Negative experience: Very terrible customer service. Showed up late.. almost missed my flight for my wedding. Very rude unprofessional people. They left us stranded at the airport for 1 hours with my poor 1 year old nephew. Please find car service somewhere else. Worst experience of my life.

The booking person gave us the pickup date 28 Jan, Instead of 27 Jan (Our Calls Are Recorded and we can send you a copy of recording as well.).
Other thing is we sent you an email on the time of booking and still haven't heard anything from your side, The reason of sending email confirmation is to make sure that customers and the company are on the same page, You booked for 28th January at 5:00 PM and showed up at 27th January, I still offered to send 2 SUV's (As 10 Passenger Van was not Available at that time) and the person on the phone from your side said that he will not pay for the service and if we charge his card he will contact his bank and dispute the charges. It was not our fault and not Just Prime Car Service, Not even a single company in this entire world will give you a free service for your mistakes. The only reason we offered you to pay cash ang get the service is because you were keep saying the you will dispute the charges if we charge your card.
The reviews you are referring from days prior with same last name, They were all on the same day and anybody can see that, It was booking contact's fault that he gave us the wrong date, Didn't check the email confirmation and keep saying that he will dispute the charges, We were willing to send you the Drivers but you were been Rude and Keep saying you will dispute the charges so we had no other options but to accept cash, It was not our responsibility to give you the service after your date mix up and not checking the confirmation emails, The only reason we agreed to gave you the service is just because you had a baby and required the car seat to go home.
Fantastic experience: My initial flight from Asheville to DC was delayed for 4 hours and I could not make my original connection. I tried to contact the car service to change my original pickup time, but could not get thru in time . I was on the “new” return flight when Richard came for the 3 pm landing. When I was able to contact him with the new arrival time at 6:30 he came and drove me home! I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond, and I want to commend him highly!

Fantastic experience: I called Rockland County Car Service at midnight the morning of a cancelled flight that altered my ground transportation plans. By 8:30am they arrived with a car big enough for my family of five, and let me keep our toddler's car seat with them for the week. Fantastic experience: Our wonderful driver Richard picked us up at the Bayonne NJ cruise port yesterday. In the past we had to wait for 30 minutes in freezing weather for our driver to pick us up. When we got out of the cruise terminal yesterday Richard was already there waiting for us. His driving was as good as it gets. Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend! Booked very last minute (10pm for a 6:30am pick up), process was quick and easy, and I received my confirmation email immediately. Shout out to Jeffrey—he showed up 15 minutes early ready to go and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Car was in great shape, very comfy, and I was provided a nice little water bottle. Thank you, I will certainly book again.

Fantastic experience: Called them for the first time to take my finance to Newark Airport from Chestnut Ridge. The driver was prompt, polite, and very professional - neat and personable, as well. Price included tip and tolls - no hassles at all (the driver even reminder her that there were no extra charges or tips required). The woman who I had spoken with that made the reservation was great as well, and very helpful. I highly recommend using them, as I will again and again. Thank you, Rockland County Car Service!!!! Fantastic experience: I needed transportation for my son to come home from the airport when his flight was delayed. My son did not have a working cell phone with him and was expecting his father to pick him up outside the terminal. Rockland County Car Service came to my rescue!! They were able to provide a car to pick him up at the last minute. The driver, Richard, took a picture of my son with him and located him! From booking the trip until my son arrived home safely was made so easy for us. I would recommend them highly and will use them again!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish! Booked transfer from stewart international airport to white plains. I emailed on several occasions to ensure the booking confirmed (nervous mum of 4) - each time I emailed I got a prompt response. Driver collected us from inside the terminal and took us to our destination. Nice clean cars and friendly staff. On arrival I booked our return journey back to the airport and again this was flawless! Thanks again - keep doing what you are doing and we will be booking again in the near future :)
