Negative experience: I went to the AAA Churchmans Road location unfortunately. I was greeted promptly and respectfully. I’ve waited for approximately an hour before leaving. People who was late to their appointment was convinced. Approximately 8 employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing while people sit and wait painfully for their time to get printed. When I inquired if another representative can help out, they said no. But a representative wasn’t too busy to get up and come over to try to sell their membership and credit card. She couldn’t wait to get back to her seat! If you could avoid here, do yourself that favor. I’ve come to this place approximately 4 times and literally EACH time it gets worse.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this AAA location for IdentoGo fingerprinting services. They do not seem to respect appointment times, as I waited (along with several other exasperated customers) for more than half an hour past my appointment time. Despite more than six employees on hand, I saw exactly one customer being actively helped. Over the course of the 45 minutes I spent in this location, the only interactions I had with AAA staff were to check me in when I first arrived, and then to try to sell me insurance or a credit card I didn’t want while I waited for my appointment. Ultimately, I decided to leave and book an IdentoGo appointment elsewhere.

Positive experience: Went here for IdenToGo. Made appointment for 2:20PM Arrived at 2:25PM, signed in and was walked back immediately. Fortunately, no one ahead of me. I think Shelby was her name, but efficient and courteous. Gave me two receipts without me asking, for me and my employer. Was done by 3:37PM. Will say I had come here before for a 11:20AM or so appointment for another fingerprint reason, it was 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was seen but several people before me. When I was seen it was efficient too. Don’t forget to bring matching legal ID.

Negative experience: I'm still broke down after 5 hours on the highway and 3 hours of calling AAA!!! Is IT REALLY worth THE MEMBERSHIP?¿? No calls no texts no service nothing no heat. It's freezing! Three AAA driver finally showed and then almost killed me. Wouldn't take me home. Made me drive with him until he found a Wawa to get gas kept my oil cap opened and had no reason touching it.I was scared to death I was going to die.

Negative experience: I've Been Waiting For A Tow For 2 Hours Just For Them To Say The Person Who Is Towing Me Said They Aren't Towing Anyone Else. I Requested A Tow A 1 Am. Negative experience: Terrible. Wasted half of my work day waiting 4 1/2 hours before I had to cancel my pick up request. Received an ETA and even 2 hours afterwards no heads up or anything. Negative experience: Good morning to my fellow Americans, I was at AAA store on Christiana Newark Delaware. With just a question on identogo , there was a AAA associate by name LILY , she asked me to sit down and wait, I sat down and waited for 25 minutes, then she asked me to move to another seat, she was very disrespectful human being I have never seen in my entire adult life, first of all she is FAT , not good looking with that attitude, she then said I can’t help you after sitting down for 30 minutes for a question about finger print. Please when you visit that store please ask for someone else not SOB LILY.

I was waiting on by Lily, a very nasty rude obnoxious person who speaks very demeaning to those that she service truly not the caliber of employee that AAA hires to service customers. Positive experience: This is a well stocked travel center with helpful staff. We added a driver to our membership, got our photos and international drivers permits, and perused travel necessities like luggage, small packs, luggage locks, etc.

Negative experience: When I joined AAA, every different customer service representative had a different price for each membership, then the next representative did. I was almost charged $100 for a mid-grade membership, the special was the mid-grade price for a premium membership. I was the one that made customer service aware of this or I would have been charged too much money. I was supposed to get three 100-mile tows and one 200 Mile tow. With no stipulations. They failed to tell me that every car you had could only be toad one time per incident. They are not knowledgeable at all !!! So I asked for a refund which took 10 days

Fantastic experience: I was having a good day and stopped to grab some take-out. Leaving the take-out place, I realized that I locked my keys in the car. UGH!! I had two time sensitive appointments to get to so the lock-out was awful timing. I braced myself for a two-hour ordeal, especially after getting off the phone with your dispatch that originally told me that my membership was cancelled (when it wasn't). Then your driver called (Sonny Brower New Castle, DE). He sounded so happy and upbeat, he even questioned why I sounded sad. I told him that I was just upset about being locked out and then he said well the good news is... I'm only 2 minutes away. I couldn't believe it - I was so happy!! The service just kept getting better from there. Sonny pulled up and was just so pleasant and professional and he treated me like a person and NOT just his job. The last thing I needed was someone with a poor disposition and I got the complete opposite. Sonny brightened my day (no pun to his name intended.) LOL! Life happens and sometimes it's not pleasant, it's how we interact with each other that can make or break someone else's day. AAA, I hope you got a whole fleet of Sonnys because he is just what your customers need. If I would have had $100, I would have given it Sonny for attitude alone- he was just that wonderful. Will you please tell him THANK YOU again from a VERY satisfied customer!! The one thing I would change about Sonny though is his love of the Philadelphia Eagles, now that's got to stop. LOL

Fantastic experience: Receptionist was very professional and within a minute, she took my passport photo. Also, I asked how much the passport fee was, and another women gave me a copy of the latest fee schedule from the Dept of State. What a good experience from a very committed staff who puts the customer first.

She did the footwork to transfer services over when Cheyenne, Shianne? didn’t do a thing. I called back and asked for a supervisor…I was disconnected.. Negative experience: Most horrible experience ever!!! Went there to plan our destination wedding. Showed up 15 mins early just to wait 30 mins past our appointment time. No one apologized or even acknowledged us sitting there for the entire time.When we asked if we could speak with someone else for help.other then our scheduled person we were sat with someone else. We sat down with a woman who looked like she had just sucked a lemon. She through a bunch of travel books at us and 15 mins later we were out the door. No help what so ever. Never ever again. I wish I could give them no stars.

Negative experience: It is absolutely asinine that you are closed at 1pm on the one day that most people are off and would come in. Your weekly hours are almost as useless since most don't get off until 430.
