another agency who help me right away Martin agency in mineola

Negative experience: We used the Levittown office and our agent Jackie was awful. She was very happy to book the trip but there was NO follow through. She never returned phone calls was always out with some excuse. The worst part was that she never forwarded any of the final documents needed for the trip. I had to call the tour company and they told me that she had been sent them 3 weeks ago! They were reluctant to send them to me but finally did. Never heard a word from Jackie. She also booked a extra night in the hotel when we told her we would do it. Trying to get that money back was a nightmare. She also took information to pay the final installment and NEVER sent it to the tour company. Fortunately we noticed that it was not appearing on our credit card and after numerous calls was finally told that it had never been processed. I would never use them again.

Negative experience: I booked a trip here for a vacation in July with the family,I unfortunately got hurt and wasn’t able to travel.i have been coming to this agency for six years with a different agent who recently retired.When I always traveled I took the insurance for my family ,but thank god never needed it until now.The agent that booked this reservation was always very short to my questions.I am a person that likes to ask a lot of questions about the hotel property ,questions that she should be able to answer.Dawn the previous agent before she retired was the best at this.When it was time to put the claim this agent did not take a few minutes to explain to me what I had to do or what was the procedure to submit.After a few days of her not contacting me I spoke to the manager of this liberty travel ,explained to him the situation, of course he ran the pandemic and the hard time the agents were having working from home! Well I didn’t think he liked it when I told him everyone was having a hard time, even doctors and nurses who are dealing with COVID patients and not working from home.All the agent had to do was give me 15 minutes of her busy schedule to explain the process.The manager I guess was also too busy after two weeks of waiting for his call I decided to speak to corporate office customer service and Tabatha was very generous of helping me out.I am not saying all the agents in this office are like this one agent,I just hope you picked the right one .and don’t need the manager because he is too busy.

Negative experience: This week I had the most shocking experience with this agency and the travel agent I have dealt with for several of my trips. I was in talks with agency for a trip to Northern, Italy. We laid out the details and called back within twenty four hours to book and the agent told me that the price went up several hundred per person which I thought was ridiculous. Eventhough I felt frustrated, I contacted the agency today to book today even paying several hundred dollars since I didn't want to ruin my plans. I once again laid out the detail over the phone and finalized through email as well. Then she told me she will email me the itinerary and the link to process the payment. This was all in matters of few hours. Then I received and noticed the dates we discussed was wrong. She once again informed me that she will revise and send over the correct dates. Then guess what? She sends me one liner saying price went up by a thousand dollar. I don't know how this company does their work, but this is purely a scam. Can't believe that business that is standing around for so long, doesn't even know how to operate and gives false information to its customers. They shouldn't be in this business if there only intention is to mislead and accumulate higher commission. Thank you for making me waste my valuable time.

Fantastic experience: Terri is the best travel agent. We have used her now for several years. From crusing to airline flights. She has worked very hard to make our vacations from start to finish spot on.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Every time I needed to get information about anything regarding the trip the agent was always not there, or failed to give the information clearly, and efficiently. Our travel agent was adimate about how we would have transportation, from the airport to the hotel. However, less than 2 weeks before our trip we were notified that, that service had been cancelled. And when I asked what our alternative options were, the agent could only give vague information. I highly regret booking my trip through this agency. If you want to go on a big trip, it would be better to plan it yourself, read books and research it. My family and I got screwed over by this agency.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally go to travel agencies but I needed to book a very complicated flight to Europe and could not do it online. It was a multi-city flight where my son would only need a one way ticket since was returning with his mother a few months later. I went to Liberty Travel in Forest Hills and was helped by Schevon McGraw. She was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to get the best possible flights and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them and would strongly consider going back even if my next trip was more straightforward.

Negative experience: I went there to get an idea of how much a trip would cost. I told the agent how much I wanted to spend. By the time the agent was done adding extra activities, I was looking to pay 2x the amount than what I wanted to spend.

Negative experience: Oh man where do I start, we booked this agency for a European tour and we were not satisfied. First off they had us booked at a TRANSIENT HOME. I thought it was a hotel but it was a cheap transient home in a suburb. It was not fun at all. When we opened the fridge, I was shocked by the sight of this giant spider! My husband took the picture and had sent it to this agency but they said that it was not their problem but it was the transient home's problem. So we spent money going to a hotel and just forget about that and enjoy our trip. we spent much more but I cant post pictures of the good hotel because it was not part of your service. Instead I will post pictures of the bad things that we encountered during your handling of our booking.

Negative experience: Every time you call for your agent he is never there for you and never call you back

Negative experience: Arrogant, rude and unprofessional. They asked me for $150 before they would even talk to me, credit card first or nothing. No brochure, no explanation of what they can offer, nothing, NOTHING!. $150 first or they will not even lift a finger for you. This is a "service" industry right? These guys didn't care to have my business. Don't waste your time here, these guys will only put a sour note in your otherwise happy trip. Use them at your own risk.
