Negative experience: My brother had a broken down SUV and called in the MORNING. They gave him the run around with dispatch. He called a few more times with no success. He called early afternoon, "mmm, I didn't know...". Finally 4:30-5pm; tow shows up.
Positive experience: 5 stars for Olivia!!! Thank you!! She was so helpful, fast and knowledgeable! I’m grateful for her help. The female clerk next to her was atrocious unfortunately. (Long straight dark hair with a ton of makeup). Every five to ten minutes she kept spraying Lysol around everyone. She was saying people stunk so needed to spray. I informed her it’s extreme toxicity which the other women clerks agreed with head nods. Regardless she spraying. The manager needs to address this for health sake. If she has OCD address it. She can’t put others at risk. I imagine what her coworkers have to endure. I was there for 20ish minutes and I had a slight headache and nausea. If it wasn’t for Olivia the lovely woman who helped me I’d be giving this place 2 stars max.
Fantastic experience: Great location and prices seem to be more fair than my previous insurance company. Simple process, have used their roadside insurance as well throughout the years on my vehicles.
Negative experience: DONT GET THIS INSURANCE. it’s cheap and it has a lot of benefits but once you get into a car crash and even when your not at fault it’s gonna be hell, got into a crash about 4 weeks ago i’ve had the police report proving i wasn’t at fault when i first got into the accident i had called these guys and they put me in contact with an adjuster her name was brenna and she’s been horrible she is so horrible at her job i’ve only talked to her about twice but that was after countless emails, calls, and voicemails left. she hasn’t been in contact even though i was told id be updated and i haven’t even received an email back regarding the many questions ive asked over the past 3 weeks i didn’t even know my car had been deemed a total loss until i called the place they were keeping my car at and they even were suprised i hadn’t been told about it at all and he had to call them to call me and update me. after the call i had with her a couple days ago shes told me she’d be in contact with me after recieving the police report to prove i wasn’t at fault even though ive already emailed it to her and told her about but didn’t wanna look for it and made me send it again and after shown proof i wasn’t at fault she told me she’d be in contact with me moving forward about my car being deemed totaled, she told me id have to pay 500$ to have it towed. since that call ive tried to call, email and left voice messages asking what’s the status ive even tried to get in contact with her supervisor who which i found and tried calling and leaving voicemails about my situation too and have not been contacted back. i don’t even know the status of what is going on with my car right now. it suck’s so much just get progressive when i had them as my insurance it was so much more better than this. smh.
Negative experience: Non responsive, asked for a high value policy more than 7 months ago and no response, had rear ended in a crash and it was as though they could have cared less. Not likely to renew our policies.
Negative experience: I applied for an IDL in July and I have been back and forth with this office about how much the application costs (note it doesn’t include tax and everyone I spoke with has a different % in mind). I called two weeks ago to check in, spoke with someone who promised to call back, never did. Two months later, I still don’t have the IDL.
Negative experience: Gave the wrong address to tow truck driver. Poor customer service
Fantastic experience: Like most AAA locations I’ve visited accross the United States, everyone was fast, friendly, helpful and responsive. I came in to get some maps and get a quote on homeowners and auto insurance.
Negative experience: I Have been trying to get a question answered about towing. I have been trying to speak to someone as I do not want to schedule a tow until I know if it is covered . This is not good customer service!
Negative experience: Asked what I needed to register a vehicle I just bought from out of state while in paying my insurance. They told me just the title and my insurance. The next day I come in which is a Thursday. I was told they can only do out of state registration Monday through Wednesday and that I'd have to make an appointment next week. I scheduled my appointment for Monday at 2. it was very inconvenient for anyone that works they only could help in the middle of the day. I showed up 15 minutes early hoping they could help me early. Instead they waited for a lunch break swap and helped me 5 minutes late. So 20 minutes into sitting there on my third visit...I am called up to be helped. I was told since I bought it from a dealership I'd have to go to the motor vehicle department.

Negative experience: I was driving through New Mexico trying to get home to Utah. The road updates didn’t list all road openings and there wasn’t a way to get through to AAA via phone. I was trying to prevent an emergency situation and their automated system didn’t even address my dilemma.

Then I go back and they won’t see me without an appt. They make an appt. But don’t tell me what I need to bring. So I have to make another appt. They women were unfriendly and curt.
Negative experience: This is the worst Experience I've ever had with a Auto Insurance company in my life and I'm in my forties.The agent named Steven SpencerOut of the Santa Fe AAA officeIs the worst Aagent I've ever met.He was childish.He was rude. he conned me and lie to me about my policy. And when I try to confront him with the documentation and statement. He basically started being rude and yelling at me and telling me do you want to talk to my boss so I can get my money you owe us for your policy. He never explained what my auto insurance policy covered and he Never told me what my road side assistance. covered either. The agents from the many company called him and told him he needs to contact me to correct what he told me and did to my auto insurance policy without my approval. He didn't call me until my policy was cancelled. Trying to get the money and told me that it was my fault about the policy even thou I never got a letter from him about the payment and after I told him that I would pay the out standing money and while I was giving him my debit card info he hung up on which is very unprofessional and I will never send anyone to that agent or office because they don't communicate with each other and their clients. They don't call you back and they don't act profesionale in anyway. Worest place ever. This is the office in Santa fe in New Mexico.

I have had AAA Premier RV, Auto Insurance, Renter's Insurance for years but recently NM Gov Lujan-Grisham's Orwellian/Authoritarian virus-hysteria closed all of the MVD offices in the state but AAA saved the day and let me get tags and title for my son's new 4x4 in a mere 20 minutes with no appointment needed!
Negative experience: I am out of state calling for my daughter. The voice mail system has no option to talk to a person. She needs a battery but not an emergency roadside request. Just need to know where she can go to get a AAA battery.

Negative experience: Called this office 4 times today, got transferred 4 times to have no one pick up the phone 4 times. The woman who answered the phone doesn’t identify herself until I asked who I was speaking to. The customer service in this office is horrible I’d like to know who runs such a poor customer service operation

Fantastic experience: The staff is very helpful. I got AAA auto insurance and haven't regretted it once. I've had to call in for help a few times. There are three tiers of insurance to choose from, and the prices for each one is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Positive experience: Have AAA Club through Sprint wireless. Luckily have not needed any of their roadside services. I haven't traveled anywhere where I've had an opportunity to compare their travel services against TRIVAGO.

Negative experience: Although they list a phone number, they let you sit there for 10 minutes or so while "agents" are serving other people. Then they tell you to leave a message for a call back that never comes. Why not save time by eliminating phones or just have a recording that says "sorry, we ignore all phone calls."

Negative experience: Tried to call to add vehicle and was shuffled around, finally to a Customer Service number with an eternal holding pattern.
Negative experience: Horrible horrible horrible I waited for 3 hours for a tow in Santa fe, never got one waste of my money my ti ne everything your better off calling a tow company to just come and get you rather than wait on tjis horrible insurance company I'm disgusted they talk about how great they are, they aren't worth the extra change in my pocket! HORRIBLE!!!!
Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for my AAA insurance, and I specifically appreciate the quality of service I experienced with Donna. She went above and beyond what I expected and was very kind.
Negative experience: I'm generally a pretty patient person, but I have to say that AAA of Santa Fe had some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a rental car that had half its front bumper falling off from being hit by another car while parked, so I called AAA and asked for assistance. They said they could send someone to patch up the bumper to make it driveable. I had police waiting on the tow truck to file a report, and it arrived over an hour later than the AAA representative told us. The local contractor instantly decided that he wouldn't attempt to fix at all and would just tow it. This would be fine, but neither he not anyone at AAA informed me that this was not covered by my AAA membership and would cost several hundred dollars to return the car from Santa Fe to ABQ airport where it was initially rented. Ultimately, I received poor service and virtually no information from AAA every step of the way and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I will not be relying on their roadside assistance again.
