Positive experience: They are very helpful. I was assisted by younger guy and he was very helpful. I think older guy is the father. Father doesn’t know how to talk to young people. I was very embarrassed by the old guy. I asked him if I could use the restroom, he could have said “restroom is for employees only” but he was very rude and said to me “no , I don’t let people use the restroom, people go to the restroom and pee by standing and mess the bathroom up.”
