Negative experience: Recieved mail that is very deceiving. Dont want to recieve and more correspondence from them !!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: What a damn joke! I’ve been sitting with my car for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck to come tow me home less then 5 miles away! You can’t find a tow truck for 2 hours?! This is ridiculous! I would never recommend. I don’t think people should spend their money on a joke like this. Keep in mind I’ve been waiting 2 hours but the tow guy still isn’t here who knows when he will be because the lady on the phone only said 1 hour

I was stuck in neg 10 degree temps and AAA would not help because they were out of batteries.. they only change out batteries if you buy from them.. I would have bought had they had any.. instead they left me on the side of the road..I said I'd pay them double if they get me any better to install but no

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I work with a person named Mary Beth I Never thought of getting Roadside service before but Mary made it so quick and easy I just wanted to give out a huge Thank you to Mary and the Rest of the Amazing Team at AAA in Sioux falls there location 49th and Sioux falls,SD.

Fantastic experience: I went to this place to get my wife's international drivers license (permit) for international travel. The representative was very nice and the cost of taking the picture was lower than Walgreen. If you want to go there and you need photos, you'd better go there without visiting other places.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Sioux Falls and thought I had AAA, but it had lapsed. I called the 800 number and they dropped my call… so, I called AAA Sioux Falls directly and Linda answered immediately. She got me reinstated and even gave me a reduced price promotion for my first year—would have paid for it anyways, but nice to get a break once in a while. If you drive on wheels, AAA can be the difference between a catastrophe and an inconvenience and Linda can sign you up quickly.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped there last sat for questions on a cruise my husband won. The person who came up front very rude said there are 2 people in front of you since only 1 agent on. I go that's ok we just have a few questions she goes are you a member and I go no nor yet. She took my form talked to the agent and said you have to book thru cruise line and said bye. I went to beyond travels very nice and helped us

Positive experience: I visited the website and was unable to purchase a ticket for my 16 year old online because even though he is allowed to fly by himself, the program insisted I mark 1 adult. When calling AAA to try to complete these travel plans, I was told they didn't do airline tickets? I ended up calling the airline direct. The AAA representative was respectful, but the service was limited.

Fantastic experience: Melissa was absolutely fantastic at getting a future disney vacation setup for us. Before arriving, she had a whole few different packets figured out and we determined the best one for our price range. We were able to pay a deposit back in August and then save up for the final price this February. Great that Melissa and staff were very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I want to clarify that when I called the Sioux Falls AAA Office, I was automatically transfered to a different AAA Office. Brittany, in Manhattan, Kansas picked up the phone to assist in my Vacation plans. The 5 stars I selected for a rating go to Brittany. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She is AMAZING! That isn't even a strong enough adjective. ❤️. Thank you, AAA in Manhattan, KS, for hiring Brittany. Give that girl a raise. She goes above and beyond. You can tell she loves what she does. (I would share her last name, but don't know AAA privacy laws.)

Negative experience: Try to buy plane ticket but couldn't do it at a reasonable timeline since I'm not a member. If you're a member then maybe you could get better service. I can't really say for sure.

Negative experience: AAA, I've been a member for a few years. I usually pay my dues at the AAA office in Yankton, SD but due to gas prices I paid by mail this year...what a huge mistake that was, is ! The AAA dues expires on August 1, I received that notice around the first of July, i made the check out on July 5th, mailed on the 6th, today is the 23rd of July and I'm still getting second notices, benefits are going to expire, ect.. I've talked to AAA representatives on the telephone twice and the 3rd time was today the 23rd and was informed they had received my payment and the threatening notice must have gotten "crossed" in the mail...18 days later. Threatening notices continuously being mailed, and getting lame excuses from AAA representatives is not acceptable by my standards ! I could just imagine what a pain and hassle it would've been with direct deposit from my bank,continuously with-drawing payment because of their inept personnel and/or business practices...think twice, think long and hard before getting AAA !

Negative experience: Do not recommend! Had to get something picked up here from Amazon and they needed tons of information and didn’t make the process easy. At all!! It takes 1 code that’s 6 digits. They took about 20 mins to let me pick up one package and asked for all of my information in the meantime. Absolutely horrible service!!!

Fantastic experience: I called AAA in Sioux Falls to find out about my current status as far as my plan and tows are concerned. I talked to a woman named Linda and I thought she was exceptional. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about AAA and meeting my needs. I never been to the office there in Sioux Falls so I can't speak concerning anyone else there, but if they're anything like Linda that has to be one of the best AAA offices I've ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend this office to other.

Negative experience: We will NEVER trust AAA Insurance again. This would be ZERO stars if that was allowed. We had auto and homeowners insurance through AAA Insurance for two years and when we found a MUCH better rate we notified them we were cancelling the policys. AAA Insurance continued to charge our credit card for the the Auto Insurance and refused to stop. AAA Insurance also refused to refund the entire year's premium paid by our mortgage company, which means we paid DOUBLE for homeowners insurance last year. A AAA Insurance employee told us they don't believe they have to comply with the law. We had to file complaints with the Division of insurance to get the money back and we're still waiting on about $1,000 for our homeowners insurance. I would question the validity of any review posted here that gives AAA Insurance four or five stars without explaining why.

Positive experience: I have a Basic Membership that my grandmother got me for college since its 6 hours from home. Great company. No complaints yet.
