Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. This company rented a home from me to do short term rentals. They are non responsive and have zero communication. It is like chasing a ghost. After many attempts to contact them to come to a resolution, i had to unfortunately file a lawsuit. When i had discussed financials with them on previous occasions, they openly admitted that they dont have the money and are allocating funds between property to property to cover debts. This is fraud! I would strongly advise not to rent from them as you dont know what legal situation you may find yourself in. Also, giving them a security deposit can be a huge risk! STEER CLEAR! I am happy to provide any information to whoever asks. I have this all documented

Negative experience: Made inquiries about properties over the weekend. We were looking at properties that ranged from $10K-$20K for six days. After 4 days, we have heard nothing back, so we called. The person answering the call was not helpful and was very rude. She actually hung up on us. She did nothing to help and was very condescending. I hope she was the 12 year old daughter of the owner because otherwise she will not be able to succeed in future endeavors.

Fantastic experience: My family and I rented a very exclusive property in the Hollywood hills a earlier this month and loved the experience! The home was just as described and was very clean which made us all feel very safe staying there during COVID-19. The staff at Villaway was also very friendly and accommodating to a few requests we made before we checked in. I would highly recommend Villaway to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime rental!

Fantastic experience: I took my family to Palm Springs California for a week vacation and rented through Villaway. The service was exceptional and we stayed at a very well kept lovely “Hacienda” that had all the amenities we needed. Their concierge helped us in picking the best restaurants and were attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend Villaway for luxurious, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Negative experience: I think Villaway must be going out of business. Over the last 2 weeks, I've sent 2 inquiries through their website and left 2 messages with their answering service. No response at all

Fantastic experience: Villaway is an amazing vacation home. To be able to stay in Orson Wells’ former home is so cool! Very Old Hollywood. We LOVED the waterfall pool and hot tub and the pool table was so much fun. We were celebrating our girlfriend’s birthday and it was the perfect party spot. My favorite feature was the incredible view from the upstairs bathroom. Talk about epic!! I can’t recommend this home enough.
