Fantastic experience: iLink Tours helped plan an amazing one year anniversary for my husband and I for umrah! They made planning the trip so easy and stress free that it allowed me to actually sit back and relax knowing that everything was taken care of. Everything from our private transportation from the airports to our hotels in Makkah and Madinah and our tours of the holy places was perfect! Drivers made sure to be responsive and on time and made the whole trip run very smoothly. Positive experience: Our family had a wonderful experience. Everything was well planned & organized & we had an excellent tour guide. Traveling in a big group can be very hard & we still faced a few issues but having them plan most things made it easier. Our only negative experience was for flights. Turkish Airlines was amazing but because we booked through an agency - unfortunately we were unable to make the changes we wanted to our flights. Besides this. We had an amazing experience & highly recommend them for a Turkey tour.

Fantastic experience: We had a great Umrah experience with iLink Tours. Everything was so well organized and hassle-free. They have a tremendous team that actually cares for their customers. We went with a toddler and wanted to have a relaxing time and iLink indeed provided us with that with no stress about hotel check-in, transportation etc. They were so well organized that the transitions felt so smooth from being dropped off at the hotel by one person, getting picked up by another, then being helped with the check in and whatnot. Everything literally just flows in a way that makes you feel comfortable. The ziyarats were so much fun where we were picked up on time, dropped off on time, were given details about the holy places in great depth. Ali and Waqar bhai were both phenomenal from the moment we began considering options for the Umrah. They guided us throughout the process on how to perform Umrah, provided us with many different hotel options, walked us through all the needed details, gave us instructions on how Umrah is performed on one on one basis. The hotels we chose were clean, close to haram, family friendly with great service. Waqar bhai was available literally 24x7 in case we had any questions. Overall our experience was excellent and we cannot wait to utilize their services for our next family trip!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with iLink tours for past 10 years. Shahid Nasir is an outstanding airline ticketing agent, who goes above and beyond to help with the specific requirements. All the agents but specifically Shahid has always treated me with respect and listens to the inquiries I have and also specific requirements I have for flights. He displays the utmost professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend iLink tours.

Negative experience: My brother-in-law booked through ilink tours, and told us about their Umrah trip and he sent me the itinerary and information. Without hesitation, I followed through and booked with ilink tours. Brother Ali did everything I didn’t question the price. They insisted on cash payments for the hotels and services. Never gave a confirmation when payments were received unless you had to call them and email them multiple times. ilink tours were patient with my payments because my mother died during the time of me making payments. Here’s where the one star comes in. They rightfully wanted their money, but fail to communicate with hotels on your behalf or refund you the money that the hotels that they would give you. We get to Mecca our flights have been changed two months prior by the airline. Brother Ali and his boss Waqar did not communicate to our hotel in Mecca that we were going to be coming in a whole day later. Regardless of the time, we still came in a whole day later. So when we got to the hotel if I didn’t start speaking, Arabic, they weren’t going give us our reservation because we came in past the point of them being able to give us our reservation. The man at the reception desk asked me why our agency didn’t communicate with them when our flights changed two months ago? I told him I don’t know and he said let me see what I can do. After standing there for almost an hour and a half they were able to fix our booking. When I emailed brother Ali asking how he was going to fix this, I got a passive aggressive phone call from Waqar blaming the hotel without taking any responsibility or acknowledgment for their lack of communication. Waqar didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience. When I told him, this is unacceptable and there’s no reason for him to get spicy with me. He said I was the one getting spicy with him for the fact that he did nothing wrong. I handed the phone to my brother-in-law then they proceeded to speak to each other in Urdu and Waqar’s demeanor changed. Offered apologies and a half explanation. Clearly Waqar had no problem communicating with my brother-in-law with respect. By the time we were leaving Mecca, I got a call that my father was in the ICU and had to leave. Waqar and Ali tracked my flight information but they didn’t talk to me about my flight information changing they talk to my brother-in-law, as if he our keeper or something. When we arrived in Medina, I told the hotel clerk we were leaving early. The man said at reception they would give me the refund for the night that I was leaving as long as my hotel was spoken to through the agency. Before my husband and I left the hotel, I reconfirmed this information with the manager of the hotel. I’ve emailed three times to no avail or response from ilink tours. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually respect you till the end of your trip. Not just while they’re getting paid and actually talk to you with respect no matter what languages you speak. Because there’s a clear difference in how they paying customers.

Fantastic experience: . Our family worked with iLinkTours for their 9 day Umrah trip and it went exceedingly exceptional. Ali was extremely easy to work with and did it all for our family. He was able to send us itineraries well in advance of when we were scheduled for the trip which made us feel very confident about their company and their packages. Throughout our stay, we had timely drivers, tour guides who helped us with everything being that it was our first time ever in both Mecca & Medinah. They truly felt us feel very safe in a very new area for us. Our flight landed at 1:30 AM and our driver was on time. Both hotels that were included in our package had amazing accommodations and hospitality. Hotels are exceptional, in Mecca we stayed in Swissotel Makkah at Clock Tower and with mouth watering breakfast. In Madinah another five star hotel Dar Al Hijra with breakfast. Both hotels are closer to Haram in Mecca and in Madinah near Masjid Nabvi. We felt very calm after our long travels which made our stay in both cities much easier. We highly recommend Ali & iLinkTours for any and all packages. They try their hardest to make sure your trip goes as smooth as possible while giving you the best deal you can find. Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to perform Umrah in January 2023. Based on its high Google ratings, we contacted ILinkTours. Brother Ali worked with us and coordinated the whole trip. He had been very helpful and was easy-to-reach for questions. In our experience, iLinkTours was very accommodating. We requested several changes which they applied to our trip. For example, we added a side trip to Pakistan and added an additional night in Makkah. On our way back, we had a rather longer layover in Jeddah. We asked for a hotel which they arranged for us. iLink also added a Jeddah City Tour (without us asking for it). Visa Process was included in the package. This is a multiple-entry visa which is good for 1 year. Ziyarah was also included in both Madinah and Makkah. Hotels were adjusted based on our preference. Local Transportation in KSA was good. All the drivers were punctual and very friendly. They always sent a reminder before the next Taxi ride. There are a few things which can be improved. There was some confusion in hotel assignments. Package details had to be corrected a few times. Some cars were old and not very comfortable (especially on a long trip from Madinah to Makkah). I had asked whether our luggage would be booked from Karachi to JFK - and the response provided was not accurate. Overall, it was a good experience AlhamduLillah, and I would recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: I found the company on Google and contacted them for my 1st umrah trip. I was traveling from usa and my two friends were traveling from pakistan. Ali bhai explained everything very nicely and cleared all my concerns And helped with everything possible.They really delivered what they promised. Hotels and transportation was very nice and even if there was any sort of issue hamid bhai in Saudi Arabia worked very well quick to fix it. Sharing some of the photos with my review . Fantastic experience: This was my first time dealing with iLink Tours and Syed Ali made it very simple and easy for me to make my decision. I had reached out to other travel agents but was very disappointed with their costumer service and when I called iLink it just took a couple of hrs to reach to my decision. Ali went above and beyond to give me different options, he exactly understood what I wanted and worked with me. Even now if I have any questions he responds in a very professional manner and has the knowledge of what he’s doing. Positive experience: Br Shahid did a fantastic job organizing our family Umrah trip. The hotels were as we needed, comfortable and close to haram. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah — I had an amazing experience performing Umrah in November 2022 with my family. All accommodations were as promised prior to departing. We had 5 star hotels with breakfast, individual vans dedicated to our family only for transportation purposes and the contact person in Saudi was responsive and accommodating. The local agents at both Madinah and Makkah met us at the hotel in order to make sure that our room was okay and if we had any further questions or concerns to be addressed. I would like to thank the team at iLink Tours for their excellent service in providing me and my family a great package. They were in constant communication with me regarding my trip, ziyarat tours, stay in Makkah and Madinah. The package itself was very reasonable and the agent helping me was extremely professional and thorough. InshaAllah, we will be using your services again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah! My first Umrah trip with my parents was a peaceful one. I am fortunate to have found Ilinktours and connected with some wonderful professionals who are caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. Brother Shahid worked on organizing the package for us. He addressed all my concerns before the Umrah trip and gave helpful suggestions. There was a flight schedule change by the airline a few days before our flight. Brother Shahid went above and beyond to make sure that change wouldn’t affect our trip. We received all confirmed documents before our trip. All the hotel and airport pickups and drop-offs happened as planned. Drivers were cooperative. Masjid an Nabawi and Masjid ul Haram were few steps from our hotels. Negative experience: Don't be fooled by their endearing voices.they are liars and dishonest  people. I wish I could give them a -1 rating. They double- charged me for a plane ticket, and I never received a refund. Stay away from these crooks. Rahil, Tousif you think you'll get away with this... InshAllah Allah is the most just.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. Umrah and the last 10 days of Ramadan in Medina and Mecca with 10 days in Egypt . This is a complex trip and Ilink did all of our airlines, hotels and tour excursions.
