Negative experience: crooks they scammed me for my money royal jordanian airlines refused to let me family on the plane because the covid test not stamped the CVS lab logo was on it. DTW airport royal jordanian staff were unprofessional and rude I will never use Jett travel again I will never fly royal jordanian even if it the only flight to Heaven

Negative experience: I will never book with this travel agency office ever again. I went to the airport and they told me that seats are not confirmed. I called the employees that work there they told me that they can’t do anything about it and my flight has to be rescheduled.

Negative experience: Worse travel agency ever. I would never in a million years book with them ever again, they just want to make money and not complete there job. First our flight got canceled and my family and I got separated to two different flights. Then we got to the airport and seats were not confirmed which has to be done by there end. Our flight got canceled twice and the manager and staff kept saying they can’t do anything about it.

Fantastic experience: The best for international travel. They have always found me and me the best deals and their service is excellent. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my return flight recently, and they were fantastic.

Negative experience: When we booked flights in March we were told we had two checked bags per person. We spend the next two and a half months shopping and packing our bags when 2 days before our flight a friend of ours mentions to us that they were told they only have one checked bag per person. So we call Jett Travel and the agent tells us that he was mistaken when he told us two checked bags back when we booked our flights and when we asked why he didn’t send us an email or call us to tell us that it was actually only one checked bag per person the agents excuse was that he was too busy and didn’t have time. That was absolutely unacceptable. We had spent weeks packing and getting ready only for us to find out through friends that we actually only have one checked bag per person. Had we gone to the airport with two checked bags per person we would’ve had to pay a $100 fee per extra bag and another $250 per bag on the return flight. Absolutely poor customer service and very careless staff.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, the website said they open at 9:30, they did not answer the phone until 9:50 , the woman who answered had a sleeping voice, when I asked her about the flight I wanted she said that no sets available, I called another agency and I was able to book right away. Jet Travel you need to teach your employees professionalism.

Negative experience: if there's less than one star, I would for The treatment and the way the office and the manager Mohammad talked to me about a reservation I made months ago. very poor customer service, raising his voice and keep cutting me off when I want to talk. disrespectful. I always though high of these guys, not today. arrogant and could not explain or honor the sale emails they sent out. Mr Mohammad and his office, when the email says "purchases 7 days before departure" it only means that. not what you think or you want people to think. sorry I had to put this here. Well, they can lose me and my referrals from now on. an I'm sure they'll lose more with this kind of attitude.

Negative experience: Nobody e mailed me or text me that they rescheduled my flight and when I was in the airport I found that, I called them and he told me they just change the time of your flight, then I found that the other passenger got an email 3 weeks before the flight telling them all the update about that trip, I don't recommend jet travel

He makes the BEST recommendations and makes sure you get the BEST deal! I recently booked a trip to Canun, Mexico with Adam. I got a great deal with at a BEAUTIFUL resort combined with Adam's recommendations it was one of the best experiences of my life.

The office is very friends and even though they deal more with overseas vacations, they were able to find the best deal with all the accommodations I was looking for in an all-inclusive vacation. Fantastic experience: Simply the best travel agency around. They offer what internet booking sites cannot compete with. Aside from finding the best prices for my hotel, car rental, and airplane tickets their customer service was tremendous. My flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight. I called my travel agent and instead of having to wait in the long line at the airport to find a connecting flight my travel agent booked it all for me and arranged for the airline to comp us a room during the (now long) layover. It could've been a stressful situation they helped minimize the inconvenience. I will definitely be booking through them again.

Negative experience: They had me, my wife and daughter on one flight and my other daughter on a different flight, I only knew as I got to teller the day of my flight. I paid for a fair to have my daughter fly with us to Amman ... Contacted the office and the owner didn't want to take responsibility for their employee mess up. Also they emailed my itinerary 24 hours before the date of my flight to Amman when I paid for my tickets 2 weeks ahead...
