Fantastic experience: Super convenient way to buy tickets for lots of events and organizations

Fantastic experience: Great for us veterans to get tickets for different places at discount price.

Positive experience: Not sure how this place works, but there were two employees. Maybe one did one thing and the other did something else, IDK. But it seemed a bit slow that way. Not a horrible wait, but definitely not as quick as it could have been. Considering I was first in line and the person in front of me was there before I parked. All in all, I did get my tickets and was very pleased with how informative the two employees were.

Negative experience: I have no idea why this place has 4.5 stars. They never answer the phone. Today alone I’ve called 7 times in the span of 4 hours and get voicemail every time. Don’t bother leaving one, they won’t call back. When I have been able to go in person, they are rude and make you feel stupid for asking questions or simply not knowing information. They act like they don’t even want to be there or help you, they just want you out of the door so they can go back to not answering phone calls. Oh annnddd show up before 5:15 or they can’t help you. Yes, they close at 6 but can’t do anything after 5:15. They don’t say that anywhere on the voicemail or website

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been here since I was in army and lived on base around 2015 or so. They updated the inside and did a makeover since then. Really nice inside now. Got whole family unlimited two day passes cheaper then if I did it for the price of one two day passes. So if we decide to go again this year it’s good for unlimited access to two Orlando parks all year round.

Negative experience: Not sure who is to blame but the information between the companies and this place is not always the same. I would verify before making any concrete plans. Google asked for an update so here it is. Customer service still lacks. Great deals though.

Positive experience: It’s a little hard to find on Ft. Hood at first but worth it. Attraction tickets are well below what you’d pay at the venue and the ladies are helpful in person and in the phone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, learned a lot. Lovely staff, very caring with the elephants and the tourists. Knowledgeable about every single elephant and background. They usually say a light dinner but it was more than enough. I'll be checking on them for updates and recommendations for other for help. Thank you all for what you do.

Positive experience: Great place to get discount tickets, but like all things on Post, you have to wonder if they see Soldiers as their most important customer. Some of the staff was friendly, the rest acted as though they would rather be anywhere else but there, and that providing customer service was an interruption and not their purpose
