Fantastic experience: I was on my way to a hair appointment for an evening event. As I got in my car all I heard was sputter…sputter…click click click! I was in a panic!! Immediately called AAA and within moments I had a representative on the line who dispatched a mobile AAA rep who came to my home, diagnosed my issue, and replaced my battery ! I made my hair appointment AND my evening event! Thanks AAA!

Positive experience: The plans for auto are great but you have to have 3-5 adjusters and it’s a hit or a miss if they will respond are not. It’s great practice for someone who wants their on business but you have to be on top of things yourself and even with full coverage it’s still the bare minimum not recommended if you live in a no fault state like myself.

Fantastic experience: My tire blew out on the freeway. I called AAA and got a quick response. The driver arrived, helped quickly, was pleasant to work with and followed me to a local tire shop to ensure I arrived safely. Great job!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a flat tire on my way to returning my rental car. Thankfully, I am a AAA member. AAA covers its members even when they are driving a rental vehicle. The technician called me prior to his arrival to provide me with an ETA (estimated time of arrival). He arrived promptly to assist me. He changed my flat tire in less than ten minutes, and I was back on the road. I have been a AAA member for 40 plus years, and this Auto Club has always been there for me when I needed them. I have always been very pleased with my service. I highly recommend AAA to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been a AAA roadside assistance member since 1977. Yah I’m old! Lol have used the service many times and this last experience no different. My car battery died in food store parking lot. Called AAA, and spoke to a person immediately. Was connected with a road side assistance person who arrived in 25 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with his technology, and charged my battery so I was able to get home. To top it off, it was the 4th of July weeekend! PS I could have had him change battery but mine was under warranty so I need to go to the Lexus dealership. The technician was very friendly, informative and efficient. What more could you ask for? Negative experience: I’ve been a AAA member for 42 years. I recently canceled my membership, a few weeks later I got an offer in the mail for a membership that was substantially less than what I had been paying previously. I’m offended that AAA would offer me a lower price membership after I cancel. Why didn’t you give me your best price for all those years that I was a customer?

Fantastic experience: Woke up to a completely flat tire. After my failed attempts to inflate the tire with my air pump, I called AAA. I immediately got a text confirming my need for flat tire service. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Sergio stating he was on his way! He quickly got my spare out of the trunk and changed my tire. He fast, efficiently and friendly. He also went above and beyond since my spare had never been used and somehow had become the home for several mud hornet nests and several black widow spider nests. . He handled it like a champ! Guess that happened when your car is 26 years old! Definitely 5 star service!

Positive experience: Wait time for service was a bit longer than expected but when it arrived the service was wonderful. The technician was very efficient and changed my tire and I was back on the road quickly. He was very professional yet personable. I would highly recommend AAA road service to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tow because someone crashed into my car making it unsafe to drive. I called AAA and they got a tow truck to me in a reasonable time and kept me posted while I waited. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a dead battery contacted AAA and the tech nearest to my location called and arrived to my home within 30 minutes. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.While testing my battery and charging system he explained every step. Within half an hour I had a new battery and we were done! Would definitely recommend AAA

Positive experience: I do enjoy the security of having roadside assistance my only issue is how contractors are chosen and dispatched. If priority contractors are busy you can wait hours for assistance even when a non priority contractor is just a mile away from you and available. Clients would be better served in a more timely fashion if contractors were contacted regardless of priority status and allowed fcfs

Fantastic experience: AAA helped me out in a jam the other day. Car was dead in the drive of the RV shop after an equipment malfunction. AAA quickly sent a tow truck to get us out of the driveway and to the dealership within about an hour. This was an instance where I needed their services URGENTLY and they delivered for us.

Fantastic experience: I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire on the freeway. I called and reported my request and within 2 minutes, the tow driver called me and said he's be there in 10 minutes. It was such a blessing to be able to be back on the road in less than 30 minutes. AAA is definitely worth investing in!!

Fantastic experience: The vehicle’s temperature gauge was moving rapidly to “H”, so it was quickly parked in a nearby Mall’s parking lot and call was placed to AAA to get the vehicle towed to a repair garage. It was quick and easy to place the call with AAA. The person at AAA was very professional and quick at responding. A tow truck came in a short period of time. The two truck driver was very nice. In no time, he had the vehicle at the Dealer. The overall experience with AAA was great. They responded quickly. They were very professional and honestly concerned about our well being and making sure our wait time was minimal. I have been a member of AAA since 1995 and have used their services several times. Joining AAA was one of my best investments.

Fantastic experience: Hardly ever use AAA maybe twice in 20 years for road service but the comfort of knowing it’s there for me will keep me a member. I planned many trips with AAA in the past. Yesterday when my car didn’t start an AAA representative was here in less than 30 minutes, boosted my dead battery and I was driving again!

Fantastic experience: I recently enrolled in AAA. I used this service for the first time and couldn't be more pleased. Entering the request via a text from the company was very easy. AAA as well as the representative that was assigned to me kept me updated frequently as to the status of my request. The representative arrived very timely and was so pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience: I came from work yesterday afternoon and went to go and start my car and it would not start and I called AAA and the operator that took my service request was very helpful and sent a technician named Adrian and he came and he went up under the hood and checked my battery and made sure that the battery terminals were clean and checked the status of my alternator and also that my steering wheel had locked up and was able to unlock it for me and my car started up with no problem. I would recommend everyone get AAA. It is such a lifesaver.

Fantastic experience: AAA's battery service and sales is worth the price of membership alone. AAA's battery's have a 3-year full replacement warranty. They install a new battery and take the old one with them and the price is better than your local automotive store.

Fantastic experience: I had a blow-out while driving on Kingston Pike. I was able to get off the road safely and called AAA. I was texted a link that offered me the ability to describe my issue and request service. This worked perfectly and I was texted the approximate time when someone would arrive to help. The person, not a bot, made sure I was ok and to let them know if I needed anything while waiting. The technician arrived when I was told he would, he was professional and nice, and I was on my way home within a few minutes later. I’ve had AAA since 1992 and they have never let me down.

Fantastic experience: Great experience this time with AAA. Was wary & skeptical initially (have had several negative experiences with AAA from no shows to no service )BUT this time was positive. AAA Online site did not work so had to go old school; Once I got thru all the phone prompts everything went smoothly. Mike from Vice Tow called and kept us updated. Would absolutely recommend Vice Tow for prompt and friendly service.

They towed my car to the location of my choice and the driver was very helpful and friendly, I recommend AAA roadside assistance to everyone because you never know when your car will break down and believe me, they are there waiting to help. Fantastic experience: I signed up on a Friday and used the towing service on Monday. I rode to the mechanic shop with the driver. He was kind, professional and quick. Everything you would want in roadside assistance. 10/10 would recommend and would use again.

Fantastic experience: I have been using AAA for roadside assistance for over a 25-year period, and they're always superior! AAA needs another category on your survey for the dispatch and the service technician, Henry, who was extremely polite, more than qualified, and communicative. You would do well to add a category of “exceeded expectations” and I would have checked that in all categories. The operator was friendly, the texts were frequent and kept me updated, and the timeline was surprisingly shorter than I could have imagined, and I was not by the side of the road. Way to go, AAA. The technician was polite and more than qualified for a simple service. My mechanic, when called, recommended I not only purchase the battery from AAA but also have them install it if they were able to give the newness of my vehicle and the electrical system. My mechanic too is very honest. Thank you, AAA, for the honest and timely service…Highest marks and definite referral, and should I need you again, I will not hesitate to call.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my car serviced in the South Fulton County, GA. The representative arrived at the scene within 1/2 hour or less. He quickly replaced my blown out tire and put the spare back in my trunk. This individual was professional and expeditious in working on my car. Kudos to AAA.

Fantastic experience: I was wondering why the driver came to fix a flat SUV tire driving a flatbed truck! Now I know why. The spare tire was flat from sitting there for 12 years and I ended up needing a tow. Thanks to the driver who managed to take off the damaged tire only to end up towing my car. Your professionalism and stick-to-it attitude, speaks volumes for the type of people dispatched in our time of need.

Fantastic experience: My battery died on my car in a Walmart parking lot. I called AAA and they were friendly and said someone would call me and let me know how long I would have to wait. I got a call from the mechanic, Darren, and he said he would arrive in approximately 25 minutes to assist me. Darren arrived and he cleaned my battery, checked it for me and got me on my way. A pleasant experience made possible by AAA and their mechanic, Darren. This happened on April 17, 2025. Thanks to all.

Negative experience: The AAA roadside device for towing may be the biggest scam out there. I called for a tow I was broke down on the road. I received bogus texts saying my tow was 10 minutes away. I waited 3 1/2 hours no one showed. Shame on me for waiting. I called a local tow company and they arrived in 19 minutes and was very customer focused. This will now force my cancel all my AAA memberships. When I told the police and the towing company about AAA they both said “ oh we hear that all the time. They are horrible “

Fantastic experience: I requested service through the app which was seamless. The technician arrived in a timely manner, and carefully and promptly delivered my vehicle to my mechanic as requested. He sent me a text and photo of my vehicle at the location as he promised. The technician was polite, punctual and presentable in appearance. That may not mean anything to some, but I appreciated that he was tidy, clean and neat.
