I’ve worked with my recruiter Ben Walstrom for 4 years now and all I can say about him is that he is amazing at what he does. Ben will try his best to get you whatever you need to succeed in the facility you are working at. Overall I have enjoyed working for Ben Walstrom and Rock Medical Group.

Fantastic experience: Rock Medical has been good to me, I have a great recruiter Joe who puts in the extra effort to make things right. He cares and checks up on how things are going frequently. Their going rates are simular to what I see on other recruitment companies as well so you get that personal touch without being scimped on money. The only down fall is they are a smaller company than some so they don't have the quantity of contracts but they make up for that with quality.

Definitely recommend this company. Recruiters aid in application process, job sourcing, contract negotiations, job preparation and most of all always there for ongoing support. He makes himself available anytime a problem should arise, and has excellent communication skills. He makes each transition into a new assignment as smooth as possible, and follows up to make sure things are going well. Rock Medical Group is the best agency that I have worked for.

Negative experience: Poor managed ,terrible customer service , shady unprofessional recruiters especially and my last recruiter . Low ball contracts !

Negative experience: Do not recommend this Agency! Ben W. will low ball you and does not care if you have an emergency come up in your life. He only cares if you are at work, period. If something happens at a facility, Ben 99% of the time will not back you and will throw things in your face every chance he can get. If you need to talk to the Ceo/Owners good luck! They are always out to lunch. Pick another agency for sure.

Fantastic experience: Loved working as a travel nurse for them. David was my recruiter. But everyone who worked there to help me transition to my new assignment and be prepared were great. Insurance was good. Can't say enough nice about them. Smaller agency and paid better than the big companies. Plus they felt like friends. Found me the assignment that fit me best.

Fantastic experience: Rock Medical was truly a great agency for my first travel experience! I have been on my assignment with them for 9 months and have nothing but great things to say about the company and my recruiter Nate! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was always taken care of and that I had a smooth transition into the area I was placed. He was always available, friendly, and had great communication skills and I always felt heard! I can’t wait until my next assignment with them!

Fantastic experience: On my first contract with rock medical and fiancé is on second; however, I’ve known Troy Mumma since April of 2022 so I can say that he is a punctual recruiter and he is always on your side. I know we can rely on him and isn’t flaky like the majority of most recruiters of other agencies we’ve come into contact with. You can really tell that Troy tries his best for the travelers and not just to make a quick buck. Planning on staying a traveling pair with him for as long as rock medical has the contracts.

Negative experience: Horrible! I worked for them for 2 contracts. The first one was a nursing home in Northern Iowa and when I got there, there wasn't even a DON or administrator that was working there. The second contact was in Midwestern Iowa and I worked for a week there and they never life me into the time clock and then they let me go cause I wrecked my car and then refused to pay me for the time I was there.

Negative experience: Nurse flashed the White power symbol. She needs to be fired and have her license removed ASAP!!!

Fantastic experience: Hey Lab Techs out there!!! Working for Rock Medical has been a great experience. My recruiter Nate Z. is awesome. Always responding and checking in on me. Pay is competitive and Always on time. I’ve worked with 3 different agencies, and Rock Medical has been the best!

Negative experience: Offering low ball contracts. Sorry but Travel nurses should be getting more than staff aides.

Negative experience: Requiring employees to have a covid vaccine in a state that passed a bill prohibiting employers from requiring it shouldn't be allowed, even if this is a traveling job. Montana has a law against discrimination from vaccination status, yet you say Must have Covid vaccine??? Lol

Fantastic experience: I have been working for Rock Medical Group as a travel nurse since February 2022. Tracy is my recruiter. He is amazing and so kind. He is so good at his job. Tracy is helpful in anyway he can be, if he doesn't know the answer to questions he will point you in the right direction or figure it out and get back to you. He always answers my text messages within a few mins. He listens to what I am looking for in a contract and always tries his hardest to get me the best paying contract they have available in the area I want to go. Tracy is very personable and easy to talk too. Rock Medical Group as a company is great, the pay is fair, they have a lot of assignments to pick from in all different areas. The onboarding is pretty fast and simple. If you are looking to start travel nursing, this is a good group to go with.

Fantastic experience: I’m a travel LPN, working in Omaha. My experience with Rock Medical Group, and my recruiter, Molly, has been amazing! She has really gone above & beyond for me… my car died on the drive here, so I had to get a rental, and keep going. Then the rental car died! Molly checked in on me every step of the way, even going so far as to help me to work one morning! That level of support is 2nd to none!

From the first email and then phone call, I was in Alaska at the time so 3 hr time difference , Tiffany was available for me. Fantastic experience: My name is Kyle Roberts and I absolutely love this company! Most importantly though I love my recruiter Melissa Wittland! Out of my 5 years of traveling she is my favorite recruiter! She stands up for her people, she cares about her recruits, she is engaged in her staff, she is straight to the point, and she fights for her recruits if they have problems. She is very communicative, I work second shifts and sometimes 3rds and if I message her at 11:00 at night with a concern, she’ll either call me within 10 minutes or text back trying to resolve the issue. She will check in on her own as well. I believe that her fellow coworkers have the same mentality but she is definitely an exemplified example of how I want ALL my bosses to be. It’s simple too she doesn’t do big things trying to make herself get a pat on the back at work, she simply just cares about her staff and that’s the most important key.
