Fantastic experience: Great services and very convenience. The personnel expedite to attend the people in line, I used their shipping services to ship a box to Houston, and it was outstanding. Negative experience: They have a monopoly on luggage storage at SFO Airport, which explains their EXTREMELY high prices. Only use if you are desperate!
Negative experience: They are the only store in the whole terminal so they can name what ever price they want. Purchasing a carton box to meet airline luggage requirement. The clerk did not introduce me to any choices of services, put my luggage into the new box in silence, no words were traded. He put the new box on the plastic wrap machine and said it has to be a combo service. There it goes $36 in a blink.
Negative experience: Overpriced, items lost with no recourse and owner was both sarcastic and accusatory in response. Don’t be tempted by location.

After you left our office Mr. Davis found your neck pillow on the shelf in our storeroom. It had become detached from your bag. Mr. Davis went to the United ticket counter and security checkpoint to search for you and return your pillow but was unable to find you. He tried to call the phone number on your storage contract but received no response. The pillow is still at our location for you to pick up.

Negative experience: Twenty five $25 per piece in 2024. Arrived from Japan and felt a repulsive welcome. Search web and "Bounce" away from this Luggage storage place!, unless you are desperate. RIPOFF, ESTAFA, ぼったくり, 撕掉, चुराना. Paid $5 steps from Union Station. If you have several bags like we did, just RENTaCar and put your stuff in there! Shame on the SFO Airport Commission!
Negative experience: I had an extremely distressing experience with the operations manager, Wesley Hubbard, at the Airport Travel Agency at SFO, while trying to located my misplaced drivers license. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. During our interaction, he not only verbally insulted my mother by calling her a derogatory term, assuming that I have a "little job," while bragging about how much money he makes, but also escalated the situation further by threatening to physically fight me in the parking lot on the 6th floor of the San Francisco airport, while following me as I walked away. It wasn't until I warned him that this type of behaviour could cost him his job that he loved so dearly that he backed off. This type of conduct is absolutely appalling, especially from someone in a managerial position representing a business that serves travelers. I expected professionalism and courtesy, but instead, I encountered hostility and intimidation. I strongly urge the management to address this behavior immediately to ensure no one else has to go through such an unpleasant and disrespectful experience. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to use their services again.
Positive experience: I stored two bikes there recently. It was super convenient, as the site was located right in the airport's international terminal. It was pricey though. I called/e-mailed/checked online to confirm the price, I was initially told it would be $40 per bike. However, when I went on-site with my bikes, they backtracked and said the price was now $50 per bike. Other comments warned that pricing was somewhat predatory, and they could not be further from the truth. But all in all, my bikes were stored conveniently and safely, so they deserve that shoutout.
Negative experience: I took a lot of comfort in knowing this service was here, but the website is deceiving and predatory. I stored my luggage safely for four days, despite the price being different than what was listed online. Upon my return, all luggage was safe and accounted for. A few days later, I returned in hopes of staying in one of the nap rooms offered via Freshen Up. The website stated that the room would cost approximately $120, so I opted for this instead of a hotel. I returned my rental car, and arrived at the travel agency around midnight. Then, I was told that the rate has increased to $275, despite only meeting a space to sleep for two or three hours. I didn’t end up spending the night here. Instead, I went and slept near my gate for my early flight the next morning. So, I cannot comment on watching. I was highly disappointed in the false advertising, and would caution anyone not to rely on website information and not to expect an answer on the phone.
Negative experience: Nice to get a nap room, but just a small little room staffed by employees that treat you like a unpleasant disturbance from watching their phones. Not worth it

Negative experience: Customer service needs to be improved. I was greeted by the most unfriendly man that I've ever interacted with in the whole US. I ended up getting but I was looking for, but the clerk at the counter was incredibly rude. Man! chill! Were you having a bad day or something?

Negative experience: This is a rip off - they charged my carry-on as a medium size bag - the guy had told me that he would charge the price of a small one. Total was $40 for only 3 hours. Other countries in the world charge an hourly service that is way lower than this prices

Negative experience: MAJOR RIP-OFF. I told the clerk I was leaving my bag for 7 days, and they charged me $25. I was happy. Came back to pick it up and they told me they messed up the dates so it was $200. I had free carry-on, so I wouldn’t have left it at that price. They misled me and did not try to fix the situation when I picked it up. To add insult to injury, they charged me a $5 fee because I had the picture of the receipt for pick up instead of the paper copy

Positive experience: Located by the food court next to G gates in international terminals. Service was nice and fast, but pro-tip, bring a trash bag if you have smaller individuals bags to check in. We had (1) small backpack, (1) target bag, (2) smaller packing cubes that would have all fit into a single carryon, but we had to pay $8 for each individual bag. We only used the services for less than 30 mins too, so $28 was steep.

Negative experience: 35 for a large baggage and 25 for a smaller one. Unbelievable and furthermore unfriendly. I took my stuff with me instead of paying this price for this unfriendly service.

Negative experience: Not really a travel agency. They do offer closet size rooms with a twin bed for a 3 hour nap at $150. Another $30 for a shower. You would do better to pay at one of the many lounges were you will get the same but with hot food for half the price.
Negative experience: They have a monopoly on storage at this airport. Cost is $10 hour to store a suitcase or $35 for the day. I could could get a night in a nearby hotel for the same price as storing 4 bags.. Also could, rent a car for 1/2 the cost and just drop the bags in the trunk. The airport should have reasonably price storage area for their customers considerable amount of ticket, tax people pay fighting in and out. Shameful price gauging being allowed by the SF airport.

Negative experience: Woe betide anyone who tries to retrieve a lost item here. This place literally has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, both aggressive and rude -- "Are you listening to me?" I lost my phone in security at SFO. They have a contract with this agency to get it back to people, but you cannot retrieve it within 72 hours. The person behind the counter made me go back to my house to retrieve a photo id, even though there was a photo id in the lost item that clearly identified me as the correct owner.

Negative experience: They broke my suitcase and won’t take responsibility. According to the representative “they don’t damage suitcases” but I was given back a broken suitcase. The representative also reported that when they receive damaged luggage they mark it on the paper work so they aren’t responsible. I showed him that there were no damages marked on my paperwork because I gave them a pristine suitcase. I wouldn’t have left this review if they were willing to take responsibility and work with me. But their behavior is deplorable and I paid $70 for luggage storage only to receive a broken suite case

Negative experience: leave my luggage there for 3 days and when I got it back, one wheel was missing. The guy who claimed himself as the owner refuse to take any action and keep yelling at me that we are not responsible for the damage. Do yourself a favor, keep away from this place.
Negative experience: I wouldn't use this facility, very rude customer support and overpriced. Instead, just rent a car and leave your luggage in it.
Positive experience: You can store your luggage in here by the day or by the hour, nice costumer service, really busy you gotta be patient, situated inside the SFO terminal.

Fantastic experience: What a great find! I wanted to return my rental car early but my flight wasn't until that evening. So I was able to use Airport Travel Agency to store my luggage while I went out and explored downtown San Francisco.

Positive experience: Expensive-stored 2 checked bags and 2 carry ons to run into the city before rechecking the bags. I was charged $120 upfront. When I returned within 3 hours, no credit. Way too much for the convenience.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a 12 hour gap between checking out of our hotel and boarding our flight. We were able to safely store our luggage here while catching a few last minute attractions in San Francisco before our flight's departure. Only downside is that it is a little pricey. We paid $30/bag for the day. The staff was very courteous, though, and made the process a breeze.

Positive experience: The luggage storage service is rather pricey with USD10 per luggage per hour or USD35 for 24 hours on the average. When generally people would leave for only a couple of hours, and a few pieces can add up to quite a hefty sum. Eventually I opt to ride the train into downtown and searched online for luggage deposit services such as usebounce etc that I can store up to 24hours for only USD5.90 per bag. However the service at the luggage storage at airport (monopoly service) was great and friendly though.
Hi Crystal! Thanks for your comments. I had never heard of usebounce. I hope you were able to store with them with no problems. It's very expensive to operate in San Francisco Airport, plus we must meet serious security requirements. All of our employees must be cleared by law enforcement. And, we are open from 6am to 11pm 365 days a year, so we are very safe and convenient.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to run in to San Fran while I had a 7 hour layover. We took our carry on to be stored. The counter help were awesome, first when we presented id they saw my husband had a military card so we got a better rate. Then when we returned they told my husband he had left his little,pocket pad. Great service great rate and convenient.

Fantastic experience: Convenient place to store your bag for couple of hours or a day. They are very friendly and have different pricing for bag sizes. I bought the 24 hours storage option but for some reason I had to take the bags back, they refunded me the money after deducting just for an hour. Very helpful when you need these kind of services. They also have mailing services.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Pricy for bag storage but if you're going to be out of the airport all day it's not a bad deal. I was able to store my bags ahead of a domestic flight too. Try to consolidate bags, as I did, because the storage fee is per-bag, but not by weight.

Negative experience: The price is a rip off. 30$ for a regular check in suitcase. You have to pay for a 24h periode. No hourly rate. Avoid this place.
Negative experience: I've been asked 50 Usd to leave two bags for three hours during a visit in Redwood City. It costed me less Uber to go back and forth with the bags. Monopolies carry to these facts, some competition would cut the prices.
Negative experience: Another reviewer suggested be smart. I'll go a step further and say beware. I do not recommend this place. Their price was substantially more expensive than what we were quoted over the phone. Stuck, I ended up paying to store a bag there, realized it was in fact cheaper to rent a car and keep the bag in the trunk but in the two minutes it took me to realize that I was charged the 24-hour storage rate. Two unequivocal thumbs down.
