Fantastic experience: Amazing trip to Croatia! Couldn’t have done it without Alex’s great planning. We went from Split to Hvar and then Dubrovnik. We had a tour in Dubrovnik and a fantastic boat tour around blue caves and hidden beaches.

Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Zhanna at FTC to plan a trip to Belguim and Paris. Zhanna was fantastic. She helped us plan our whole itinerary and helped purchased all of our travel and tickets to various attractions. My favorite thing about Family Travel Concierge is the way that they populate your itinerary in your account with a description of each day and all of the documents that you need for that day. It made traveling much less stressful than it could've been by not having to search for tickets, etc. I would definitely use FTC for future travel.

Fantastic experience: Alex was extremely helpful in putting us in contact with the tour guide in Istanbul. The guide was also informed in time and we spend the whole day in her great company! Also, we got some hotel recommendations despite the fact that we already had our reservations. We changed some and we are very happy.

Fantastic experience: We've recommended FTC several times now after using them for two European trips. Each time, Oleg worked with us to create a trip suited to our needs and interests. His contacts with local guides in France and Spain were excellent, and we were able to book tours either with very small groups or just for the two of us. Once we described what we were looking for in hotels, Oleg found us several to choose from in each "home base" city. They were all quite lovely, centrally located and well-run. They researched and booked fantastic hotels, informed guides, and created an easy to access itinerary in an app which we referred to all the time. Fantastic experience: We really wanted to do a Mediterranean cruise for years, so we asked Alex for help to book a cruise to explore Greece. We been on many cruises before, so this time we choose Royal Caribbean Odyssey of the Seas. This itinerary stops at Naples, Santorini, Mykonos, Athens, which was a very high priority for us. Alex did a great job coordinating this trip for us. Flights, Hotel, suggested and most importantly provided multiple options for transportations and activities for this trip. We arrived to Rome a day before boarding to the ship. Hotel, we booked, called Hotel Delle Nazioni, Rome. Great place to stay. Located in the hard of Rome. Literally around the corner from Fantan De Travi. Very convenient! The next morning we took a taxi; paid $140 Euros to get to Cruise port in Civitavecchia. Great cruise experience! It sounds like this trip can be easily coordinated. But, level of information that you receive in the shape of form that is easy to understand, can only be provided by knowledgeable and experienced travel agents. I can tell many exiting stories. But in this review I wanted to highlight service and professionalism of my travel agent. Alex, made our experience very relaxing. Our vacation enjoyable with High level of satisfaction!

This is a very special trip as it required finding English-speaking guides (not too many people speak English in Japan) and understanding Japanese cultural and behavioral norms. Oleg ensured we have a clear itinerary, and updated it as we made small adjustments (both before and during the trip). He recommended transportation options as Japan is unique in this regard as well. Fantastic experience: Alex and Galina arranged our family vacation at Paradisus Esmerelda in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We initially asked them to find a family-friendly (we were traveling with a 2-year old), all-inclusive resort in Puerto Rico, based on its proximity, but they advised that Mexico was a better value. They suggested Paradisus because it had a specific section that catered to families. Plus, it was some distance from Cancun, which they knew would be noisy during Spring Break. Their choice was spot on. They also arranged air and ground transport, which worked flawlessly. Finally, they promptly answered all our questions. We couldn't ask for better service.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Alex enough for planning our family vacation in Arizona. He was extremely attentive and very informative. Always there to answer all my questions or concerns. Tours suggested by Alex were spot on. Our adult kids enjoyed them the most: Antelope Canyon, Pink Jeep Tour in Sedona, UTV rental in Scottsdale. Those were the highlights of the trip. If they say a picture is worth a thousand words, one FTC-planned trip is worth a thousand pictures. We were determined to have a meaningful and memorable trip to spend time as a family. Many times we had discussed a trip to Italy, dreaming of all the things we would want to see and do, but always we were paralyzed by the planning stage. So much work goes into planning a cost effective, safe, and dazzling adventure. With the responsibilities and uncertainties that accompany everyday life, we had begun to feel like another summer would pass us by. It is for those reasons that we are so thankful for Galina, Alex, and all the other hard workers at Family Travel Concierge. They were quick to respond, heard all of our hopes, and turned them into a reality. A clear, doable trip that was somehow both affordable and luxurious. It was very important to us that we avoided huge tours with crowds of other tourists, and FTC was able to put us with some of the most personable, knowledgeable, and helpful tour guides and drivers. We went from feeling uncertain about ever getting the trip planned, to having everything booked and ready to go in a matter of weeks. Even on short notice (planning about a month before the target trip date) Galina was able to not only meet our requirements, but remained flexible and helped us make the trip exactly how we needed it to be. Even when we were already on our trip, they remained a useful point of contact in case of any confusions/complications. We were able to start our trip with a nonstop flight from NYC to Venice, which really helped us relax and set the tone for the rest of the trip. After exploring for a few days, we caught a train all the way to Florence. We took in the local sights, and experienced some jaw dropping works of art. A key thing we wanted to experience was Monteriggioni and the Chapel of San Galgano, but we knew it would be difficult to do both in one day. FTC helped us plan ahead and reserve an experienced driver to not only bring us wherever we wanted quickly and in comfort, but to also serve as a guide. After that wonderful experience we proceeded to Naples by train, where we would then get a driver to see the ruins of Pompei. We then went to Sorrento, where we started a boat tour that would bring us to Positano and the Amalfi coast. To wrap things up, we spent a few days in the beating heart of Italy, Rome. Every moment spent in both Rome and the Vatican City was breathtaking. We are so thankful we planned enough time in the capital to really experience some Roman hospitality. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Sasha navigating the landscape of resorts in Mexico to accommodate a large family group with both little kids and seniors. He gave us thoughtfully outlined options and was patient with last minute changes and many questions. The resort and entire experience exceeded our expectations and all of our flights and transfers ran smoothly and on time. Fantastic experience: We had our first experience with Alex and Irene at Family Travel Concierge this summer and it was amazing. We travelled to Kenya in July for a safari vacation. I found Alex as I searched for agencies that specialized in unique trip experiences including Africa safaris. Alex and the team organized every detail, including coordinating my daughters travel from Tanzania to meet us. We had 3 legs of our trip- arriving in Nairobi, traveling into Masai Mara, then to Lake Naivasha and finishing on the coast. We had absolutely no issues with any of the logistics of the trip- truly amazing. Kenya was beautiful- we loved the country and the people. Every place we stayed was fabulous. The Mara Bush camp was a real treat. The accommodations were luxurious in the wild, and our game drives were exciting. We took a safari hot air balloon trip which was incredible- highly recommend this. At Lake Naivasha we had private accommodations at Hippo Point and had the opportunity to hike and bike ride through the animal nature conservancy- up close and personal with giraffes and zebras. We had a personal guide for the first 6 days of the trip who we really enjoyed and went out of his way to ensure we experienced all of the highlights- including seeing the Big 5. We ended the trip with a relaxing visit to Diani Beach on the coast- a perfect way wind down before our long trek back to the US. Thank you Alex, Irene and team for this memorable, once in a lifetime vacation- we will definitely come back and have you help plan future vacations!

Fantastic experience: We used FTC for our destination wedding this past March. They helped with everything from initial site visits to the every ones airport transfers. FTC really helped us communicate with the resort as dealing with resorts directly can be frustrating. We had over 130 people at the resort for our wedding and FTC managed all the details with minimal issues. Given the size of the group I think FTC did a great job and would highly recommend them for destination wedding planning or just regular travel. They made a point to make sure everyone was taken care of as best they could, I could tell they truly cared about our guests.

Fantastic experience: For the past 7 years, Alex has been my family’s ‘go to’ source in terms of planning and executing vacation plans. No matter if it was a beach vacation in the Caribbean or a sight seeing trip in Europe, he was always able not only to book quality accommodations but also suggest appropriate activities, tours and places to eat. Concierge service that he provides gives you piece of mind if any unusual circumstances arise. While on a trip in Quebec several years ago, he was able to rebook the hotel on a fly due to dates mix up (my fault). Our best experience was in Italy when Alex planned our itinerary starting from beautiful hotels and including airfare, train transfers and car rental, he also booked local tours and suggested restaurants. His services prove that even in the age of online flood of information, good ‘old fashioned’ travel agent is crucial for making a vacation memorable.
