Fantastic experience: We were a group of 8 friends wanting to make the most of our visit to Hollywood Studios, and we did it thanks to the VIP tour! We enjoyed Galaxy’s Edge like never before, even personalizing our lightsabers without rushing. The reservations for dinner at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater were perfect, and we got on the most popular rides without waiting. An amazing day!

Fantastic experience: Our family used Royal Family Tours for our last minute family Disney Trip. They were able to give us excellent service for 2 days in all 4 parks. They arranged our hotel as well as lunch h reservation and park rides. We rode every major ride including Tron and we also rode Guardians of the Galaxy twice! They were in constant communication with us and arranged day of character lunches for us as well. We worked with Nathan and are so grateful to him for giving us an unforgettable family experience. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Our family was fortunate enough to work with Nathan as an in-person concierge at Universal and Nathan & Team as virtual concierge for Magic Kingdom. What a find and what an experience. Nathan is super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our family road a ton of rides, had an amazing experience tailored to our comfort level with rides, pace, etc. We had three mobility scooters in our group and Nathan deftly navigated the crowd with us to keep everyone together, involved, and engaged. Fantastic experience: Hands down, the absolute BEST use of money at Disney! We were in Orlando for one day prior to a cruise, and I thought we should do a day at Magic Kingdom. We have been to Disney many times, but every time I am there I always know I’m doing it the hard way! I briefly looked into the Disney VIP tours, but they are (very) expensive, and I really just wanted an stress-free day. I called and talked to Nathan on the phone, and signed the contract while we were talking. He quickly put me at ease, and I knew this was perfect for us! We have 3 kids (15, 12 and 4). We were dealing with an age gap as well as different interests. I booked both the virtual tour guide and the in-person assistant/nanny. It. Was. Amazing. Nathan understood our goals, and totally exceeded our expectations. We rode every single ride, and our longest wait time was 13 minutes. Fabi was our assistant for the day, and a life saver! She knows the park so well, so we just followed her around! For the rides that our 4 year old couldn’t go on (or didn’t want to) he happily rode other things with Fabi, got a snack, shopped, etc. Our kids said the day was a 12 out of 10, and what more can you even hope for?! I loved that I didn’t have to plan or stress, and just got to have fun and be present with my family. Absolutely, just book this!

Fantastic experience: My family and I (my husband, college aged son and his friend) just spent 3 days touring Walt Disney World with Royal Family Tours and I cannot emphasize how fantastic our experience was!! Nathan was amazing from start to finish - from helping us get a fairly last minute reservation at the Grand Floridian (during a very busy time of year), to talking to us about our priorities and then planning the best 3 days in the parks. We were able to do all 4 parks in 3 days - including some park hopping. We even had down time each afternoon (although starting at early entry each day is a must!). Nathan ended up being our virtual tour guide as well. He was in constant communication with us - even helping us ride the headliner rides like TRON, Avatar Flight of Passage and the new Guardians ride (amazing!) multiple times. He helped us maximize every minute of our time. We have done the actual Disney-led VIP tour in Disneyland multiple times, and this felt as efficient at a fraction of the cost. Nathan was also just an absolute joy to work with - understanding what we cared about and also making great restaurant recommendations. I cannot say enough good things about using Royal Family Tours to plan and execute your WDW vacation - you will not regret it!!

Fantastic experience: From the first conversation with Nathan until the final moments at Disney World, the staff at Royal Family Tours made our time inside the Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center a trip of a life time! Nate’s immediate interest in understanding our trip was a Christmas present for our six year old granddaughter who is in love with Disney princesses began creating the plan for our time inside the Magic Kingdom. Always patient, considerate, flexible, and understanding, Nate was the perfect contact with Royal Family Tours. He graciously handed us over to Sean and Gaby for our Magic Kingdom day. They guided us moment by moment, from early in the morning until dusk, from event to event easily, smoothly and with such fun so the family could simply enjoy . . . enjoy . . . enjoy and our sweet granddaughter could be dazzled, amazed, thrilled and happy. We chose to continuously add more time throughout the day because their services were so important and meaningful. A sad, but so appreciative goodbye at the end of the day led to asking for more for our Epcot trip the following day. Nate picked up here to provide us with another day of wonder and excitement for our granddaughter and the whole family. We can’t thank the Royal Family Tour team enough and, obviously, recommend them whole heartedly.

Fantastic experience: I had a magical time at Disney world with the help of Royal Family Tours. It was my first time and I had literally no idea how to explore the park, and they gave us all the tips and advice necessary so we could get the most out of it since we had only 1 day to explore the parks. And with their help we got the BEST rides. Don’t regret a thing, highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience. This was our first time going to Disney World and and It was a special Christmas. Royal family tour guides were very knowledgeable and helped us understand how to navigate the park. We definitely would not have been able to go on as many rides as we did or experience as much of the park as we were able to do without their guidance. We highly recommend their service and see it as an excellent value!

Negative experience: 1 star for the lack of communication and over charging, 5 for the rest of the park experiences. We spent over $16k with this company for four days at the parks with our families. First day was flawless but the second day, we were charged for 2 extra hours that were not approved. We stopped communication at the end of our time and they continued to text us and charged us for our reply after hours. We were charged for services we never received! We’ve used other guide services before and never had any problems and was such a stress free time. Once this issue occurred, it brought a lot of stress to our trip and really took the wind out of our sails. I was able to talk to the owner (don’t let his crazy wife lawyer get on the phone, she’ll make threats and scream at you) who acknowledged the mistake and voiced his frustrations with his employee who had created the error. Instead of taking the blame, it was put on us as a group. Not the experience we expected for the money. Had it not been for this unfortunate circumstance, it would have been a great experience and they would have received 5 stars. $1200 ($600 after negotiations) on top of an already $16k+ bill could have earned them 5 stars as well. I love how you can respond to a review being critical of your company by calling me a liar when nothing of which I wrote was false. Your wife was nothing short of rude and disrespectful, yelling at my wife and threatening us. You and I talked for a couple of hours and had I not fought for the compromise, you were not going to take any blame for the mishap. Your unprofessionalism is just that, and it is very unfortunate. You can threaten all you want, but facts are facts. Oh, and since you complained about it, I went ahead and fixed your star rating.

Fantastic experience: Amazing tour company! Super professional and knowledgeable about Disney parks. I highly recommend working with them even if it’s not your first time. Being that Disney parks are so popular and some rides are hard to get to, they know loop holes.

Negative experience: Do not recommend. Had better experience with other tour guides. Customer service from the owners was the worst I’ve ever experienced dealing with any business. *response* We were told your wife was your lawyer when she was screaming at one of our group on the phone…was that another lie? You are the one bullying and threatening, sir. You bullied us out of our hard earned money, that we did not agree to pay, for time that we did not agree to use your services. You sent us unsolicited texts outside of our previously agreed upon time, that were of no value to us, then charged us for it. You were offered an opportunity to make it right, but you declined. Sorry, we were consumers of your services, regrettably, and we have the right to review your services. Now you threaten us with legal action, we will not be intimidated because we know we are in the right.

Positive experience: Nathan en universal nos atendió perfecto, sabía exactamente lo que queríamos, tomaba en cuenta nuestras ideas, si necesitábamos una foto nos apoyaba y conocía perfecto los parques y a donde ir en tiempos perfectos. A Nathan le doy las ***** pero por lo contrario Gaby en Magic Kingdom iba apoyada de alguien en oficina pero no sabía cuáles eran las líneas express, siempre en el celular, no cumplió las 6 horas porque ya tenía prisa, le faltaron como 30 minutos, por esta misma prisa no quiso tomarnos foto en el castillo, y estuvo haciendo comentarios no positivos todo el tiempo. Negative experience: Their policies are not as they state in their email and they refused to work with us once pointing out their error. Stressed out our entire group on our family vacation. ****response to owner*** I was a paying participant in this group and included in the text communications as a part of this family group so I do have the right as an individual consumer to respond to your company and services I also paid for. ***response to owner*** Full name Michael Flores-Sierra and yes you did provide services to me from December 27th-January 2nd. I do have the right to review your service you provided under Google laws. No need to threaten with a lawyer when we did no wrong and have these rights.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND! You must prepay for your days but be aware that if you communicate with tour guide at any time after your tour is completed you will be charged for additional hours. They do not ask you if you would like to extend your tour or let you know when your tour is over. They tell you it is your job to know that if you continue to communicate with their tour guides you will be charged for that time. For us it was $600/hour and this “policy” was only enforced on one of the 4 days we had planned as the owner said he would make an exception for their 7 hour minimum and let us do 5 hours. After the tour guide continued to ask us questions that day, past our 5 hours, we were told we had to pay the additional $1200 or short our other days we had already paid in advance for. We talked to the owner for hours as to why this was not our fault because we never initiated the conversations after the end of our tour and were trying to coordinate our entire group through the busy day at the park. After trying to get him to understand he even admitted that he needs to remind his tour guides to inform clients when their time is up but we should have known. Their guides messaged us each day before our scheduled days and even after to make plans. We were scared if we communicated after this incident if we’d also get charged so made for a very stressful experience and we are out $1200 because they never did anything during that “extra 2 hours” anyway. No further rides planned or anything. Just asked us how the day was going. ***Response to owners comment below*** I set up this entire tour with you Nathan and when you texted me after our day in Epcot I responded how I was shocked that by what you were saying. I tried calmly to explain that we did not ask to extent our tour and that on the first day your tour guide ended our 7 hour day with by him saying 'thank you family it was a pleasure helping you today. Hope you have a great rest of your day'. That was the end of our first day with your company. On the second day (when this occurred) your tour guide continued to ask us how we were doing and where we were in the park. Only after you texted me at the very end of our day at Epcot did I realize that your tour guides communications and our responses that we were doing fine did you say we had extended our tour. At no time did the guide ask us if we wanted to extend our time or did we ask to extend our time. I also have the text and will provide a photo as proof. The other 2 days after this day we were also told our tour time was up and to have a great day. And in response to yelling..... your wife grabbed your phone and started screaming at my brother-n-law, who never yelled once, and my sister who was very calm as she is a doctor who deals with people in stressful situations daily. Your wife screamed and said your company was canceling the rest of our tour and you later had to apologize for her. You were absolutely not truthful with your "policies" and only enforce them to ensure you are getting your 7 hour minimums as you made it seem like you were giving us an exception by providing us 5 hours on that day to sell us on additional days. We all spoke to you about this incident because we all you knew you were in the wrong.

Fantastic experience: We did a tour with Sean, at Royal Family Tours, and could not have been happier. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew how to get us on every ride we requested, and even made some suggestions for things we had not considered, and ended up loving. He was extremely helpful throughout the day and super friendly. Our whole group loved him! We would definitely book again with Sean and recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: The Tour was great. Sean was our guide and did a fantastic job of working with our family. he knew every park and ran the schedule exactly like we needed. We were able to ride every ride and used the lightning lanes perfectly. Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Laugh Floor Lunched at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe “it’s a small world” Mickey’s PhilharMagic Seven Dwarfs Mine Train The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh And we Met Ariel at Her Grotto He was able to secure us LL for Tron and Big Thunder Mountain for after he Left us which was great. We also used him a second time on our second day for Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. In our time together on day 2 , we got to experience: Na’vi River Journey Kilimanjaro Safaris Festival of the Lion King DINOSAUR It’s Tough to be a Bug! TriceraTop Spin Avatar Flight of Passage Lunch at Pizzafari Park Hop to Hollywood Studios Toy Story Mania! Slinky Dog Dash Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway We highly recommend Sean and getting a tour guide. It will be worth it.

Sean was incredibly knowledgeable in all things Disney and he was so fun to have with us for the day. Just an all-around great guy, and he truly helped our family get SO much out of one day. Fantastic experience: Sean was AMAZING! This year I finally caved and hired a tour company to try and avoid the annual meltdown of me trying to navigate Magic Kingdom while my wife and kids yell “where are we going now” after every single thing we do! Best decision ever! I didn’t have to look at the app or a map once! Sean got us everywhere we needed to be quickly. Was waiting for us as soon as we got off one ride and had the next one setup for us already. We never waited more than 15 min for a ride in PEAK SEASON!! He even came to Hollywood Studios and got us setup there when our friends that were with us wanted to go do the Star Wars rides! My 8yo was in tears when it was time to say goodbye to Sean! He mixed in shows to keep the kids entertained and get them some rest in between a few rides. Can’t recommend him enough. This is the best money we’ve ever spent at Disney!

Fantastic experience: Sean was like having our own Fairy Godfather right there in the Magic Kingdom! He made our day as smooth as a magic carpet ride. He was at the end of every ride with the perfect plan, popped up with change at the wishing well, and knew the ideal shaded spot for the parade. He was particularly grand when he flipped a measuring tape out of his Mary Poppins bag and ensured our daughter wasn't too small for particular rides. This saved her disappointment and our highly valued Lightning Lanes! Not only did Sean know the ins and outs of the park, but he also helped us book dinner reservations and made sure we knew where we were going. The next day he checked on us, asked about our daughter and followed up with photos from the day before. I would highly recommend Sean and travel with him again. He is amazing! Fantastic experience: These guys are the best. I contacted them to plan our family trip to DisneyWorld over the Thanksgiving Holiday....this particular week is Disney's SuperBowl and it's incredibly difficult to make reservations for restaurants and events. Through a lot of hard work on their part, they made it look easy. We were in the Disney parks for two days are our hotel concierge desk at the Four Seasons was amazed at the reservations that Royal Family VIP Tours were able to obtain. Royal Family truly cares about their customers. I'm not sure if it is a family business or not, but it definitely feels like it given the high level of personal attention and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Wow!! Amazing experience and will never do Disney without them. First of all, time wise I only had 2 days to experience 4 parks. The first day, I was all confused and spent half of the day waiting around 1-2 hours to see rides. The disney app was confusing and I could not get my genie pass to work. It was terrible. So I decided our second day at the parks have got to do better. Because at this point, we got the parkhopper and the genie and I thought this was such a waste of money. So I called Disney to see if they had any tour guides available. They were booked for 60 days. But I said hey, a tour guide is a tour guide so let me try someone else. I found Royal Family Tours and surprisingly was able to get the next day!! Score! Our tour guide met us at around 6:45 AM. This was hard with teenagers but was able to pull off. Instantly Kaitly J. whisked us off and our magical journey finally started. She guided us through Animal Kingdom, told us were to stand in line, lined up our itinerary for the WHOLE day and told us the best places to eat! It was fabulous having our own insider. We were able to see ALL of the rides and a show by 11:30 AM! We were all blown away! And what was most important because, yes they are not cheap (compared to the Disney tour guides) is the time that I got back with my family! That was priceless! She was busy working on our app arranging our day while I got back precious time and enjoyed seeing my boys smile! I could have cried. She was like a party planner for the day and all we got to do is sit back and enjoy the ride. I would highly recommend! The parks and onsite hotels was crazy expensive, so stay offsite and bring your own frozen bottles of water and small snacks. Saving money there, you will more than enough to afford this tour. Fantastic experience: Beyond expectations! Nathan was brilliant. Our age range was granny down to Benjamin 9. He was so helpful and enthusiastic. From carrying our bags to escorting us to restrooms finding a lunch place with indoor seating and of course getting us to front of Qs. Couldn’t recommend more highly. We would never have coped without him. I have been in touch for 2+ years- covid meant we couldn’t travel abs we have spoken and messaged during that time. Nothing too much trouble for him. Fantastic experience: Day 1: Magic Kingdom. We booked a tour with Royal Family for Magic Kingdom because we were coming all this way for one day and we wanted to do it right! It was such a great decision! Bre was fantastic and took care of everything from where to meet in the morning and where to park, to grabbing coffee, to getting us on every ride with very little waiting. We could not have done it without her! The best part is that Royal family got us incredible dining reservations. We ate dinner inside the castle! I didn’t even know that was a thing! Memories made forever. Day 2: Universal & Islands of Adventure!! Nathan was fantastic!!!! After our day in Disney having Bre as a guide with Royal Family tours it became clear HOW MUCH WE DIDN’T KNOW!!! Royal Family was able to get us a guide in UNIVERSAL STUDIOS & Islands of Adventure on very short notice! We needed him!!! Nathan made everything a breeze. We did SO MUCH. He got us on every hard to do ride with hardly any waiting and showed us the best tips & tricks. We had a blast!!!

Fantastic experience: We had the best day with Royal Family tours. Nate Dike was our guide and he’s a pro in every way. His knowledge of the parks and the genie lighting lanes helped to expedite our the waiting process. It worked perfectly and I didn’t have to work my phone the entire time. Nate did! My wife lost her glasses on a ride and Nate went back and found them while we moved onto the next ride, great customer service. I would highly recommend Royal Family Tours and Nate!!

Fantastic experience: Bre is awesome. She is so nice and made sure we did as much as possible. It made my day so easy. There were very short lines if any at all and no worries about what we should have done differently. I just had to think about if I wanted to ride something or not and what to eat for lunch. The only negative is we went back on our own 2 days later and my 15 nephew said we will never do another park without Bre again. Thanks for a great day

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time with Sean. We had done Disney one time before and had a horrible experience and wanted to try something different for Hollywood Studios. Not only did we get early entry, Sean was able to get us on Rise of the Resistance first thing and only waited about 20 minutes. He also snagged is slinky dog before the park even opened. Not to mention he help us carry our bags, grabbed is snack, and was just overall a huge help for our family of 4. We had the most magical day and I don't think it would have been at all possible with Sean's helped and knowledge of the park. Thank you again and next time we do Disney we will absolutely use Royal Family Tours again!! Top notch service and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: My family and I had a wonderful time with Bre as our guide at the Magic Kingdom! I have used the Disney VIP service in the past and wasn’t sure if this would be comparable, but Bre exceeded my expectations! She got us into all of the main attractions and roller coasters on our list and more! She was even able to get the dining reservations that we wanted! We had so much fun and will definitely reach out to her and Royal Family Tours again for future visits to Disney and Universal!

Fantastic experience: We consider ourselves pretty tech savvy, so the thought of using a VIP guide sounded nice, but not necessary. Boy we’re we wrong! We visited Hollywood Studios on our own and had a miserable experience! 2.5 hour wait for Star Wars and the rest of the day followed suit with hour long waits at each ride. We left the park deflated and frustrated. We immediately went home and started calling Vip services. We were lucky to book with Royal Family Tours and Sean was our guide. He contacted us right away and discussed our expectations. We met him super early to get through security and take transportation to the park. He mentioned that he booked our first ride at 7am, so we were all set. We would have totally forgot to book our first ride if left to do it ourselves! Sean noticed that the monorail line was moving slower than normal so we ran over to the ferry which perfect. We arrived well before the early entry crowd and wove our way to the front of the line. We ended up at the most sought after ride and only had to wait in line 10 minutes. We were able to do 2 more popular rides before the park even opened to the general public. Amazing!! The day continued in similar fashion. Sean would have us text when we stepped on a ride (take pictures of us on the ride) and scout out our next move. Sean felt like a member of our family after the first hour. At one point a parade started and he zoomed over and put our 4yr old on his shoulders to get a perfect view! If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have even knew about the parade. After out 5th ride, the kids wanted frozen lemonade. Sean said no problem! As we got on the next ride, we gave him our cc and he had lemonade waiting for the kids. On to the next ride, never skipping a beat! Overall I think we waited in line 0-25 minutes at each ride max and this was during Christmas! I don’t know how he did it! Around 1pm we had done most of the major rides and we felt like we could do the rest of the day on our own. Boy we’re we wrong! We missed Sean immediately! We had longer wait times and didn’t maximize our day like we had that morning. I highly recommend booking your tour guide for the entire day! I highly recommend these tour guides. It’s well worth the money. They’ve studied these parks and know them inside and out. You won’t even need a map! Also, did I mention that Sean pushed our double stroller through the crowds which we greatly appreciated! Don’t hesitate, just book them!

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! I planned this vacation 7 months out and Nathan called me the next day. That's great communication. He asked what our goals were and I relayed the disaster of our last trip. Riding 2 ride all day in Magic Kingdom. What a letdown. So, with a group of 12, I hired 2 guides to take care of the details. It was an early morning, but we got in the park at rope drop for those staying at the resorts. That's an hour earlier than we expected since we weren't. Nathan and Sydney tag teamed us to keep on top of wait times. They managed to get us on all three star wars rides, and others, with no more than a 10-15 minute wait. When the late risers arrived they were met at the front gate by Nathan and brought to the rest of the group as we all converged at our next ride. Again, great experience. Took the stress off of my shoulders and made the day into a great memory for all.

Fantastic experience: Our tour guide, Bre Buxton, was phenomenal! We saw more of the parks in much less time because of her. She helped us squeeze every last drop of magic out of our day at Disney. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this company (especially Bre as a guide!) I used to work for Disney years ago, so I thought I knew my way around the parks, but when we planned a day trip with friends, we decided to go with a guide—just to make sure we maximized our time. And Wow! We saw/did/rode more in that one day than we had in multiple previous visits combined! She completely streamlined our experience… knew exactly how to get on the hard-to-get-on rides, knew when we had to run to make it to the next show, and when to take our breaks and chill. Not only was she awesome with the parks, but she navigated our group with its various personalities and needs well too. I will be using Royal Family’s services (and requesting Bre!) when we plan our next visit!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend RFT and specifically Bre higher. We found Bre when searching for a Disney tour and we wanted to try the tour out for one day of our trip. Halfway through the first day we were hooked and we knew we wanted to book her another day. We asked our kids and they were elated at the idea of having her back for another day. She makes the day a blast for the kids AND she takes the pressure of the parents too so you can enjoy your trip. In half a day you can get in everything you want in a park. Fantastic experience: Our family has been visiting Disney World since 1979 and we are annual passholders.  We know our way around the parks but this year we thought we’d try out Royal VIP tours.  I had heard good things about this tour company, so we booked our first day with Sean.  The intent was to just have someone take care of everything so we could just enjoy the parks.  We had such a fantastic day we booked Sean for another park day!  Sean contacted us ahead of time to get a plan together and had excellent communication.  He helped with dining and organized all our rides flawlessly.  With the new Genie + launch, we felt very stressed having to reserve and wake up at 7am every day trying to get the best rides.  Sean took care of everything, and he just told us where to go.  We will be using them again and highly recommend Royal VIP tour guides.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Gio enough! He made my kids first visit to Disney truly magical! Gio was able to get us on all the top rides and all our favorites quickly and efficiently. Fantastic experience: We hired Nathan and Sean for 6 hours (ended up extending to 8) for our group of 14 and they did not disappoint!! We weren’t really sure what to expect but their services REALLY helped us enjoy our day stress free and we got so much done! After pretty frustrating and unsuccessful days at Epcot and Animal Kingdom we really wanted a tour guide to help make our day efficient and fun and that’s exactly what they delivered! Even just having someone there to stay with our 4 strollers while we enjoyed the rides was so convenient! If you’re considering booking don’t think twice, worth every penny! We will without a doubt be using them for our next visit to Disney :)

Fantastic experience: Royal Family Tours and specifically Nathan make a potentially fraught situation (lines, heat, hours, crowds, navigation, meltdowns) beyond magical. Buyer beware: once you do Disney (or other parks) with these guys, you won't be able to go it alone ever again. Nathan has guided us twice now, and we recommend him to all our friends.

Fantastic experience: From the minute we started working with Royal Family VIP Tours we knew we had made the right choice. Nathan began planning our trip with us weeks before we left. He helped with reservations to character dining that we were not able to book on our own. He took copious notes on what experiences were important to us at Magic Kingdom, and made sure they all happened. While other families were waiting in line for hours, Nathan worked his magic to let us wait only 15-20 minutes per ride. We moved quickly from ride to ride and experienced everything on our list in one day! We were so impressed with Nathan, that within the first hour at Magic Kingdom with him, we asked if he would be our guide at Hollywood Studios as well. Nathan did not disappoint! We even managed to ride Rise of the Resistance, build a light saber at Savi's workshop and enjoy drinks at Oga's Cantina! We were a challenging group with 4 adults, a 17 year old, a 7 year old and a 2 year old. Nathan was personable, professional and punctual! He carried bags, pushed our stroller, rode rides to take our pictures, provided ponchos in the rain and made us feel like family. Fantastic experience: We had such a great time at Universal Islands of Adventure/Studios! Bre was our guide and we couldn’t have been more happy with her knowledge of the parks and best times to ride. Her friendliness and overall love of Orlando made the day a lot of fun! Make sure you ride the Velocicoaster, it’s hands down one of the best coasters I have ridden! The water rides are a must for the whole family! Get there early and enjoy everything the park has to offer. I will definitely be booking Royal Family Tours for our next Orlando adventure!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a such a wonderful time with Royal Family Tours! I always like to get the most out of going to a Theme Park - I want to see and do everything in one day but usually that’s not possible for a place of Epcot’s size! Nathan made that possible! We were not only able to see and do everything that we wanted to, but we were also able to beat the crowds and have fun the whole way through! Nathan and Karina are such good time too - we had a lot of laughs and great conversation! It definitely made for a fun, hassle-free and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that we hired Royal Family Tours for our trip to Epcot yesterday. I am usually the planner and admin of the family and decided to hired Nathan and Karina for a private tour. So glad I did! Nathan and Karina took care of us before we were at the park, kept in touch with us making sure we got everything we need before the day at the park. When we arrived Nathan was already in front us in line, and had a plan already on where to go first. The ride times were not long at all.. but I think the most amazing part of our trip at Epcot was that I could relax and don't think about planning and just follow Nathan and Karina it was so worth the price. Nathan and Karina are funny, super cool, fun and kind.We had such a memorable time and had so much fun. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family and use them again for our future trips to Disney in Orlando.

Fantastic experience: We did a tour at SeaWorld with Nathan and it was great! He was fun and knew all the right places to be and when to be there for the shortest lines/ make the most of our time there. I highly recommend him next time you think about going to one of the parks!

Fantastic experience: Nathan was terrific. He seemed to have an uncanny knack (but really, it was probably just extensive experience) for where to be when, and we never spent any more than 5 minutes in a line. He knew all the best exhibits and rides, but most importantly, he knew when to be there and when to avoid them. He checked in with us beforehand, and met us in the line when we arrived. He was easygoing, flexible to our wishes, and great with kids without being condescending to them. Our kids loved him. When it was done, I found myself wishing I could just hang out with him, he was that cool. This is well worth the price!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Royal Family Tours. I found them through a friend and I'm not sure I can ever do a theme park again without them. I booked my tickets separately from them and was having issues, so Nathan helped me sort it out. He checked on me several times before the scheduled day. The day of the event he arrived and waited in line for us so when we arrived we had a very short wait. He had several things planned for us that he thought we would like and always gave us the option to do that or something else. He kept us on track and let us know when we would need to be where in order to not be late. After the Orca show that he suggested, we went on a rafting ride and only waited 5 minutes. When we got off the ride, it was a 45 minute wait. He knows when to be where and I didn't have to plan or think about what to do next. If we hadn't hired him, we would have spent our day wandering around trying to figure out what to do next. He helped us utilize our time efficiently so we made the most out of our day. He even went on the rides with us! The kids loved him!!! If you are on the fence about whether or not it's worth it, it is 110% worth every penny. I will use him again next time for sure.
