Negative experience: This was the 1st & last time i used Ambassador Visa Services. Definitely DO NOT USE them. It is one of the worst services i have ever used for this purpose. They are unprofessional & unreliable. They don't even know which country has official holidays & when their embassies or consulates may be closed. I personally called the consulate & learned about it. Veronica is the person in Denver office. She is a disaster, extremely unprofessional. They advertise lower prices but charge higher fees. Finally, when the passport was returned, she made me wait outside her little cubical in Tabor Center instead of walking out & handing me the passport which would have taken less than a minute. Their LA office is also as lousy as their Denver office. On the top of it all, i asked for 1 year multiple entry but got 90 days multiple entry for $400, which is ridicilous bcuz the business travel is every 2 mo's so 90 days is obsolote. This may also be the fault of the Consulate but as the Visa office they should have noticed & had an inquiry or an explanation of such things. There is a much better, professional service, CIBT out of Houston which i used in the past. I suggest use them, dont even bother dealing w/this awful Ambassador Visa Services & its useless staff.

Fantastic experience: I needed a visa within two weeks and Veronica made that happen for me. This is my first Visa so I did not know what to do, but Veronica made that process very understandable and simple for me. She was very kind and patient with me and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Most importantly she said I would get my Visa by a specific date (which was close to my departure date) and she made it all happen by that date. She made a very stressful process easy and all my stresses melted away. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if you need to get a Visa quickly or need help understanding how the whole visa process works. Fantastic experience: Veronica was very personable and helpful in my recent visa application. She responded to my request within 24 hours and scheduled a follow up meeting in 72 hours. She not only assisted me in completing the online application and downloading all the required attachments, she also took my visa photos. Most importantly, she provided me with an agent to personally hand in my application to the consulate in California. With her all-inclusive services, I was able to obtain my visa extension without any issues. Her services are essential and very valuable. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Ambassador Passport and Visa services in Denver. Filling out the digital on-line form for a tourist visa for China on my own proved frustrating and difficult for a number of logistical reasons. Veronica at Ambassador took 30 min max to complete the form in its entirety. Moreover, she was professional, friendly and punctual in the meetings I had with her. I highly recommend this service if you are traveling to a country like China.

Even when my documents were ready, no appointments were available in my city at an acceptance facility. Veronica found me an appointment nearby, and soon after she called exactly as promised to say my passport was arriving the next morning. Negative experience: If I could give this a negative star, I would. To start off I consistently checked in with my “advisor” and was consistently told that everything was running on schedule, and I would be fine to leave by my date. They had my information for a month and a half And due and still missed every dead line I had given them as requested on the intake form. They are not friendly the first day I had walked in there, trying to get a hold of somebody. I was Met with a Fair amount of hostility and was made to feel like a was made to feel like an inconvenience while in their waiting room even tho I had made a appointment, they are not transparent with their pricing, it’s truly cheaper to fly to CA yourself. The employees are remarkably incompetent. do to their unprofessionalism, lack of planning or coordination I missed my flight to Korea and had to spend an additional four days in the US. I had to spend an additional $1000 on hotels, and an entirely new flight causing me to miss my schools orientation and essential information. They don’t get back to you quickly and they lie to you about the status of your visa application you’re gonna have a much quicker time just flying directly to California or wheerever you need to go to obtain your visa. Please save yourself the heartache, it’s a waste of money and time

Negative experience: Wasted my time. I explained my situation via email this AM, she stated that she would be able to see/help me in the afternoon. When I arrived, she stated that she had read the email too fast and did not really read everything... and unfortunatly couldn't help me. Waste waste waste.

Fantastic experience: I forgot to leave a review this July, even though Veronica asked me to, after the job was accomplished. Sorry. I went for the service that was promising a new passport in 3-4 weeks. I paid $500 for the service and then $200 for the government fees. It's pricey, but the least expensive passport expedited service I could find online. I could set up an appointment and bring in the documents myself, without incurring the additional cost of using a postal service to mail it in. Anyway, the passport was ready a few days earlier than I expected, and I was ready to go. Everything looked legit. It appears that Veronica is doing a very nice job. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Negative experience: Tried to call them and left three messages but no one returned our call. We used this company in LA and had great service so we went down in person to see if they were legit here in Denver. The woman was “kind” enough to see us with an appointment and said their phone service has not been working for the last month. Do you really want to leave your passport with someone without phone service ? Also, their fee is $500 plus $270 for the passport renewal. We went to Fed-ex instead.

Fantastic experience: Veronica for the WIN!!! APV, literally, made our dreams come true when we thought all hope was lost. At the very last minute we realized one of our passports was expired (I know, I know…) and we had less than a week to go before our trip to Mexico, so we were scrambling to try and find anyone who could expedite it in less than 4 days. In comes Veronica. Imagine this: It’s Friday at 4:45pm, all passport agency offices are closed or closing, we have to leave by the following Friday, and I’m calling every agency on the internet to try and pull off a miracle. I was met with NO after NO after NO after NO… I was about to completely give up and cancel our trip when a real person picked up the phone at APV and put me in contact with Veronica. She told us to get our butts over to her as fast as possible, AND WE DID LOL. We got there 20 minutes after the office closed for the weekend (she stayed for us!), gave her all our paperwork and filled out all the forms and waited for the miracle to happen: A delivery by Thursday, which was in FOUR business days and the day before our flight. We just finished packing, and now I’m sitting on the couch writing this review, absolutely elated that we didn’t have to cancel our trip, and it was ALL because of the incredible team at APV. Special shout out to Veronica who made the process easy, and was super positive, sweet, and reassuring that we were going to have our toes in the sand as scheduled. We’ll be making a toast to her tomorrow evening when we’re in Tulum having dinner by the beach! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I had no idea how to get my passport in time with all the new legal document processes I had been going through with the name change. I hadn’t received my new birth certificate yet so I was nervous and when I came to her in April I thought I might be out of time. Veronica made it so easy made sure I had all the correct documents so I wouldn’t be denied, she made the USPS appointment, and it was just a huge relief off my shoulders. Got my passport in plenty of time and am excited to travel! Couldn’t recommend her more. She’s friendly understanding and made it seem so easy!

Negative experience: BEWARE!! Horrible woman with a heavy accent knows absolutely nothing about embassy questions. Seems like a scam number. I asked fir a supervisor and she kept saying she is one. Lies.. a supervisor doesn't answer the phones!! Very difficult woman who barely knows English.

Contacted Ambassador Passport and Visa, got an appointment that day. Long story short we then received our passports 26 days later we got our passports. We were treated with the highest form of customer service and reassurance. This is a great company, and quickly delivers their promises.
