Negative experience: Honestly I’m very disappointed with this experience I thought Tracy was a very sincere guy but turns out he promised things and didn’t deliver like I thought he would He sold me tickets ( 2 day - 2 park ) for my daughter and I and said that it covered a full meal for each of us on both days and when I get to buying the food it didn’t include the drink or the side so I had to pay for those out of pocket which was an unexpected expense On top of that the transportation he said would be complimentary on the IRide Trolley was not free in the end because he reprinted a ticket voucher for the second day which the bus driver did not accept and cause an argument for me to pay or I couldn’t ride in front of everyone I ended up having to pay on the first day to get back to the hotel and then on the second day I got tired of waiting over an hour and the bus trolley never showed up so I had to pay for an uber to get to and from the park

Fantastic experience: Traveled from Michigan and do it 2 times a year and let me tell you out of all the times my family and I have purchased tickets from different concierge clerks, Tracy was the absolute best. His attitude his interaction and interest in making my family and I have a great time and experience was one of the best interactions we’ve had purchasing tickets. Fantastic experience: We went to Orlando on the 1st of October 2022 with no booking for Disney, we were there for the Kennedy Space Centre but Disney was something we had to do before we left. We looked online and couldn’t find anything clear about prices and availability. Monday was showing fully booked for Magic Kingdom and showed other parks as available. As we walked to a steak house we passed the Orlando ticket store and popped in to see if they had anything on Disney for Monday the 3rd. Luckily we met Tracey who explained everything to us and explained the process of booking the ticket and making a reservation (as Disney has now changed to a confusing ticket set up) He also explained the hopper ticket which allowed us to change parks and go to the Magic Kingdom as well. We booked with Tracey and he explained everything to us and used my phone to make sure my tickets were confirmed and easy to use for Monday. I am very grateful as without him we would not have had a clue how to get the tickets. Thank you Tracey. Gwion and Beth

Fantastic experience: Richard at Orlando Ticket Store went above and beyond for our family to ensure we enjoyed our vacation at Disney, Seaworld and Universal Studios. He noticed I had not linked my Disney tickets to my phone and that I didn’t have the hard copies of the tickets. He personally delivered the tickets to my hotel and helped me set up everything in the app the night before our Disney trip. Orlando Ticket Store also took care of making park reservations for us. All we had to do was make the payment and the rest was taken care of for us. Fantastic experience: Went in today to buy tickets for one of the Disney parks. Quick service and even helped add the cards on the Disney Experience App. Was served by a Richard and he was very friendly and didn't overcomplicate explanations. Would highly recommend going here to get tickets.

Negative experience: The owner name was Richard that does not know how to run a professional business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! The manager Emily was super helpful besides the owner. The lady who sold the tickets gave us the wrong tickets and charged us extra. Go to the park and you will get a better discount. Typically I never write a BAD review but this had to be said. They chipped us out on a whole day pass! We lost over $900 in tickets. They will over price and not have your back as a customer! “Called us LIARS” the booth was at the Quality Inn hotel in Orlando! The owner and booth lady called us liars. Pay attention to this company and ripping us off! Go go online to the theme park to order tickets! They will definitely not stop hearing from me and keeping people away from them to not get ripped off! GO somewhere else!

Will lure you in! and charge you extra without you knowing, lol. i bought the ticket and checked with the other store across the street and they gave me a quote of $30 less in total for my family. Also dont get meals with any disney or seaworld tickets, theme parks sell junk anyway (most of them i mean).

Negative experience: My family was legally intimidated by this company to take down our real and honest negative review of a bad experience. Even though the staff was kind, the company took things out of hands.

Negative experience: Al thought the staff at the store was very kind, we had a problem with some information about the new Star Wars attraction at Disney Hollywood Studios. When we asked if the ride was open, the staff told us it was not. After my sister left a bad review on this platform the store asked us to contact them via email. After we contacted the store via email, and went personally to ask for an explanation, the store sent my sister an email telling her that if she didn't delete her bad review, she would be dealing with their legal team directly. They argue that our remarks are false, which their not. I attached their response. Nothing we said was false. "-I am sorry to inform you that your remarks about our company are false and if you do not correct within 24 hours our reputation protection law group will be dealing with you directly- Qwnership Group" I know understand how the company maintains a 5 star review. As they deter people from keeping real reviews online by threatening them with their legal team. As shown in these inscription.
