Negative experience: This company misrepresented themselves. Lied to me told me that my reservation with Enterprise was lost. Told me there were no cars under my criteria and then I had to rent a larger car in order to accommodate the people that I would be traveling with. He kept pressuring me he coerced me and now I can't get my money back. Do not conduct any business with this organization they are fraud they need to be shut down

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE FRAUD…We booked thinking it’s enterprise car rental. When we asked, the agent and he said we are dealing with enterprise car rental. Then took $697.34 and never confirmed the reservation. After digging into the company, we realized it’s a third party company. We called enterprise to confirm if they work with this company and they said no. So we decided to cancel our reservation. It’s been one month and our money is not refunded. My husband called and was hung up on. I called and was able to sweet talk myself to the manager and they promised to have the money refunded in 15 days. Not sure if we will ever see this money.

Negative experience: Got Ripped off for 500$ watch out!!!! Tried over and over to regain wrongful charge and they hung up!!!

Negative experience: This company is a scamming operation Purchasers beware they told my family Members that they were with enterprise customer service sent fake forms ,confirmation numbers had to get them to enterprise over 20 miles away just to basically get laughed at and ignored by the employees at Enterprise facility @2465 e Sahara in las vegas nv ,Also I noticed a pattern on the good reviews they have are all people with foreign names probably working with them ...read the reviews and pay attention to the names of the reviewers both positive and negative

Negative experience: SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! Claimed they made a modification to my rental car agreement after my flight was delayed. Charged my credit card. No modification was ever made & my car company had no affiliation with them at all. Now I have to have my credit card replaced due to fraudulent activity.

Fantastic experience: Airport transfer service was efficient and met basic expectations. However, it lacked any standout elements that would make it a memorable experience.

Negative experience: Don't use Travelouts. Booked a flight and next day received an email stating there were no seats on the return flight in the Economy class. I had to purchase a higher priced ticket for the same return flight which I did. Next day saw flight on line and saw there were Economy class seats available. Went to the airport and purchased ticket. They refunded my original ticket price but Travelouts did not refund their fee.

Negative experience: Total scam!!!!tried to take 2000 dollars and didn’t even make a reservation after saying they did… even my credit card company said that they were a scam… I was able to cancel my card before any money was removed out of my account.

I called their customer service, thinking it was booking customer service, they charged me to cancel my reservation, and tried to convince me to book another reservation with them. When I finally got on hold with booking, they told me that no reservation had been canceled. Don’t trust them at all, they will steal your money

Negative experience: It is the worst agency, with the worst service. On March 22, the agent David Fregg charged me for a hotel that was never confirmed because there was no capacity. Today, March 30, my phone was blocked and I had to go to my bank to claim my money back. I asked for a supervisor who is supposed to be someone named Bob, he told me that he couldn't do anything for me. It has been the worst of my experience with an agency. I would never wish it would happen to someone else.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Roman the CSR sold us a package but is totally different from what we discussed. He made the whole travel experience a nightmare from calling the bank and dispute the charge multiple times and calling them demanding for refunds which they said they would. Please read the reviews before booking

Fantastic experience: This was our first time using Travelouts and the experience has been excellent. There was an issue with my reservation where the hotel denied any kind of refund but the representative I spoke to went an extra mile to help me get my refund back with an exception. Truly exceptional service. I will be recommending this company to everyone for all ypir future travel needs.

Negative experience: they advertise fares that are not available. they call you a day later to tell you that fare is no longer available. they try to get you to book a fare that’s more than you could have originally booked yourself. SCAM!

Negative experience: RUN RUN RUN Scam company in India. Look at the pictures in the Google Maps, it's a pizza shop, a vape shop and a clothing shop. Call your credit card company right away as you were scammed. See all those five start reviews? Strange those are all Indian names, eh? It's part of the scam. Great one at that. My kids got taken but this company.

Negative experience: Booked a trip through Travelouts and then was told the following day that they could not honor my trip because i had purchased a discounted price at $625, and now my same trip was $850+! Sounds like poor site mgmt and/or a sketchy tactic to attract customers. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give them one star they acted like they were booking my vacation under the airline I was going through they stole my voucher and used four other people's vouchers to book my airfare which was later canceled by the actual airlines when they noticed it was booked fraudulently. Everything was booked under vacay flights but this is the number that called me tonight when my credit card disputed the charge stay far away!!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! "Bought" a ticket. A day later it was "on hold". They said the price jumped from $90US to $159US. I checked online, no price change from the posted prices on google. I canceled and bought direct from the airline for the original price.

Negative experience: I bought 2 tickets, I payed for them and the next day I received an email saying they couldn't send me my tickets because they changed the seat's price, after I purchased them. The phone number they have doesn't work and the chatbot is an automatized response with no one to really receive a claim
