He himself is a cruiser, so he didn't have a problem answering any question I could throw at him. Negative experience: Tom was recommended to me by a friend who has used him for about a year. I had a great initial conversation, he seemed to know a lot about the cruise lines and itineraries I was interested in and I decided to book a cruise through him. After booking the cruise and agreeing to pay the deposit over the phone that day I started having trouble getting ahold of him. My calls seemed to immediately go to voicemail and were never returned. I finally received a call from him when the final payment was due but he said he was really busy so we'd have to find another time to talk and answer my questions but there was no follow through on his part. Overall I give Tom 1/5 stars. He was helpful when booking the cruise, but the only time I really heard from him was when money was involved. In the future I will be using a different travel agent.
